1. The System-First Mindset
They frame growth as a predictable outcome of structured activity. Momentum is not luck, it is volume plus consistency plus environment.
Core belief: if you want different results, you must run different habits.
2. The “Sexy Base Shop” Standard
They describe a high-performing base as one where multiple products and metrics are moving together, recruiting, life production, securities activity, and overall volume. The phrase is used as shorthand for “the machine is running.”
3. Delegate Everything Except Building
They describe a lifestyle built around one primary responsibility: recruit, build, and drive income. Everything else, errands, food, admin, and non-essential tasks gets handled by assistants or team infrastructure.
The point is not status, it is focus.
4. Recruiting Is Everywhere
They model aggressive simplicity: ask and invite in normal life situations.
Examples they mention:
- private driver to the airport
- breakfast server
- quick invite plus immediate contact capture
Their criticism: most people make it complicated, when it should be direct and fast.
5. Plan The Week, Do Not Wing The Day
They emphasize forward scheduling. If you want high weekly income, your calendar should already reflect it.
Key line of thinking: do not wake up hoping for appointments, wake up with appointments already scheduled.
They also highlight volume days with heavy Zoom blocks and the expectation that execution follows planning.
6. Environment, Become An Office Regular
They credit major jumps to being in the office consistently. “Office regular” is their shorthand for living in the environment until performance becomes normal.
Their rule:
- If you are on an appointment, great.
- If you are not on an appointment, you should be in the office setting appointments.
7. Sacrifice And Activity Shifts
They call out the trade: give up recreation now to earn more freedom later. They use examples of teammates reducing gigs, skipping optional activities, and reallocating time into booking, training, and being present in the environment.
They also highlight “earning while learning” as the advantage, you are building skill while getting paid.
8. Proof Points And What They Imply
They reference:
- large monthly goals and high momentum
- strong directs developing each month
- individuals trending toward 10 by 10 through environment and scheduled activity
- part-timers producing 2–4 appointments daily due to mindset and sacrifice
Their implied model: systems plus environment closes the gap between potential and results.
9. Practical Takeaways You Can Implement This Week
- Build next week’s calendar before the week starts
If it is not scheduled, it is not real. - Set an “appointments already booked” standard
Calls are fine, but booked time blocks win. - Recruit everywhere, keep it simple
Invite, capture contact, set the follow-up. - Create a default location rule
Not on appointments, be in the office, in the environment. - Pick one sacrifice for 30 days
Drop one recreational time block and convert it into booking, training, or office time. - Focus on building strong directs
Always be developing the next strong direct, do not get emotionally stuck on one person.
FAQs
1) What do they mean by “systems”?
A repeatable plan for prospecting, booking, showing up, training, and tracking, executed on a schedule.
2) Why do they emphasize planning the week?
Because high income requires predictable activity volume, and predictable activity requires pre-commitment on the calendar.
3) What is the main role they refuse to delegate?
Recruiting and building.
4) Why is the office environment such a big deal in their message?
It increases focus, urgency, standards, and output, and reduces distraction and isolation.
5) What is the fastest recruiting play they model?
Direct invitations in everyday interactions, followed immediately by getting the person’s contact info.
6) What does “earning while learning” mean in this context?
You build skills by doing the work, and you can earn income as you progress.
7) How do they view sacrifice?
Temporary trade-offs now to create more options and freedom later.
8) Why do they call out “complicating stuff”?
Because overthinking delays action, volume, and momentum.
9) What is their critique of “call 10 people a day”?
They prefer having meetings already scheduled rather than measuring effort by calls alone.
10) What is the main mindset difference they claim top earners have?
They run higher standards of activity and follow a system consistently.

I want you guys to know that this month we have our goal to do 100 recruits in the base. 400 life cases, 150 insecurities. Next one. Yeah, right. What you doing? You know, right? And the only way I know I was going to do that is bring the top 30 from the base for this event. And we have so much momentum right now. It’s crazy. I’m on the plane, Danny is sitting next to me and he’s doing a one one page for the couple. And Dr. Angie, she get off the plane, I’m like, well, where are you going? I just booked two presentations in Fort Lauderdale. I’m going to their house. I mean, this bay shop, all they knew to do is prospect, prospect. This was last month. Production in the base, 200 plus life insurance, 150 securities. Over 50 recruits, 10 prepay legal.
And that’s what a sexy bay shop is. When all the products are done, that’s what you call a sexy BAE shop. And I love a sexy bay shop. The next one, right? The next one. Congratulations to gwada. Went over 400, going over to 500,000. Right? This is what the hierarchy did last month. And there was more. I just couldn’t get the numbers together. Right. Between Mike Frank and Cheyenne Pintip, just they were the number one in the hierarchy for rvp. The next one, Tone. And this was our income, right? We average about 180 to 200,000 income, 1.9 million. And I have three homes and I live in all three homes every month. I have a beautiful beach house. I have my Manhattan home and my country home. And every home I step into have an assistant. The food is cooked, everything is done.
