To me, I just want to show you his pedigree.
This guy has been making over 200,000 forever as a doctor, you know? And he decide, you know, quit his profession two years ago.
Like, two year and a half ago.
Before Pramerica, he was running an urgent care.
And he was working at two emergency rooms, right? He had five years in the business.
Become real vice president in seven months and a half.
He’s a $400,000, almost half a million dollars income in two year and a half.
Let me bring my friend, El Grande doctor Christopher.
Wow, wow, wow, wow.
Good morning, Primerica.
This is the best looking crowd I’ve ever stood in front of.
Give yourselves a round of applause, ladies and gentlemen.
I am so excited to be here.
I am so humbled to be here.
And I wanted to be here because this event is very meaningful to me.
You see, Henry Pimentel is the person who, after I saw him speak, I decided to do this business and go full force ahead.
Let me.
Let me show you this.
There’s two very important dates in primerica.
The day you get in primerica.
And the day Primerica get in you.
Okay? And the day I saw Henry Pimentel speak.
Is the day.
That night, prime America got into me.
And I left that event.
I remember grabbing my wife’s arm and I said, babe, because, you know, you’re getting busy.
You’re like, is it real? I don’t know if it’s real.
I hope it’s real.
But that night, after I heard his story, I grabbed her arm and I said, babe, we’re gonna build a company within a company.
And seven and a half months later, I was a regional vice president.
And I was able to walk away from the urgent care.
Nine months later.
Give it up for primerica, ladies and gentlemen.
Right? So before I get started, I want to thank the Lord Jesus Christ.
For blessing me to be here today.
I want to thank my leaders.
I want to thank Mister Joe Tenzie, million dollar earner.
I want to thank Frank Dillon, coach of coaches.
And of course, Ron and Felicia Schmidt, junior.
Right? I want to thank all of them, because without them, it wouldn’t be possible for me.
But what I want to talk to you about today, guys, is time management.
You know? Why should you spend the time to do this business? When I got in this business, I was working four jobs, right? The urgent care, two emergency rooms.
And I was a hospitalist for one of the hospitals, okay? So I didn’t have the time to do it.
And ladies and gentlemen, I have three kids, two grown, 29, and 27 years old.
And then I had a 13 year old five years ago.
And my biggest regret in life five years ago was not spending more time with the older two kids, okay? I wish I spent more time with them.
So when I saw Primerica, all I wanted to do was spend more time with my 13 year old.
That’s all I wanted to do.
But how would I do that? Because I’m like, I don’t have the time.
I’m working 80 hours a week at the job.
So when I saw Primerica, I could have easily used that as an excuse not to do the business.
But instead, I used it as the reason why I should do the business.
And that’s what pushed me.
I had a strong why.
Like Vivian said this morning, I had a strong why.
And that’s why I got to regional vice president at seven and a half months.
Does that make sense? So a lot of us are using our excuses to not do the business.
But it should be your reason why you should do the business, ladies and gentlemen.
You’re talking about Frank Dillon made almost $200,000 last month.
That’s more than what most people make in five years.
You guys got it.
And let me tell you something.
The best thing that I’ve gotten out of prime America so far is not the money.
They paid me a lot of money.
They gave me a lot of stocks for free.
But the best thing I’ve gotten, guys, is that for the last two years of my son’s high school.
I was able to pick him up every day at 230.
I was able to pick him up every day at 230.
We’re driving in the car.
He’s telling me about his day.
I mean, we’re having fun these days.
We are jogging around the block at 230.
Every day we’re jogging around the block.
I know it doesn’t look like it, but I promise you, we are jogging around the block, right? And the neighbors are looking at us like, who are those two guys jogging around the block? It’s only me.
I’ve only lived here 30 years.
But that’s the best thing I’ve gotten out of primerica.
So don’t use your why as an excuse.
Use it as a reason to push forward so you would get that result.
Does that make sense? You see, ladies and gentlemen, who’s ready to win? Who’s ready to win? Right? Ladies and gentlemen, it’s like the parable in the Bible of the seed.
The farmer sowing seed, right? And we got to get our harvest soon, guys, your harvest is coming.
You see that farmer? He put some of the seeds, went on hard ground, some of it went on thorns, and some of it fell on fertile ground.
Does that make sense? So primerica is the seed.
There’s nothing wrong with the seed.
It’s just the ground that you’re sowing.
But you got to keep sowing.
You got to keep going and getting the no’s and the rejections until you find fertile ground.
Like a Napoleon Ricks, right? My next regional vice president.
You’d like.
Like a Neil Titus, like a Sharonda Scott, who just got in the business five months ago and brought over 40 people in.
I mean, 100 people in.
And then she led me to fresher, which.
This guy is a celebrity here in New York.
He’s a celebrity nationwide, and he brought in 40 people in the last 60 days, ladies and gentlemen.
Right? So what I’m telling you is that you have an opportunity.
You gotta just keep priming that pump until water start coming out of it.
Don’t give up.
Keep pushing, guys.
God can’t open a door.
If you’re not stepping in the direction for him to open the door.
You’re confusing him.
He don’t even know which door to open.
Because this day over here.
This day over here, guys, stop being the jack of all trades and the master of none.
That’s not a compliment in primerica.
Focus one thing.
Give it your best shot for the next one, two, three years, and you will become financially independent.
Does that make sense? Ladies and gentlemen, I want you guys to say, you got to believe that you are the one.
You’re the chosen one from your family.
You’re the next millionaire for your family.
Everybody say, I’m the one.
I’ll be the next millionaire.
You gotta believe that.
You gotta go after it.
You gotta have faith, guys.
Go after your dreams as if your life depend on it.
Because if you don’t, someone will hire you to go after theirs.
Good night.
