Good morning. Good morning. This is wonderful that the weather outside is so good and we so blessing and the people invest this company invest in us. And another thing is how my wife work. She’s so busy. She. She do all things need to do. I know her for 33 years. We live together. We have three kids, blessing kids. And in the beginning we start or engage. Everything I see. She’s so powerful in administration. Everything you do with the schedule, everything you do, you put. She’s put a number, a note, everything say, wow, you look like a lawyer. I count. And this time this opportunity comes in. This is your opportunity. I stay with her, I support her, I play guitar, I sing song. But she don’t do. I do. Everybody is different. Everybody. But you do our job together and partner.

Thank you. Appreciate it. That’s it. So that’s what we do. We are really good on doing activities, right? Creating activities. I like this subject because we have to be good on schedule. If you’re not good on that, we cannot have results. So I just want to talk to you guys a little bit. What I do every day. So let’s say we talk to people. That’s our main thing on Primark. We have to open our mouth and just talk to people and let them know what we do. And then we ask for names. Every place we go, we’re going to meet people. So we need to ask for who they know that can be good for this business. Right. And then you have to just call people and do the appointments.

If you get numbers and you never give them a call back, you’re not going to be good at that. And then at least have a goal to have one new name a day. It’s not somebody that you got a number four months ago. They don’t even remember who you are, right? You got the number, you get to call them. And you have to concentrate and get activities that are going to bring in you income. So that’s the main goal to do all the time. And how do I steer opportunities? I have a lot of FNA reviews to do. So that’s what we do basically a lot of times now going back to our own clients. But if you’re brand new and you don’t have clients, you have your Hot 25 list, right? And then you have birthday calls, people their birthday.

You just go and check it out and give Them a call. People like to be remembered. I always ask for referrals with our new clients and also field training appointments because we have the top 25 list. So that’s what you do. And you have to do it like every day guys and with consistency. If you do one time and you skip like two weeks, we never gonna be able to catch up on the numbers. So this is right the key for the success. And if you have to stick to the plan and you’re gonna get results. So you have to see your time. If you don’t pay attention, you start the morning and when he sees the afternoon, he did not do one call. So you have to pay attention to that. And we use a lot of like management tools today.

So amazing with apps. I use a lot of apps. One of that I really like is called Notion that I put, I can put all my schedule there and I can follow up. Did I do that? Did I call, did I finished? So you gotta go over that. So I use Monday, I use Calendly, I use Google Sheets and then I can follow up with everything that I’m doing. Monday is an amazing app that I can follow up what I’m doing with everybody that’s on my list. So I know if it’s for iba, if it’s for a kitchen table, I have to do FNA carryback, I have to do investments. So I follow up and I can know where I am on the system. This is my Google sheet that I use. Also Calendly is another app that send message to clients.

They get a text message, they get email a day before, hour before your meeting. So if you’re not good with that, they’re going to cancel on you. Right. So it’s important to do that. This is our numbers for the last three months. We have a bunch of appointments that goes on, right. We have I think more than almost 100 appointments a month. So this counts everything that you do, like policies, training appointments, everything that you do it. And we can catch up with that. If you follow your numbers, you’re gonna have the right results. If you just have appointments without even know who did you talk to? When was the last time you talked to that person? You’re gonna miss a lot of appointments, right? So that’s what I got done.

This last month that finished just yesterday was our first month that we did 15 by 15. So we are really excited about that, right? Yeah, so that was really good because sometimes we did recruit another month. We did a premium, we never got them together. But we finally did it. We want to keep that going on. And I think that’s it. That’s my part. It’s just about talking how we do it, how we do the appointments, and I guess you guys have really good at that, too.
