Video Summary

Wadley Pierre breaks down the systems his team has used during their 90 day RVP run. His message is clear: success is not accidental, it is scheduled.

He emphasizes that whatever you focus on grows. For the past 90 days, his focus has been recruiting, licensing, and training. Instead of being distracted, they narrowed in on the activities that directly produce growth and income.

One of the biggest game changers he shares is maintaining a non-negotiable schedule. From 4am to 11pm, his day is structured around building. Even personal activities like going to the gym are scheduled early to protect prime business hours. He encourages full time builders to treat their business like a real business, not a hobby.

Accountability is another pillar. He sends a daily report to his RVP every night at 11pm. Even on slow days, he checks in. This builds discipline and reinforces what he calls “Primerica karma” — the idea that your team will duplicate how you treat your upline. If you ignore accountability, your team will too. If you lead with responsibility, they will follow.

From a production standpoint, his team follows the “10 by the 10” approach — 10 recruits and 10,000 in production by the 10th of the month. Hitting this early creates breathing room and momentum for the rest of the month.

He also stresses duplication and depth. A recruit is not considered solid until they recruit someone themselves. Early recruiting within the first 24 to 48 hours increases retention and builds width and depth simultaneously.

Income matters. He pushes new teammates to complete the “three by three” quickly and earn their field training bonus within the first two weeks. His philosophy is simple: get people paid fast so they stay motivated.

Finally, he highlights licensing as the ultimate long term focus. The goal is 30 licensed codes on the team. According to his mentors, reaching that number positions someone at or near RVP with six figure income potential. For him, the name of the game is codes.

He closes with confidence and urgency: structure your time, duplicate the right behaviors, focus on licensing, and move with intention — because the bottom is too crowded.

So we have what we’ve done pretty much. Coach, let me go over what we’ve done in terms of scheduling, our main focus for the last 90 days and our RVP run. Okay? Right now we are on the RVP run. Okay? So what I want to share really quickly is. I got five minutes now I’m done. Okay. Keep going. All right. No problem. So the main thing is, so Doris always tells us, Kita as well too, whatever you focus on grows, okay? So if you focus on recruiting, your recruiting grows, right? Licensing, same thing. So what we’ve been trying to do lately is focusing on licensing, training people and recruiting. That’s been on me folks for the last 30 days. 90 days. We are trying to explode this thing. Like coaches, people right now are making over a million dollars.

00:37

We have people who come to this country two, three years, make over half a million dollars already, right? So why can’t I do it, right? So really, first thing first I want to show guys is our focus for our team is this is our schedule and accountability. Okay? So why I want to share this is because you got to have non negotiables. This is my personal schedule. And I try to get my team not in the same schedule, but something very similar. Okay? The reason being is because you got to have. Look, between 4am 11pm you’re not going to find Wadley. I’m busy. I’m working, right? Like you might catch me maybe when I’m sleeping. Maybe, right? But other than that, from 4am to 11pm we are doing Primerica. All right? Now I want to highlight two things on here.

01:11

The first one is the 5am the gym time. All right? So if you are full time or trying to be full time, there is no reason why you should be at the gym at 1, 2, 3pm that makes sense, right? You are running a business at either early morning or late night. You following? Does that make sense right now if you part time a little different, but full time, make your schedule non negotiable, okay? And then the second thing as well is 11:00pm Guys, our RVP, accountability. All right? Nighttime. So I make it a point to Doris, my rvp. All right? Shout out to Doris, right? She’s awesome. So I make it a point to make sure I contact my RVP every day, all right? If I miss 11pm 4am should get a text from me, all right?

01:46

I give her a report of what I did for the day for two reasons. The first one is because. Well, I mean, accountability, right? I gotta be accountable to it sometimes. Look Even the days when I don’t do nothing, I’d be like, hey, look, Coach, we ain’t doing nothing today, right? But I still send a text, right? If I don’t want to send that text, I make sure I get something done. Does that make sense? Right? And the second thing, as well, too. There is something in this business called Primerica Karma, okay? And this business, whatever you do to your upline or to your RVP gets done to you by your downline and your directs. You believe that, right? So if you don’t respond to your RVP’s texts, phone calls, messages, right? Guess what?

02:19

Don’t be surprised when your directs will do the same thing to you. Okay? So I make sure I text my RVP and contact her every day because I want my team to do the same to me. Does that make sense? You following? Perfect. All right, guys, so next one as well. So our main focus right now is recruiting. Okay? Look, we heard 10 by the 10 in our last convention. We’ve been taking that to heart every single time, right? You get 10 recruits, 10,000, production by the 10th of the month. That is our goal. That will allow us to coast through the month, all right? That is our main focus, guys, top 50 normal, top 25s. We’re a hot market. We’re trying to build this thing ASAP. You know what I’m saying? So, top 50, top 100, social media, WhatsApp. Right?

02:53

A recruit isn’t a recruit until they get a recruit. Remember that. You could put IBAs in all day, every day, but if they have no team, they’re not gonna stick around. So we try to get wide and deep. As soon as within 24 to 40 hours, we want them to stick around, guys. And of course, duplication, all right? You want your team to duplicate what you’re doing, okay? The fat, the good stuff. Duplicate the good stuff, not the bad stuff, okay? So duplicate whatever you’re doing properly. And, of course, now the next thing is field training bonus. All right? This is. We are here to get paid. Would you agree? Yes. Right. So we try and get our teams paid ASAP as soon as possible. Look, three by three. The first two weeks, auto office, right?

03:29

We do it in the first, they say 30 days for a district contract. We want to maximize and do this as soon as possible. So I give them two weeks. Three by three, we’ll get it done. Now, there’s two ways to do Primerica, okay? You can do Primerica, the easy way or the hard way. The hard way is, look I’m gonna get licensed. I don’t want to give you nobody, Right? You’re trying to take all my teammates, right? That’s fine. Do it that way. But you have no team, no market, no referrals, no training. And you have a rep contract, right? You start off so your first transaction, you make about 400 bucks. Or you can do it the easy way. I like easy money. I like. I like legal, but easy money. Okay? All right, So I want to get things done.

04:01

Look, 10, 15 appointments. Get things done, get trained, get referrals, right? You have a district contract. There is no reason why our teammates should not be in this business having at least $2,000 their first month in prime America. We’re here to get paid, so get them paid, get them done. Right? And then lastly, guys, what I want to show is our licensing focus, okay? We are. The name of the game is codes, all right? Codes, codes. Doris never lied to me. Keith never lied to me. They told me if I can get 30 codes on my team, I. I will be close to RVP or at RVP making 100k. Yes, ma’am. That’s right. Right? So our focus for our team is 30 codes. Get done. I get 30 codes, you get 30 codes.

04:35

If we all in one direction, guys, we’ll make things happen faster. Do you agree? Right. So, guys, thank you so much for my time. Right? My name is Wadi Pierre. Look, I will see you at the top, because the bottom is too crowded, okay?
