When we, Brittany and I, came in this business, our first month license, we made $7,000.
Made 50 grand our first six months in the business, our first year in the business license, we made 123,000 our first year.
And this was back in the dinosaur days in 2018.
And people were like, what are you doing? Right? You guys know the new guys.
What are you doing? You’re like, I don’t freaking know I’m doing what he tells me to do.
I don’t know what I’m doing.
How are you making seven grand a month? You want to know why? My wife and I both quit our jobs, and we’re a full time primarica, day one.
We got kids.
We don’t have a choice but to hunt some of you guys in this room.
Your own stupid job that you hate is the only thing keeping you from getting big.

Right? And then what we do is we take them and we teach them how to bring them back to the pack.
Most lions, they hunt, what they do is the younger they actually hunt, and they chase the prey back to lionesses waiting and wait.

So what we knew now, Asada, is we have all of our new people out there now.
They’re recruiting a week, two weeks in.
They’re brand new.
They’re not licensed.
They can’t give orientations.

The new recruits are now the gatherers.
They’re going out in the field, finding the prey.

The field trainers are experienced.
Allows them to give up their calendar and less recruiting appointments, more orientations.
