Everybody grab a seat, please.
Hey, we just had a.
We just had an incredible breakfast with the VIP winners.
Give those guys a hand.
And a bunch of people had questions for Willie Naranjo.
And I’m going to give you the number one key to success right now.
The number one key to success.
Look around the room, it’s nine, ten.
You know, joints.
Used to say all the time, everybody wants to go to heaven, but nobody wants to die.
Everybody wants to be successful, but most people don’t do the little things.
Everybody wants to be successful, right? But most people don’t want to try, right? We all want to go to heaven.
I don’t want to go to heaven this weekend.
I got tickets to the UFC tonight in the Garden, so I don’t want to miss that.
But we all want to be successful.
But what happens in our business is the same thing that happens in life.
It’s not the big things, it’s the little things, right? The meeting starts at 9:09:00.
Some of you guys are here at 7:07:00 this morning.
And you’ll see people walking in at 9, 30, 9, 45, 10 o’clock with great excuses on why they’re not here on time.
And all I’m saying is you gotta take a page.
Every business, every meeting, you’re gonna learn what to do, what not to do.
And so give yourself a hand for being here on time and what I wanna do.
This morning we got some great stuff to kick off.
Listen to these numbers.
Listen to these numbers.
Now, this guy got recruited.
He’s working with Orville and Priya Richard.
This dude’s a stud.
And these guys have done a great job.
They were bragging about him on the cruise last week when were in the Caribbean.
But listen, got recruited in 2019.
You don’t have to be a superstar.
And I think one of the things when you look at our business, you don’t have to get off to a fast start either.
You know, you look at Willie Naranjo last night, he went through his numbers and went through his career a little bit in the business.
And I heard him say he got recruited in 2004.
In 2004 he was not.
He’s now, he’s a 20 year overnight success.
But if you look at 2004-2005-2006-2007, 2008, nobody was asking him to come to events for him.
You with me? And if you look at when the company went public in 2010, his business was doing good.
But it wasn’t doing phenomenal.
And I look at what’s happening in the company right now, and sometimes we look at this.
When I started in this business, I heard this is a five year game plan.
And every time I’ve ever met with somebody, recruited them, I said, man, this is a five year game plan.
Yeah, you can make money, you could get licensed right away, you can learn a business, you could set up your financial game plan.
But it’s going to take you four or five years to understand what you’re part of.
Now we have people.
I think my son, I think Blake did a phenomenal job yesterday.
I think, I think.
And I was talking to Dominique, I think Blake will make 150,000 his first 12 months with a license that took me five years to do.
Okay, but he’ll do it in the first 12 months, make $150,000.
And I think within three years, he’ll be at a million of income.
That’s my prediction.
Okay.
But I did not get off to a fast start.
And some of you guys didn’t get off to a fast start, too.
And if you look at some of the superstars that are sitting in the front row, their first 12, 24 months didn’t look phenomenal.
