Yes.
Time.
Do we have any visionaries in the house? Woo.
I love it.
Awesome.
We’ve got some incredible people who are here today.
I mean, we’ve got Jonathan with some teammates, Garfield, who came, and Sandy, who came all the way out from Brooklyn.
So proud of you guys.
We got Solomon, who just passed his state exam.
So excited for you all.
So when I got started with this company, I was 19.
My mom dragged me to a meeting.
I had no choice, and it ended up turning into my career.
So within three years, we became vice presidents and we’re not even like, as our amazing million dollar earner coach says, we haven’t even scratched the scratch.
And life is just so incredibly amazing and we’re so grateful.
So, oh, I click.
I’m like, who’s clicking? All right.
Backwards.
Okay, cool.
So I wanted to give you all some ingredients for success.
So how many of you guys would like some ingredients for success today? Right? Anybody cook? I do sourdough.
Okay.
After p.m.
All right, so what does a perfect primerica cake have? It’s got teams of double digit recruiters.
Okay? It’s got a lot of licensed agents, it’s got independent leaders, and it’s got promotions happening every month.
So I want you guys to ask yourself, does my business incorporate this? Do I have these features inside of my business? So let’s go into a little bit of detail.
Has anybody started cooking? And then like, you’re like, oh, my God, I forgot the eggs.
Anybody? I knew I forgot the sugar.
Or like, you’re cooking and all of a sudden, could you imagine if you’re like, I made this beautiful cake, I’ll just put it in the closet instead of the oven.
Are you going to have a cake? No.
So if you’re missing ingredients for your business, it’s not going to come out to be successful.
All right, so let’s talk about what some of these ingredients are.
And they go by different names.
Some of you guys in the room know them as the seven fundamentals.
I did a little switcheroo on a couple of them.
Our team, we call them the seven daily commandments.
So you could screenshot this.
I’m going to go into details.
I’m going to go pretty fast.
But the first one is self improvement.
Next is pride.
Prospecting, phone calls.
Okay.
Having people on your team get promoted.
Presenting, mastering, presenting.
Making a whole lot of money.
How many y’all came here to make some money? And obviously, what is your vision? Okay, they got it.
Okay.
So let’s talk a little bit about self improving.
Are you modeling what successful people do every day? The easiest way to become successful is to just copy what successful people are doing.
Like, if you’re like, oh, my God.
If you notice that people who win big in Primerica, they’re not, like, the smartest, most polished, you know, they end up getting that way because they got a lot of money.
But if you notice them from the beginning, they don’t start out perfect.
So you don’t have to start perfect guys.
But it starts with, who do you believe that you are? Confidence is very attractive.
So stop walking around like this.
Like, smile.
Okay? Be excited.
Morning habits.
Are you journaling every morning? Are you doing your devotionals? Are you getting your morning mindset right before you start your day? Right.
What books are you reading? We have a goal every month to finish two books a month, but just start with ten pages a day.
What audios are you listening to? Are you listening to PF’s media? Shout out to Jason.
We see you.
We listen to you.
We have your app, Soundcloud, staying connected to your mentorship, your mergers, with your upline.
How often are you in touch with your RBP and your trainer? Right? Prospecting.
You have to get obsessed with prospecting.
Like, really, really obsessed.
Sometimes it’s hard to build primerica when you have no people.
This is how you restock your inventory.
Okay, so master your overcoming objections.
Become a pro.
Figure out a way to help your team.
Double digit recruit.
All the time.
Everybody say, all the time.
Thank you.
Okay, so community events.
Maybe if you have kids.
Raise your hand if you have kids.
Making kids.
Right.
So if you have kids, get in your PTA.
Like, why are you not in the PTA? Be very obsessive about being in all of the events.
There’s other parents there who are looking to make money, and you can relate to them in a very special way.
All right.
Sports, networking, Facebook group, family events, errands.
I was, like, running around trying to find stuff for this school for yesterday, and I picked up three numbers, just, like, by accident, you know, like, just indirectly.
Like, just talk to people, making calls, op meeting calls.
How many guests do you have in the op meeting? That is Ray Costello and Miss Carol Costello’s, like, theme.
How many guests do you have in the op? Butts and chairs.
Right? One one.
