All right, so I got a few, few minutes. I’m from Jamaica. I do have an accent. They say I speak fast. But if I’m speaking fast, you listen too sleepy. It’s your fault. You need to catch up with me. Okay, guys, so one of the things I want to do real quick, I want to kind of help you guys with some mindset issues. So most people in life, okay, matter of fact, write this down. The thought behind the action is more important than the action itself. The thought behind the action is more important than the action itself. It’s a mindset. Standards, momentum, and identity. That’s the talk today. So here’s the first question I want to ask you, right? What standards are you living right now?

00:45

Because the life you’re living today is a direct correlation to the standards that you’re willing to accept in your life. So if you’re not satisfied, if you’re not excited, okay, it’s not because something is wrong. It’s because the standards in which you have currently don’t coincide with exactly the internal dialogue you have. So you might be saying something different. Oh, I’m going to do this, and this. But the standards which you have right now predicate exactly where you’re at right now. So we got to examine that for a second, right? So it’s not the potential, it’s the standard. So here’s something you want to check, right? You have an income standard right now, all right? Just like ladies, you have a dating app. So, ladies, we’re going through the process. You have a guy that you want to date, and you have specific.

01:30

If you don’t look a certain way, you don’t talk a certain way, then you won’t talk to him, right? Well, the same way that’s a standard for that area of your life, you need to also have a standard for your income, because your income you live in right now is based on a standard for that as well. Here’s another one. Environment. Your zip code. Do you know your zip code has a lot to do with a lot. Your energy signature is different based on the zip code you live. When I was living in the Bronx, I know exactly where all the precincts were where I live right now. I don’t know where the freaking police station is. I have no clue where they are, okay? Different energy. When I drive into my neighborhood, the energy shifts. Feels light. I feel excited. All right?

02:13

So your zip code is a part of your standard, okay? Figure out what you need to do. Your help. It’s also a standard, okay? Your circle. That’s another standard as well. So what you’re currently tolerating right now is because you tolerate. Sorry. I want to give it to you properly, because whatever you’re tolerating, you’ve authorized to stay. So your new level equals your new standard. So here’s a couple steps you want to do real quick, right? Create new mentum. All right? I created a word a long time ago, New mentum momentum with new. Create some new wins on a belt, all right? Sometimes you feel stuck on everything itself, right? Change the standard. Yes, we got to do that, right? So we got to also know. Create some new wins. Okay? So create a minimum standard.

03:00

Get some excitement going in a sell itself one more time, right? And. And then what is going to happen is that most people, you’re not stuck. You’re inertia. So inertia, say our body at rest stays at rest, but our body of motion stays in motion, right? So what happened is that if your business is not moving, your income is not moving, your production is not moving, you’re inertia. So you got to change that state. Fair enough. You guys with me so far? Okay. My accent is still messed up. The translator ain’t working for me. Right. All right, cool. So here’s some stuff you want to do real quick, right? Patterns. Create some new wins. Create some new daily activity. All right, that’s consistent. Start reprogramming it. Here’s a big one, because I don’t have much time.

03:51

All right, here’s something that intangible that most people don’t talk about. If you create a new identity for yourself, life changes significantly. I’m gonna give you what I mean. Right? Kobe Bryant created an alter ego called the Black Mamba. Okay? So therefore, that’s a new personality created, and that’s the personality that was running the game of NBA for a period of time. This young lady, Beyonce, her alter ego is called Sasha Pierce. Sasha Fear. Sorry. Okay, so she created an alter ego that performed. She said she personally is very shy, introverted, right? But Sasha Fierce. Guy’s fierce. Makes sense. She’s badass. Makes sense. The Rock, if you guys are into, you know, the Wrestlemania and stuff, right? Okay. The Rock, when he came on the scene, he was rocking Maivia.

04:44

He sucked, and he got injured, and he left, and he came back, and he reinvented himself, and he created the Rock. Okay, and that one is. No, that guy is almost worth a billion dollars right now. Okay. Why? Because it created an alter ego. So 50 cents. Curtis Jackson, 50 cents. Is the alter ego, Right? So you and I have an opportunity for us to be able to create a different alter ego. And that alter ego you create have a different standard, different mindset. They move different. The energy is different. Makes sense. Who create that? You. So. So if you want to sit down and write out exactly the personality you want to be able to accomplish what you want, you can create an alter ego. That’s your alter ego. Makes sense. Mine is Dan Dada.

05:25

So, you know, back in the days when I started business, Bernard and Chris used to call me Dan Dada. And that was the guy that run Shit Make Sense. So I turned it over to Don Dada, and that was the guy that did production. You guys missed the part. All right. Hope I’m helping you. All right, so created alter eager, right? Because the different version, they move different, execute different, they produce different. Okay, and here’s the next thing. You want to show up as well, right? They show up different as well. Dress different. When you dress different, your energy also shifts. Okay? And I’m gonna give you this real quick, because I’m out of time. You want to also change your circle. There’s something I learned from my coach, Chris Aicha. It says a third, A third. The 33% rule.

06:15

A third of the time should be spending with people that are on the same level as you. A third of the time should spend with people that’s at a higher level of you, and a third with people that’s below you can help pull up. And the reason why you don’t want to spend more time and they’re not in any of those areas is this. If you spend too much time with people that’s doing better than you, okay, I’m out of time. All right. Next time you get it, Go ahead. Okay. So if you spend more time with a person that’s doing better than you, okay. What happens is that you start end up feeling entitled to that lifestyle.

06:48

You ever see a person that spends too much time with the upline, and because you take them to lunch and dinner, stuff like that, and if they don’t do it anymore, they feel like, what the hell, right? That is a problem. So you spend too much time in an environment or a lifestyle you haven’t created yet, and you feel entitled to that, it’s not yours. They give you a piece of it, a taste of it for you to create yours. Make sense? If you spend too much time with people the same level with you, then that stagnation comes in because you’re not moving they’re not challenging you. And if you’re zero by zero, and I’m zero by zero, nobody say, yo, what’s going on? You just stay right there. And then you got to spend some time, pull a person to the next level.

07:27

But make sense. That’s where mentorship come into play. You’re pouring to the next level and move to the next level itself. Okay? So all the time, you know, I love you guys, appreciate you guys.
