Right now, we had about 18 about 20 advice president, 16 of them making between 100,000 and 800,000 hours a year.

With the high VP 100,000, we have Frednan, Janet, Santa, Jean Paul, Richard, Joseph, jennifer, Santa, Jennifer, Jonathan, Gerard, Wano, Emmanuel Vanya.
All of them make over 100,000 hours a year.
200,000 hours a year.
Billy G and Nadia esther and Janelle Savvy and Marlin JID and Nikki Jess cost over 250,000 this business works.
There is money here.

This guy here, David and McDaddy, make over 300,000 SVP.
And we have a Razian Verdi.
Razi and Lori Verdi, 500,000 this week.
On Wednesday, we have a Tesla and get out cost over $800,000.
Listen, is that excited, man? I remember when Senna came in the business, you said, coach, you think I’m going to make money here? I said, absolutely.
He said, show me some money.
At that time, I didn’t make that much, but I was making some money.
I showed him the money.
He says, I’m in today.
This guy is on he’s on his way to make a million dollars before the convention, which is before March.
This guy’s going to go for a million dollars a year.

But if you came here, I’m assuming you came here to become a vice president, yes or no? Yes or no? So become a vice president is not something somebody going to give it to you.
You got to deserve it.

I’m going to tell you what you need to do to get a become a vice president if you want to, guys.
And when I joined Primerica in 1996, the only thing get me excited is the RVP.
The reason is like it’s the only thing for me because I was chasing to make $100,000 per year.
And John mentioned it.
I came in to become totally financially independent.
And I know I cannot be financially independent if I’m a part time.
I said to myself, I need to go to work to become a vice president.
So I’m going to talk to you guys about the next 612 months.
If you see if you really want it, you can become a vice president at least $100,000 a year.
I saw 90% of you guys stood up saying that you are not our VP.
You want to become a vice president.
And I promise you if you go to work, you will.
Because the number cannot lie.
This is what we’re going to do right now.
I’m going to show you what we’ve been practiced that caused us promote 28 vice president, if you have them, can start for me, if you don’t mind.

If you notice right now, they said like, you know, the mindset.
So we’re going to go back starting the first one for me.

Listen, all of you guys who stood up say, I want to become a vice president.
You’re not vice president is because of something called licensing.
The CEO of the company right now focused on 150,000 quotes.
I truly believe in the next six months, if you’re serious, you’re going to grow your quote.
Once you grow your licensing, guess what? The money is coming.
They pay me over a million dollars a year.
Guess what? Because right now we got 875 licensed people in the hierarchy.
But guess what? We’re going to go over 1000 codes before the year is over.
Say that right now is about 400.
Someone for 500 codes.
That’s what they’re paying, 500, $800,000 a year.
Now, if you are right now, you say, sharma, I want to become a vice president.
I’m going to ask you to pay attention to what I’m going to share right now, okay? Because if you practice this, I promise you six months from now, twelve months from now, you’re going to become a vice president.
And some of you probably been here for a while.
You said, I’ve been here for three years, five years you’re telling me right now in the next six months I can become a vice president? What about this last five years? Well, five years ago you put your IBA in.
You haven’t decided yet.
There’s a big difference between put your IBA in and decide to become a vice president.
It takes only six months.
Once you decide that’s what you want and you go work for it to make it happen.
Does that make sense? So number one, if you really says about this one here, you got to cut it in a wicket of environment.
Now don’t wait for your RVPs to do that.
You as a district, you as a division, you as a register, you got to step up, say, listen, you know what? I don’t know about your RVP.
You’re doing your thing already.
But I’m going to get my share.
You’re going to create the environment.
When I say create the environment, you got to talk about recruiting.
Guys are about conversation.
And then the funny part about this thing here, anybody who has the most we could always beat everybody else.
When I go look at the state, but I look at who’s winning and recruiting.
Because if you get your wickets up, your license will up, your premium will up or promotions will up, cash flow will up.
Would you agree with that? So if that’s the case, the main thing is what recruiting 100%.
Focus on recruiting.
Well, sometimes people say, well, I talk about it.
But if you talk about 99% of it, you don’t talk about 100%.
It’s not going to work.
We come with a circle called we could recur.
I know why Rotist organization beat us.
Because we used to have a shirt called blue shirt called keep the light off.
We couldn’t on.
We could do kurukud.
Listen, people say shaman, this is not too fancy.
We need something fancy.
We come up with another shirt.
He doesn’t say we.
We could we get beat up.
I promise you’re going to come back again with the blue shirt again.
So we could keep that out of we couldn’t all the time.

