Guys, let’s thank Keith and Danielle, right? They always put this event together. And, you know, gratitude is everything, as you guys know. And, you know, I asked Keith to spend some time with the new team last night. And unselfishly, he always show up and anything we ask, he always deliver. And, you know, it’s only been Keith two years and a half when went to Manhattan and me and Kee, I took him to Chinatown. I was trying to get him a massage refuse, right? And we talk about rebuilding a bay shop. He said, shelly, if you and Tony are done in the business and you know, you have a lot of money saved, you could do whatever you want, but if you’re willing to not done yet. You gotta go back to rebuild the base, right? And we did.
And all he tell me to do, he said, why don’t you just do one meeting on a Wednesday night? One meeting, you know? And I said, I could do that because I love my freedom, right? I only do one meeting. I stopped doing Saturday meeting like 25 years ago. I want my freedom. I want my life. I want to enjoy my money. And I don’t want to put too much into the business, but I want to still build. You guys understand what. So that was very easy for me to go rebuild the base. And that’s where Hassef came from and Mike came from. And we have six more force we’re working on this year, which is the coax is one they did over 15 recruits. And that’s the sign of somebody going to RVP. And we also put some system in place with investment.
And Vanita and Peter stand up. They’re like the most sexiest couple in the whole Primerica. Right? You know, and also, as you guys see, Rocky is really building a huge base. He has somebody flew down from Texas just to meet with Keith for a few hours and flew back down today at 2. And the guy just have so much momentum. And Rocky have our nephew here, Adam. Where’s Adam? Where’s you, Adam? Where did he go? He would tell you exactly how much money Keith make. A minute, a second and an hour. Okay? I’m telling you, that’s all he count on. He said, this is what Keith make. This is what Auntie Shelley make. This is what, you know, but it’s all about, you know, building. And, you know, Glenn WILLIAMS Talk about a 30 license would give you 100,000 pay raise.
Well, I don’t know about you. If I would get a pay raise for 100,000, I would burn oil looking for the authority license. I Don’t need sleep. I don’t need nothing. I just need to get that 30 license. So I encourage you guys focus on that 30 license. I text Keith probably maybe 10 times a day, right? Keith, I just did a million dollar annuity. Oh, great. But who’s getting licensed next? And I get so mad at him. I said, why can’t he just be happy for me once, you know? And, you know, I said, oh, Keith, the team have the greatest one. Yeah, Shelley, but who got license, you know, and right now our license is up because he drilled and drill that in my brain that we gotta get that thousand license and 31st. Making $100,000 a year. Over 100,000.
And you know, congratulations to Guada on track, 80,000 this month. Her office, close to 10 million of investment. Val is putting on the ring next month. We were pushing for this month. Florence is putting on the ring also next month. We were like working together soon. Hard to do that. And we had a big meeting with Mike, you know, getting him back to his 20 by 20. That’s all he got to focus on. Maxing out your calm. And, you know, so much good things happen when you’re willing to work. So many people are not willing to work. I could never understand why people wouldn’t work. And I don’t want to understand it. And I don’t want them next to me because I cannot understand, I really cannot understand why people don’t work. I mean, especially if they’re broke, you know.
And Also, congratulations to Ms. Rivera and Tanya. They’re going to get promoted to RVP under Hasif. And, you know, but while Hassef is building and Mike is building and Chai is building and Guad is building, me and Tony, always focusing, who’s the next rvp? Who are we going to spend time with? Right? And I had a meeting with my bay shop and I told them to quit. I told them all to quit. I said, go back to school, go get a skill, right? Because if you cannot recruit two people a month or a week, how you gonna get to RVP if you cannot license one person? Next thing I know, they all start recruiting. Because I’m a true teller. I’m not gonna lie to you. What am I gonna do?
Go to the Cokes and say, oh, you guys are so cute, you’re gonna get to r license. Oh, Keith is going to promote you. It’s never going to happen. I’m lying to them and I’m going to lose them. I’m going to lose them. So I think we start have to be coming telling people as true as this. And you know, I’m having so much fun with my brother in law. We on the zoom 10 hours a day. And he’s so funny, he’s laughing, he said, man, Shelly, by the time I get the 50 license, I’m going to be on my walker, you know, and he’s singing and he’s dancing and he’s just having such a good time of his life right now. And my sister in law, she got four master’s degree, she’s sharp as a knife.
Let me tell you, that woman is so educated beyond very smart. She have a better work ethic than Shelly Narain. And behind her husband, it’s going to be an empire. There’s my nephew Adam. Adam holds money, Keith make every hour, honey, 15,000 a day, that’s how much a month, okay? Did you guys hear that? Keith, you heard that, right? So I don’t know about you, but if Keith asks me to do something and I don’t listen, I gotta be an idiot, right? Do you know why Hasif and Mike are growing? I dragged them on a plane. This is my son fourth time bringing them here. Why we gotta go on a plane? Why we got. Because we’re going to see Keith. Oh, okay. And show respect to my first lady every time you see her. Give her flowers, give her drinks, whatever, right?
Show respect to our first lady. So much of us don’t show respect for our first lady, right? I would never be around her and not show respect. And most of all, guys, most of all, Patty, you are one of a kind. You know, we grieve together, we hurt together, we love together. You are the most amazing person in this world. I don’t know how much. You do not know how much all of us love you. Your heart is like one heart with billions of pieces. And you give everyone the same amount of love. And before I bring up Tony, you know this month went away for like 10 days. I was on my beach house for five days, rocky drink, getting me a bottle of wine every night. And went away with my grandkids. And life is just so perfect, like so perfect.
