I listen every school.
I kind of.
I want to highlight people that are future regional vice presidents.
And really what I do is I look at their builders premium recruits times premium on the Bayside side.
So I have three people speaking.
There’s one here who’s not in town, John Pacon Junior.
He would have qualified to be in this group here.
But we’re going to hear from three future rvps and I’m going to give you their numbers right now.
You’re going to hear from Marilyn and Carlos Martinez.

They averaged twelve by 9800 for the last six months.
We’re also going to highlight Juanita Jackman.
If you could please walk over here.
She averaged 13 by 13, 300 for the last six months average.
And we’re also going to recognize Lachmi and Captain Gerde O if you could come over here, too.
They averaged 21 by 12,487.
So these are people putting up numbers, qualification numbers for RVP.
I want to hear what they say.
They only have four to five minutes to speak, so they’ll come up in order.
First will be Carlos, Marilyn and Carlos.
Then Juanita Jackman, and then Lachmi and Captain Gerdiol.

Yeah, it’s been a ride.
I guess I had to go to.

Now, some of you might still be.
In that place if you’re trying to get out.
No pressure, right.
Number one, how are you guys doing today? Oh, man.
It’s such an honor to speak, in all honesty, I was warned that I might speak and I was like, okay, hopefully not, right? No, we’re just kidding.
It’s such an honor.
And I have to say that one of the things that really drives us is really just our.
Why my husband’s with the baby over there, who’s like a true primerican, right? She comes to us in every meeting, every training, but it reminds me every single time that I look at my children as to why we are doing this, right? Why we are pushing forward.
And we’re super excited because we’re building a team, kingdom builders in the house, right? And we’re actually thinking about what we’re going to do.
What is our life going to change? How’s our life going to change when we become financially independent? And I want to ask you guys, and I want you guys to reflect upon that, right? Why are you doing this? What did you leave behind? Why is it worth you actually getting up every single day and grinding to actually do put in the work, right? And so I come from a nursing background, 14 years in nursing, right? And I had the opportunity to come into this business not once, but twice.
Right.
Sometimes it takes us a couple of times to get it right.
But I’m excited that I came in this time around, because if there’s anything that changes, your life is becoming a mother, right? Any moms in the house becoming a parenthood, your life so much, because now there’s no time to play games.
Time flies like no tomorrow.
And I just wanted to encourage you guys, those of you who are pushing for the IRVP contract, we know that’s the beginning, right? It’s only the beginning.
Some of us are struggling month by month, but we’re actually pushing forward and saying, you know what? We have to reach this contract.
Why? There’s too many people watching.
Maybe those people in your family who don’t support you.
Maybe those people who bought tickets and didn’t show up today, right? They’re going to be the ones in the future who are going to look back when you’re financially independent.
They’re gonna be like, what happened? How’d you buy that house? Did you actually make that house? Were you actually able to purchase that church building? Amen.
They’re gonna be able to say those things.
And you need to start to believe in yourself, in the things that you’re gonna do for you and your family, because it’s not only for you, but it’s for everyone around you, because you’re gonna be a blessing to others.
Right? God has brought you into this business for a purpose.
I encourage each and every one of you to remember this is beyond you, this is beyond us, but also the people you’re going to be able to bless through being a financially independent guy.
So I just want to encourage every one of you today to really just reflect on where you are in your business.
Take what you need to take from this school today and use it as fuel to push you forward.

All right, I’m gonna keep it together.
It’s an honor to speak.
All I have to say is, listen, how you start is definitely not how you finish, okay? Because when I came into the business, first of all, he proposed when were boyfriend and girlfriend.
And I was like, listen, we gotta look at our finances and make sure everything is kosher.
So we met with Donna fies and it took Donna three months to close me because I had everything together.
But what I didn’t have was the correct life insurance.
My investments weren’t doing well.
And what she did is she invited me to a school like this because, you know, we come from a six figure background.
We have the pension where everyone is looking for.
But you can get a pension with rvps.
You can get a pension by helping building other people.
We don’t have to wait 30 years in order to be able to enjoy our life.
Why can’t we do it now? Why can’t we do it now? So maybe your numbers are not looking the way you want it to, maybe things are not looking the way we wanted to.
But all we know is to keep going, to keep pushing, to keep striving.
Sometimes we just get right there and then we give up.
I want to know what’s on the other side of the door.
I don’t want to have to wonder and be curious.
You know what I mean? We have to have a balanced business.
Some of us do premium and that’s how I started.
I didn’t recruit because I didn’t understand why I was recruiting.
Why am I recruiting people? But then when I wrote my 1st 7000 in premium, I realized nobody watched me.
So if I didn’t continue to do it, then who was I teaching? So then that’s when I started double digit recruiting and watching videos and learning and speaking to people and watching the scoreboard.
Because if someone else is out there who can do it, we can absolutely do it also.
And then we’re a company of buy term and investor difference.
So if you are only doing term and not invest in a difference, you put yourself as a disadvantage as well as your client.
So we’re looking to do the whole shebang.
We do everything.
We’re looking to go RVP this year.
I appreciate you, Donna, for not kicking me out of your office because we met with her every two weeks and she did date night and did not close.
She closed short.
And I want to thank my husband, I want to thank my team because I’m a lot to handle sometimes.
I know you can’t tell, but he really holds me down.
He really helps and I’m just appreciative.
And we’re looking to go to the top and take other people with us and that’s that.