Now, we made some mistake at the beginning in this business.
I don’t want you to make the same mistakes, okay? Once you recruit, like you say, I’m on a recruiting mode right now.
I want to recruit people.
So please do not recruit only one partner and that’s it.
Recruit both husband and wife.
Let me tell you what I found out.
The spouse is the best recruiter.
If I recruit you right now in the business and your spouse is not involved in the business, let me tell you when you have some chargeback, you guys know chargeback.
When chargeback show up.
Guess what? Your wife or your partner going to say, listen, this thing doesn’t work.
I don’t care how much I talk to you.
Your spouse have leverage of me.
They sleep with you.
But if I could show your partner, guess what happened? Guess what happened? So you have some charge back.
You’re not happy.
You’re not excited.
I got to say, don’t worry about it’s going to get better tomorrow.
So which is in the house? You have somebody that’s encouraging you.
Please do not make that mistake.
We could only one person could both because your business going to take off faster.

Some homework.
You got to do your homework.
I had people say sham, I want to build a team.
I want to build a team.
That sounds great, but let me ask you a question.
Do you go out there good personal? Do you go out there good personal? So to my knowledge right now with the zoom, you can double this number.
You can double it if you want to, but back then we focus on four personal quotes every single month.
This is what I found out.
90 plus percent of people here do not recruit four people last month personal.
How do I know? Otherwise your business will explode already.
Get your four personal.
This is what I know from that four that you recruit.
One of them going to quit right away.
And don’t ask why because people quit all the time.
And they don’t quit on the primerica.
They quit everything.
Now, seriously, one of the things that almost killed me in this business, when I start recruiting people quit.
I was wondering why you quit? Why you quit? Why you quit? I found out people quit all everything, gyms, school, church.
They quit on their spouse.
You know what I’m talking about? Don’t ask them why.
Leave them alone.
They’re supposed to quit.
But three will stay with you for more than 72 hours.
But you know what you got to do with them.
Go sit down with them fast.
Get the list from them fast.
Talk about the recruiting people for them fast.
If we could.
Two people for is as equal six.
Six plus four equal ten.
You double digit right there.
The biggest challenge we’re facing in Primeca is the first double digit recruits.
Once you do it once, guess what? You can do it again.
But if you never done it before, it’s going to be a challenge for you.
And below IVPs right now, let me tell you.
I know you want to look at 100 people, 200 people a month.
I know that’s what you want.
But it start with what? Ten and ten start with what? Your four.
If you don’t get your four, somebody’s control your business.
Let’s go to the next one, please.
This is the formula that we come up with.
Every RVP we promote went through it.
Every RVPs that we promote went through it.
If you practice this, I promise your business going to change.
Well, let’s say right now I say, Sharma, I want to become RVP by the end of this year or January.
Is it possible? Yes.
Let’s say the month of July right now is going to be end.
Let’s say you say, well, we’re going to start with ten people this month.
But before the month is over, you go get four personal, one will quit, three will stay with you.
If you could two people for them before Tuesday, that’ll give you ten people.
Do this, you could ten people for July, and you could 15 people in August, 20 people in September, 25 people in October.
November could 30 December could 35 people.
That’s 135 people you could in six months.
Would you agree? So imagine this for a second.
135 people coming in your system in six months period.
Let’s say licensing is bad like me.
25% licensing ratio.
You will put those 33 codes in the next six months.
But listen, the CEO of the company says if you have a 30 new codes, that’s $100,000 cash.
Would you agree? So if you are not RVP yet, you got 33 new licensed people showing up right now in your team, guess what’s going to happen? Let’s say 50% of them go to work, which is about 16 of them.
Each one of them produce about $3,000 of premium.
You already have 30 by 30 base shop.
Listen, once you start doing 30 by 30 every single month, your RVP is going to start calling you.
They’re going to start have conversation with you.
What about if they do five by five each? That’s a 60 Bishop you have.
If you are not RVP yet, you’re doing 60 by 60, would you agree with me? Your RVP going to calling you, they’re going to start having conversation.
What type of conversation do you think they’re going to start having with you? Let’s look at what you got.
Well, six months ago you didn’t call me.
No, you were not ready.
Now I need you to get out of my base shop.
It’s time for you to have your own base.
Six months from now, if you are not lazy, if you want it bad enough, you want to go to work.
Would you agree with me? You can become a vice president.
How many of course you have to do in the next six months, how many? From 135, how many license you’re going to produce? If 33 licensing, let’s say 60% 50% of them go to work, that’s a 16 licensed agent producing.
If each one of them bring you 5000, you guys got it.
If each one of you do five by five, the game is over.
Now you probably say, Sharon, man, six months.
Absolutely.
It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been here.
Now you’re making a decision to become what? You make a decision to become what? And I promise you, Grant says if you get promoter RVP this year, they’re going to call your name on stage where 50,000 people are going to be clapping for you.
Is that excited? Nana, not only they’re going to call your name on stage in a big convention, guess what? You’re going to win the Hawaii trip too.
Is that right, side? No, you’re going to cash their way because you make a decision to change your life.
