I appreciate you guys and your leadership, right?And shout out to the baddest team in the planet, the Primetime Empire! Okay! It’s Primetime, right? Oh, it’s Primetime, right? Okay! Let’s go, right? Um, but I’m going to talk a little about recruiting, right? Um, it’s so crazy because the other day, right, I was doing an interview with a girl, okay, and she was telling me about her goals, how she wants passive income, and she wants financial freedom, all that good stuff, right?And then she didn’t want to join the business, right? And the reason why she didn’t want to join the business is because she said, oh, because I have to recruit people, right? But then, what I realized was, right, Um, one thing, financial freedom and like, you know, um, and making a lot of money, right? Being an entrepreneur is so trendy right now.Like, everybody says that, right? But they don’t really know what it takes, what you have to do to become financially independent, right? Or have financial freedom.
So, um, so, So there’s a difference between financial independence and financial freedom, right? So financial independence is having a lot of money.Like doctors, lawyers, right? They make a lot of money, but they don’t have freedom.
They have to be there to make the money, right? Financial freedom is having a lot of time plus money, right? I want financial freedom, right? I want Chris lifestyle.
Who wants Chris lifestyle, right? Now I want Chris lifestyle, right?So, but that starts with recruiting.
So recruiting equals financial freedom, right? Massive recruiting gives you financial freedom.
So recruiting is the oxygen to a growing business.
If you want to go to RVP this year, right, you got to start being intentional about recruiting.
And not just recruiting just to recruit, right?Recruiting to promote people, right? To district leader.
Not to recruit just to get recognition, right? But recruit to promote, okay? So massive recruiting, right? Every problem you have in your business is because you’re not recruiting enough, right? Not enough licenses equal not recruiting enough.
So you see, the person with the most licenses makes the most money, right?Nobody is better than you.
They just have more people than you, right? It’s a people’s business, okay? So you gotta go recruit, right? Um, so recruiting gives you more hours in your day.
If you had ten people just like you that could do what you do, how different would your business look like? Right? Um, so more, so that’s how you make unlimited income and security.So more hours equal more time, and more time equal more money and freedom, right? So you see, Primerica is part of the distribution system, right? Like, um, so, so is McDonald’s, okay? Like, who, who has better food, McDonald’s or Shake Shack? Shake Shack, right? Okay, good, right? So, but who makes more money, Shake Shack or McDonald’s?McDonald’s.
But the reason why they make more money is because they distribute themselves, right? But everywhere you go you see a McDonald’s, right? So when you think fast food, you think what? McDonald’s.
That’s why they make more money, right? And that’s what Primerica’s trying to do.
Now if Primerica’s like everywhere, right?There’s an office everywhere, that’s Primerica getting bigger, right? That’s Primerica being the largest, okay? So you gotta recruit, right? You gotta distribute yourself, okay? So recruiting gives you freedom, right? Um, so, example, right? When it comes to, um, um, Sorry, that’s my notes, right? Uber, right? Uber started as a taxi company, but now it’s a transportation business.You can get anything on Uber, right? Because they transport everything, not just people.
So you gotta have the same mindset, because you want what? You want freedom, right? And freedom starts with recruiting, okay? So free, um, recruiting is gonna give you financial freedom.
It’s gonna give you Chris H’s lifestyle, right?Um, but that’s all I got for you guys, right? Let’s go out there, be intentional about recruiting, right? And build the life that we deserve.