Recruiting, have you mastered your six page presentation? Some of us are waiting for an OPD instead of just, like, meeting with the person right now and getting a list and then put them in the op.
Like, why are we waiting to build our business, training appointments, going, getting your new teammates out in the field fast.
And these are all things.
And I know it seems like a lot somebody knew is here.
Like, I can’t do all this.
Yes, you can.
Because you want to be a billionaire, right? So just do it.
Listen to art.
You’ll figure that out later.
All right? Client referral calls.
Juanita’s here, and she is a queen at beneficiary calls.
If you are a beneficiary, you probably have a half a million dollar policy with her.
Okay.
Reschedules client follow ups.
Calling potential candidates back.
Solomon was a follow up.
I was hobbling last year with crutches, and I was like, babe, we need to go out and get some cookies.
And held the door for me, and we had a whole conversation because he had just gotten off of crutches.
And I’m like, man, that’s so crazy.
I had surgery, like, four days ago, but I had to get out the house.
And then he’s here, licensed.
Like, you just never know who you’re gonna follow up with, right? Promotions.
This is simple.
Get your newest teammate three by 3000 fast.
They’re excited, and if you’re waiting an hour, 2 hours, three days, they’re like, a.
Anybody ever go food shopping and your banana goes bad or your avocado goes bad? Stop waiting for them to go bad.
Just go and take them out in the field.
Get them to district, get them their field training bonuses, and get them licensed fast.
All right? Get presenting.
Record yourself.
Stop waiting for your trainer to go on appointments with you.
I went one appointment with Myra.
It was in Spanish.
I had no idea what was going on, and I was so excited, and I just started going on appointments after that.
Like, you don’t.
Nobody’s seen your presentation.
Just go do ten appointments.
Go make money.
You can make money in overrides, which is, like, the glorified way to make money in primerica.
It’s a really cool way to do it.
You can go on, pol, and learn about auto and home senior health before it ends in September.
Like next week.
Right? Legal protection, vivint, life insurance, securities and mortgages.
You’re going to need your licenses for that, but you can still get it done.
Vision.
Okay, good.
Writing your goals every day.
Why did you join Primerica? What? Like, I was talking to my mom yesterday, and, like, when I signed that attending briefing, because I went to an actual op meeting, like, live.
And I remember the three things that I wrote on the side of that list was that I just want to pack a bag of underwear and travel all over the world.
It wasn’t, I want to make a million dollars.
I didn’t realize that was a goal until I joined Primerica.
And like, yes, we’ve got work to do.
We’ve got so many amazing things that are going to happen because we’re still on it.
We’re still in the field, we’re still doing all that cool stuff.
But life is so cool.
Like, life could be amazing.
I don’t have to have a job, right? I was talking to a friend that I met, whatever, long story short.
And she’s like, oh, my God.
First trimester was so hard for me.
I just wanted to take a nap.
I had to be at work at five.
I didn’t get home until p.m.
And I was like, oh, my God.
I just take a morning nap and I’m good for the rest of the day.
But people can’t do that stuff.
They have to go to work.
You have to realize how grateful you are for an opportunity that lets you run your business the way that you want to run it.
Right? So hope you got your screenshots.
What will the life you create by recruiting look like? And I showed this last time, but, like, me and my husband, we paid for our wedding cash.
We’ve been to Africa.
We built up two orphanages down there.
We’ve got a bunch of kids that, you know, we still support.
Like, having them see bubbles for the first time.
You can’t really see it, but life is just so cool, and there’s so much more to it.
Like, we haven’t even reached the pinnacle, and we’re still able to do such incredible things, right? We join this business to travel.
We have incredible dogs.
If you follow my instagram, you’ll see how annoying one of them is.
We do a lot of amazing things, but it’s all because God decided to put you here.
And there’s a purpose that each and every single one of you guys have.
There’s a reason that you’re here.
And I’m so thankful to my mom.
You guys are going to hear her next.
Thank you for dragging me to a meeting.
I was the kid that never would.
Okay.
Out of all of my siblings, I was the last one that you would ever think would do this business.
And here we are.
So don’t prejudge your people.
I love you so much, mom.
Cannot wait to hear your talk.
And thank you to the Cardinos.
