Well, welcome, everyone.
This is just.
It’s going to be an amazing school today.
I want to thank Joe and Denise Cardino for putting this together.
They always do an amazing job and really just incredible leadership.
And also give out a shout out to all the great people that I work with and this incredible hierarchy.
So thank you, guys.
And also give a little shout out to my papi chulo over here, who takes care of the music.
All right, so who wants.
All right, who wants to hit a new level, right? We all do.
Right? So there’s a book that recently came out by Noah Kagan, and it’s called how to launch a million dollar business in a weekend.
Okay, so this.
Everybody knows this is a million dollar opportunity, right? Okay.
So he talked about, and here’s a book.
And he’s started up eight successful million dollar businesses.
He was also one of the people that helped Facebook and mint, also so very successful.
So he talked about it and he said, first you gotta find a problem people are having that you can solve.
Right.
Are we solving problems out there? Right.
We can help every single person.
He also says, craft an irresistible solution.
Right.
So when you sit down with a client, you do that f and a, you can help them.
If somebody.
You know, right now, there’s a lot of young people out there that are working hard.
They live at home, zero expenses.
I just did a pack a couple weeks ago for an 18 year old for 5000 a month.
Do you think that guy’s going to be a millionaire soon? Okay, so there’s a whole generation out there that we have to help, too.
He said, also in this business, spend little to no money to quickly validate.
We can be in this million dollar business.
Submit an IBA.
Right.
Your application for $99.
All right.
And our tools are dollar 25 a month.
He talks about just start it.
Just start.
He says businesses are best started right away.
Otherwise, people waste time overthinking plans, which decrease the likelihood that a would be entrepreneur will ever actually launch the business.
So some of you that are brand new, you just got to start.
You just got to do it.
Don’t overthink it.
He put a quote in there.
Buddha says there are two mistakes one can make along the way of truth.
Not going all the way and not starting.
Okay.
Submit it.
If you’re here for the first time, you’re not in the business yet, you get started immediately.
He said, start small, start fast, and not worry about what you don’t know.
Start on those training appointments, get it done.
And then he put in there figure out what your freedom number is.
Does that sound familiar? Okay.
Do your own f and a right away.
Figure out what you need to make.
Okay? What? Because that’s going to help drive you to succeed.
What do you need? What are your goals? He said build it.
He said get a gold medal in rejection.
All right.
He learned from his dad to set a goal of getting 100 rejections a day.
He said the upside of asking is unlimited, and the downside is minimal.
He’s like, just don’t care about the rejection.
You got to get bulletproof.
Don’t care what anybody says.
You know, some will, some won’t.
So what? Right? You just got to keep going.
He says the value of persistence.
Studies show that if you get a no, your follow up ask is twice as likely to get a yes.
So you just have to keep going.
You know, you just have to make that decision.
And he also talked about, you must realize, okay, you have to look at this as attempting to help someone.
You’re helping them.
And what we do, we’re helping people.
We’re changing them.
So you’re not saying selling something that’s not important.
You’re helping people.
He said your business model, right? When looking for customers, he said, look to your own zone of influence.
Don’t we tell you to do that? Right.
Who’s your warm market? Who’s close to you? He says go do a 48 hours money challenge.
He says go find three customers right away.
Doesn’t that sound like our three by three in 30 days? Right, but do it in a weekend, right? You could do it in a weekend.
All right.
He says you got to go do that fast.
Go get three people.
He said, go do a pre selling list.
He says, to create a dream ten list, we tell you to go ahead and do a 25 list, top 25.
So when you’re sitting with your RVP and the person that hired you, listen to them.
This is the formula.
This is somebody who started million dollar opportunities.
He said, find your angle.
Look at your social media, update, your biography.
You know, the company has incredible campaigns that somebody brand new who’s not licensed, you can email to their warm base, their family, their associates.
It’s a beautiful letter that says, hey, I started a new business, and basically I’m going to call on you to help me.
I want to show you what I’m doing.
You could go ahead and do that.
He said, get your email ready.
If you get started with us and you go on that app and you download the contacts, right? And you put in the email, you know, what? You are going to be able to send out these incredible letters.
He talks about.
Set up a landing page.
The company gives you three of them.
Three of them.
And he’s saying to do that on your own, you know how much time that would take.
The company does that for you.
All right.
He said create a lead magnet, something you give your subscribers, you know, on the how money works.
On one of those landing pages, they can get a free how money works.
And they have to put their email in there.
All right, so that they can get it.
And now you have their contact information.
Now you can follow up.
Also we have advisorstream that sends weekly newsletters to our clients.
You know, the company did all of this for you already.
Already.
Who’s the ideal client? Right.
Know who your client is, right? Us macho, married, right age 25 to 55, children, homeowner and works.
You know, this is the formula.
You have the formula.
Get to work.
Create goals of what an ideal year would be.
You know, he maintains an insistence on expediency so you do not get caught up in details that ultimately prohibit the launch of their business.
He said, this is where people fail.
If you’re overthinking, you’re going to fail.
Just do it.
Just go forward.
And Joe talked about the numbers, right? It’s not on the people that earn over a million.
It’s no longer that 134, it’s 143.
If you take a look at Pol, it’s almost like, almost.
It’s one and a half right now of new million dollar earners.
All right? But for us, that came from the convention.
That young person that started was already two years ago at half a million.
Come on.
And they started at nothing.
What about some of you that already have that lead? So listen, you know what? We gotta get focused.
You know, this is an incredible opportunity.
Our families need us to win.
That convention is three years away.
Let’s go as million dollar earners, right? Let’s all do it.
