My Login is not working, I had a subscription on the old website, what do I do now?
We launched a brand new website on October 28th, 2022 that requires you to create a new account and then click HERE to contact us and we will cancel your old subscription on the old website for you. Note: you must let us know about your old subscription, creating a new one will NOT automatically cancel the old one.
How can I order a 90-Day Planner?
Simply click on Resources / 90 Day Planners link at the top of the website (Or in the hamburger menu on mobile) and choose from one of the two sizes of Bill Whittle 90-Day Planners we offer. It is NOT necessary to have an account or subscription to order the 90-Day Planners.
Can I see everything that you have to offer during the free trial?
Yes. You have full visibility of all of our recordings during the trial period.
Can I download the video recordings?
Yes. Install our app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Then log into your existing PFSMedia account. Note: You must signup via the website before you can log in on the app. You will have the ability to download the recordings to your mobile device for offline use.
My video does not playback smoothly. How can I fix this?
Video playback depends on several factors. To improve your playback experience, make sure you have a fast, stable internet connection. We recommend using the most recent version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or our mobile app. You may experience playback issues with outdated devices, browsers, and apps.
My credit card is being declined. Why is that?
Make sure that your address and phone number match your card. Also, many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your bank to let them know the purchase you would like to make. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.
How do I reset my password?
On the Sign In Page Click Forgot Password. Enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to create a new password before being redirected to the catalog page. Note: We launched a new version of our website on October 28th, 2022. A new account will need to be created if you have not logged in since then. How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription through your account settings on the website. (Note: you cannot signup or cancel your membership via the mobile app.) Select your account icon/photo / Dashboard / Purchases / Cancel Membership. The payment is taken a month in advance so if you cancel midway through the month then you'll still have access until the end of that period.
Can I get a refund if I cancel in the middle of the month?
All subscriptions are paid in advance of the upcoming month. If you decide to cancel your subscription before the end of your month, you will still have access until the end of the paid period. I'm afraid we cannot offer refunds for the remainder of the month once a cancellation has been made.
What if I forgot my password?
Oops! That's easy to fix. Click the ‘forgot password’ option under your email on the sign-in page and we will email you a link to reset it. Keep an eye on your junk folder in case it lands in there!
How do I change my password?
You can manage your login details through your dashboard. Select your account icon/photo / Dashboard / Change password and follow the prompts. You can also click HERE to get there.

I can’t log in, my email or password isn’t working.
Please double-check the spelling of your email and password. If that still doesn't work, follow the I forgot my password instructions.
