Number one, dream big, dream often, and dream with detail and write it down. The next thing is put work behind that dream, right? Because when you put work and urgency, I promise you’ll get there. We had a lot of dreams during our time in the business, and. And each time we created that visual and what we needed to do to get there. Follow through, do what you say you’re gonna do. Don’t just talk about it. You know, as he says, be about it, right? So when you follow through, I promise you, there’s nothing you can’t attain here. And hold yourself accountable because you’re doing it for you, nobody else, all right? For you and your family.

Thank you, baby. Thank you. Thank you. Good afternoon, everybody. Hope everyone’s doing tremendous. You know, I’m just sitting there a couple of minutes ago, right? You know, I see that, you know, the company techs come through, you know, triple play May, new Trip Bahama in March. And I’m saying to myself, you know, I love that place, man. So I get excited, you know, freaking get a chance to compete three trips this month, right? You know, finish out the last two and then compete for a new one. I got shit lined up already, business and stuff, and I can’t wait. Can’t wait, man. You know, we gotta get teammates motivated, man, you know, to win a new trip. And, you know, listen, this is exciting, right? I’m very excited. I’m energized about Primerica, right? You know, I don’t sleep much at night. I really don’t.

A couple of reasons, you know. Number one, I’m always thinking about things, you know, positive, always positive, never negative. You know, old Johnny boy here don’t think about jumping off a bridge or anything, you know. No negative stuff like that, right? Never, you know, but the bottom line is I’m afraid I’ll never wake up again, right? You know, you hear things about people dying in their sleep. But, you know, you got to be excited about this business, right? You know, as Keith was saying, you know, I got the six figures, you know, in the police department, you know, in 1995 and for 15 years, I never left six figures, you know, it was always like 100 and some thousand, right? So there was, you know, I couldn’t get the 200 or 300 or 500,000 there, right?

You know, but over here, it’s a whole different ball game, right? You know, we’re playing for big stakes here. This is. This is big game hunting, right? You know, the way I like it, right? I mean, you know, listen, you do the right things by people, and the right things happen for you, right? Your heart’s in the right place, your mind’s in the right place. And you know what, man? You can help a lot of people make a lot of money, you know, help teammates, help other people build teammates, right? You know, we’re excited about our team, right? You know, we override a $400,000 income earner. You know, that’s. That’s huge deal. That’s a huge deal, right? You know, he’ll be $500,000 soon, Pete handed off, right? Super excited about him. And you know where he’s going, right?

You know, he’s excited about this, and, you know, he loves what he does. But we have other teammates, right? We have other teammates that we, you know, that we’re trying to get up there, you know, 50,000, 100,000. We got, you know, our son in play, right? You know, family business, right? You know, I hear stories all the time. You know, people, they have children, you know, they’re not working, they’re not doing what they’re doing. They’re not in business with them. They’re doing other things, you know, or they’re in other places, right? But, you know, this is the type of business, right? You know, I look around, they say, you know, families, right? To get their kids in their business, right? You know, my uplines are the Costellos. They write their kids in the business, right?

You look at, you know, Keith, you know, the Otto’s, right? They got their kids in the business, right? You know, you know, the Lipsons, right? The kids in the business, right? You know, right in front of me, right? Donna Fikes, she’s got her daughter in the business. Regional Vice President Doris Chow, she’s got her daughter in the business, you know, and the beat goes on and on, right? You know, there’s too many people I can’t name. But, you know, this is real stuff here. You know, if you’re new in the business, right, and you just got in here the last couple of months or a year, you might think I’m crazy, right? You know, I am a little crazy, you know, I’m Primerica crazy, right? You know, you know, Normal is broke. That’s what I was told. I believe that.

You know what I’m saying? I mean, John Pacone ain’t broke anymore. That’s one thing he isn’t, right? You could call me a lot of things. Don’t call me late for dinner. But listen, we live in a decent life now. We’re not wealthy by any means. But you know what? We’re not hurting for money. Whenever they announce a trip, we’re booking rooms right away, we’re booking flights. We’re doing what we have to do. We want to solidify everything. The reason why we book flights early, we want to get it as cheapest as possible. I’d rather pay 300 something than 500 for something. I’m not stupid, right? I want to invest the difference. I want to put that $200 in mutual funds, right? That’s, that’s investing the difference for me, right? But you got to believe you could do this, right? You have to, okay?

You might be sitting there thinking, you know, I don’t know if I can make this happen. Maybe my job, you know, sounds better, you know, and stuff like that, right? You know, you got to get your belief level up, man, believe you could do this, right? And you got to get your ability to talk into people up also, right? You got to be willing to talk to people. You got to expose yourself, you got to expose the product here. You got to expose the brand, right? You know, you got to let people that, you know, you got to let people know that, you know, we’re recruiting business also. You know, we help a lot of people. But you know what, A lot of the people that we recruit personal are clients, you know, people that we help, right?

They’re the best people to offer the opportunity because they bought you, they buy us, okay? So, you know, you definitely got to keep that in mind and you know, you got to circle back to that, right? Think of people that you helped in the past, you know, think about going back on them, right, and making a follow up phone call, you know, no matter what they do, right? You don’t know what their financial situation is really. I mean, like, they disclose a little bit to you, but you know what? You don’t know what the real problem could be. You know, maybe they need positive influence. Maybe they need to be in a positive environment like this, you know, offer them what we do, offer to them. Offer them the chance to get licensed, the chance to hang out In a positive environment, right?

You know, nowadays, I wouldn’t want to be in any other place, right? You know, I look around, you know, you look at the news and stuff like that, everything is negativity, man. It’s like, you know, we’re in a cesspool right now. 20, 26, I can’t believe it. Like, you know, what’s. What’s going on now in this country, in the world. But you know what? In this environment right here, there’s nothing but positivity. Things are right in this environment, man. Everybody agrees, everybody thinks alike, everybody’s moving in the same direction, and that’s what I love about this. And you know what? If you got negative friends and family members, you know what? So be it, right? But you have this where your family, okay, not everyone’s positive in my family. Not all my friends are positive, right?

You know, but the bottom line is, you know, when I come to this environment, man, this is a happy place. You know, whenever I’m around my teammates, it’s a happy place, you know, so proud to be in business with everyone, man. Listen, seriously, you know, you got to cherish what you have here, you know, every day when, you know, we talk about what we have and stuff like that, right? You know, it’s like a dream. It really is. You know, we’re on the brink of being millionaires. I mean, it’s, you know, 970amillion, you know, I mean, it’s, you know, it’s. Right. It’s money. You know, when I was 12, 13, 14 years old, 20 years old, 25 years old, if you would have said to me, you know, you got a chance to be a millionaire?

I would have said, yeah, okay, you know, which bank am I, Robin, Right? I mean, folks, right? I mean, this is a reality. Take advantage of this to whatever level you want. If you don’t want to be a millionaire, you don’t have to. But just get to a place financially that you’re happy with your family, that you could do the things that you want to do, whether it’s travel a couple of times a year, whether it’s having a car or two, a home, right? But get to a place that you’re happy with, man, okay? Make yourself happy, all right? And financially free, you and your family. Love you guys. Proud to be business with everyone, man.