It’s always.

We have a lot of love and a lot of respect for them because they really are second parents, and they’ve been there for us from the beginning.
And, you know, our team, VIP Eagles, you know, we’re so super proud of all of you for being here today because, you know, we all have options and choices, right? And some of you could have chose to not be here, but you did, and it’s for a reason, right? So what I want to talk about is, you know, the way we speak to ourselves, the things that we say to ourselves right now.
I know there’s a lot of, you know, new teammates in this room right now, and, you know, a lot of you know, you may not be, you know, in the best place, right.
You may be that person right now that’s doubting yourself to the ground and saying, I’m not good enough.
I can’t do this.
This is not for me.
Don’t doubt yourself as yet.
You see, the environment that’s provided here to us is something very special.
This environment, you want to be plugged into every single chance you get.
If your office has three, four, five meetings a day or a week, plug into all of them, because the environment is what helps us to shift that mindset, shift the way that we speak to ourselves, right.
You don’t ever want to miss out.
We have never, ever missed an event, ever since joining this business almost three years ago.
Right.
And trust me, that’s the reason why we are here today, right? Because of those events, were able to, you know, speak to ourselves like champions, say that we can do it.
If everybody else out there can become millionaires, so.
So can we, right? We can achieve the world if we want to.
And I’m just gonna give you guys a quick story.
You know, we took our daughter to, you know, her second convention, and after coming back from the convention, the impression that she had Washington, she’s now telling everyone, I’m the queen of Primerica.
She says, I can do it, and I will do it.
Last night, I was having a conversation with an old teammate, trying to rally here, and she told her, I’m the queen of Primerica.
And I said, yes, exactly.
You are.
And you will be, right? So if big events can have such a big impression on a five year old, imagine yourself.
If you just keep plugging in and showing up consistently, I promise you it will be worth it in the end.
Now I’m going to pass it over to my husband.
You know, if you’re in this room and you’re married and your partner is not here, that’s a problem.
They should be here.
They should be here supporting you.
You know, he’s been my support and my rock from the very beginning, even though he was a little bit skeptical for like two weeks.
But, you know, he’s the reason why we fight, you know, to win every single day.
He’s the reason why we’ve been winning every single day.
And, you know, I can’t thank him enough for all that he’s done and for just being there for me and, you know, our team and all of us.
So let’s go, captain.
Yo, garen, I love you too.
Right? So, guys, whilst doing.
Doing all this, going through this process, we have to have faith, right? Without faith, nothing is possible, right? I.
When you go to a movie theater to watch a movie, right? What do they do before they actually play the actual movie? They show a preview, right? Have you ever seen a preview at a theater and the movie never came out? No.
Right.
Well, there’s a say, imagination is a preview of life coming attraction, right? So God put that in your mind, your imagination for a reason, for purpose, right? I the problem is that you go tell it to, like a small minded person.
But the problem is not telling the small minded person, right.
Is when they knock you down and they tell you’re crazy, you got to know that they can’t see your vision.
It’s not for them, right? They can’t see it for themselves.
God put it in your imagination for a reason, right? Anything you want in life, God has it packaged and ready for you, right? All you got to do is be patient and do your part.
He can’t give it to you right away because you won’t appreciate it, you won’t value it.
You got to go through the process, right? You got to go through the grit and you got to do the work, you got to do your part and it’s going to eventually come.
It’s you.
It’s up to you how long you want it to take, though, because if you’re consistent, you can speed that process up, right? So if you want to go RVP in a year, you can do so.
If you want to do it in ten years you can still do so, but it’s up to you know, how soon you want to get it done and take it to the next level, right? Anybody could do this business if I could do it, anyone could I, when I came into this business, my upline probably taught, you know, this is like teaching a fish to talk.
I’m real serious.
That fish, that fish might have probably talked before me, right? So if I could do this, anybody could.
But you have to have a champion mindset, a champion mentality.
You.
Is there any champion in this room? All right, you guys are here.
You’re champions.
You’re here to fight for your family.
So let’s put that champion mentality on right with closing.