And then I get a phone call from my cop. My daughter get into a relationship again. She had a baby, the husband died, she’s in the hospital. And here’s an 18 month baby on my hand and I’m in shock. I’m looking at her in the night and I’m looking at her hands, I’m like, you are a baby, like A baby. You got Pampers on. What am I doing with my life? You know? And she’s so beautiful. And of course, Tony loved the babies. I can’t get ready, but because there’s conqueror of love, you could conquer everything in this world and we’re going to end up with 300,000 of income. My unbelievable husband. We having so much fun. We love to hug and sleep together, right? Right.
Now, before, we had to do other things, but as we get older, we could just hug and love the great Tony.
Lorraine, where’s the cl? I see it. I see it. Awesome. You know you’re supposed to get one takeaway from every meeting, right? So my takeaway today is, you know, once you hit 60 and you see a bathroom, use it, right? Roy, you’re gonna regret it. Anyway, let’s talk about. How about getting to RVP in 12 months, right? Yeah. Too long. Mobin. All right, six months, you know, but first of all, you know, and first to get to rvp, right, if we want more, right, we’ve got to become more, right? There’s no way we can get more unless we become more right? People want change, but they want to be the same person, right? So for us to get change, we have to. We have to, we have to change, right? Which means we have to learn some new skills.
We’re supposed to learn new skills every day. So if we want to become rvp, I got nine points on this, right? So the first one is we got to decide that we want to become rvp. Now everybody say, okay, I want to be rvp. I made that decision. Well, you got to make that commitment. Well, what does that mean? Well, that means that, you know, every day you wake up, no matter how you feel, we can’t, you know, we go to bed. When we go to bed at night, we say, well, tomorrow when I wake up, I’m going to do this, I’m going to do that. I’m going to go, I’m going to show the gym, I’m going to work out, I’m going to get all this right? And then we wake up, we become victims to our emotions, right?
And we start, you know, we start feeling, oh, I don’t feel tired today. And we don’t, we forget. So we got to stick to the commitments that we made the night before, no matter how we feel the next morning. And that’s what a decision is. When you make that decision, your feelings don’t matter, your emotions don’t matter, right? What matters is what you told yourself you’re going to do and you’re going to stick to it. Every time you tell yourself something and you don’t do it, right? And that discipline goes out the window. What you’ve just told yourself is that you’re not a person of your word, right? What if you just told yourself is that you’re a person that not sticks to their commitment. You told yourself that you’re a person, that your decisions don’t matter. You can change. It doesn’t really matter.
So making that decision is paramount. Making that decision is one of the biggest things that you’re gonna do. It’s better than you learning how to overcome objections, right? Because overcoming objections you can learn along the way. You may only get the same four objections by the way, right? So when we make that decision’s gotta stick with us. It’s gotta be ingrained in us. No matter what happens, whether it’s rain, whether you got a headache, whether your wife is bitching, she don’t bitch, right? It doesn’t really matter, you know? So it’s got to happen that way, right? The next thing is you got to focus on your self improvement, right? Just like I said, when. If you want more, you’ve got to become more, right? And they always say we’ve got to learn new skills every day, right?
And the new skills that we learn every day, it could be something very simple. A new way to open your Coke can. I don’t know what it is, right? So just learn something new every day and get better every single day. If we don’t get better every day, we’re the same person that we was yesterday. And we don’t want that. We’re all here because we want something better. We’re all here because we want to better. We’re all here because we want to be financially independent. We want to grow business. We want a good financial life, right? Number three, be a weekly goal setter and a goal hitter. You know, Primerica pays us every night. But it’s so okay for people not to get paid every night. It’s like, okay, well I’ll get paid tomorrow night, okay? And I can’t.
I hope I never understand that. Why we wouldn’t work to get. You know, Doris talked about getting a check every day. And that’s something, Doris, we did 30 years ago. We decided that were going to get a check every single day, right? Well, today we don’t get checked. Forget account numbers, right? But you got to get that check every. Why. Why are we not focused on getting. They’re willing to pay us every day. Why are we not willing to accept getting paid every day? Right. You understand the Narrains get paid. You understand the Costello’s got paid. You understand Roy gets paid. You understand, you understand Keith gets. How much does he get paid every day? Adam? No. Right, you understand he gets paid every single day, right? It’s not okay, right?
And if you don’t get paid, if they run that cycle and you don’t get that email at 4 in the morning, right? Something, you got to get mad, you got to get pissed off, you got to get even, right? You got to do something about it. It’s not okay not to get paid. When is it okay not to get paid? Never. That’s right? Report your numbers naively and be held accountable, right? People are just not. I remember, you know, there wasn’t a day when we were just RVP’s and just starting off that we wouldn’t report our numbers every single night, right? Shelly still does. And I’m like, why are you texting Keith? He’s probably not even going to read it, right? But he does because he does respond, right? And she texts him our numbers, right?
And she’s like, well, if I don’t text him the numbers, then it’s okay not to do anything. Then it’s okay not to get paid, right? Find somebody. The greatest players in the world have coaches, right? They have people that they report to. Why aren’t we doing that? Right? Those are the little things, right? And that we need to work on to get that done. 30 Seconds. What’d you do? Leave me two minutes again. Start being more independent, right? And being more independent means that instead of you going and asking people for the answers, try to go find the answers on your own. Try to figure it out on your own, right? Learn it on your own. When you do that, you’re going to become the leader that you need to become. And that’s the person that’s going to get to the next level.
That’s the person that’s going to take the next step. That’s the person that’s become financially independent. And I’ll save the next four for the next meeting, right? Have a great.