And I have an assistant in every home for Primerica also. So it’s just like leaving here. I walk into my Madison home tonight, the food is cooked, there’s a housekeeper, everything. Because the only thing Tony and Shelly does is recruit, build and make money. I don’t do grocery, I don’t do pending business. I. I don’t want to do nothing but be responsible for the most important thing. And this month, in the month of April, I think we’re going to jump two, three diamonds because I believe Primerica could. I deserve to get paid 400 grand in one month, you know, and I’m going to get paid 400 grand. And I just want to focus on, I know what I need to do that, right? I have to promote a force every 90 days and make sure after replacement that force could do 30 by 30.
And if I keep doing that, I’m gonna get to 3,4 million. That’s all I have to do. Just focus on that and everything else is gonna trickle down. And I love what you put. I don’t know if it’s Erica Ortiz when you put up that $10 million, you know, but this bitch got that in one account alone. I love. I just had to share that. Saving money makes me so excited. I don’t know why, but I just want you guys to know that Dr. Angie, five by 20,000, going to RVP by June. And Hasseif is signing his contract ending in a month. And then we have Rivera, Ms. Rivera with her team, five by 10,000. And we have sue and her family. And we have like 10 different directs that we build in every single month. Strong direct.
And then also I have G, who I’m working with, right? GS from Florida right here, right? Everybody thinks she’s Tony daughter, that she’s going to start doing her 10 by 10. But I am looking for the next direct that I could build like Mike and Hasif. That’s the. That’s all I gotta do. And it is so simple. I think we complicate stuff so much. The Uber driver wasn’t an Uber. Mike gets us a private car here. Hasif got us a hotel with all the food in this new bay shop. Carlos, I don’t do nothing. They pay for everything. No, no. We go out for dinner, we have to pay. No, this new bay shop, they pay. I don’t know, something different about this new bay shop. And Danny, man, everybody, heavy training. I do this guy cry. Danny, why you cry?
Oh, Michelle, it’s so emotional. It’s so emotional. This guy is unbelievable. He’s a professional chef, he’s teaching a college. And Kim from Daytona, where I live at. Kim, you’re unbelievable. But I just want you to go. So after the private guy, drop us off at the airport. He’s very sharp, Keith, very Indian guy. And I just went up to him and I goes, my brother, would you stop by my office Wednesday at 4:00? I have a financial company. I would like to do an interview for you. And he goes, sure. And I said, text me your number now because I’m going to forget the girl that served us breakfast. I said, you have an unbelievable people’s kit. Would you give me your number and a piece of paper? I’m looking for people for work. And Hasif was blown away. We complicate stuff.
We do not need to complicate stuff. And I do not believe in the Ortiz presentation to make sure you call 10 a day. I believe you should wake up and have 10 a day already set up. We have over 30 zoom tomorrow. And I don’t know how the hell I’m going to do it, but I’m going to do it. I could tell you what I’m doing Monday, how much zoom I have. I could tell you what I’m doing Wednesday, I could tell you what I’m doing Thursday. I’m going to act. My week is already planned out. Because if I want to make $100,000 a week, it better planned out. And if I want to promote a first every 90 days, it better planned out what I’m going to do. Just get up and wing it. Oh, I’m an rvp. Do I have an appointment?
Oh, what am I going to do? No, you’re an rvp. You got to have your day planned out. And if you don’t have your day planned out, you stayed up till 12, 1, 2 in the morning and you figure out a way how you’re going to plan it out. And you have to be the greatest example for Primerica. The greatest. And of course, you know, I’m like Superwoman. And you know why I’m Superwoman? Because when I’m around Tony, I can fly. When Tony is not around, I am so weak. I’m looking bad. Babe. Babe. And there’s a lady around us and she said, if you call babe one more time, I’m going to shoot myself in the head every two seconds. Babe. So my babe turning ring.
Jeez. You know, the darkest thing happened to me this morning. It usually happens like two or three times a month, but I usually get up about 4:30 in the morning. So I’m sitting on the edge of the bed and I’m looking around and I’m like, where the hell am I? I didn’t know if I was in Florida or Manhattan or Connecticut. You know, I should have just went back to bed and get some Yoo Hoos. Anyway, you know, everything we’ve done so far, right? Our habits, our activities, our environment, the way we think has gotten us to where we are today. Now, somebody recruited us to a Primerica meeting, right? And we want to change everything, right? And the only way things are going to change for us is if we change.
We all want to change the world, but nobody wants to change themselves, right? We’ve got to make some sacrifices. When we started, right, there were certain things we had, our activities had to change if we wanted to get different results. Agreed. Right. Yeah, I’ll take that as a yes. Right. Okay. Right. And, you know, 90 days ago, Danny Trudzinski came to me and he goes, what else could I do? What could I do? So I looked at him, I said, danny, become an office rat, right? Be in the office all the time, right? Now, Danny, he’s got a cooking show, he plays guitar at different gigs, right? And those are the sacrifices. We got to make some sacrifices, right? So we want to change our financial future. And he understood this, right?
And he knew that he had to give up some of the things, the recreation that he wants to do, right? If he wants his financial future to get better. So, so he could do more of it later on, right? Not forget about it, but do more, right? So Danny became an office rat. And he’s in the office every day, right? And over the last 90 days, every month, his numbers pretty close to 10 by 10, which he never did before. And I attribute it to being in the environment, right? And that happened. And when he’s not in the office, you know where he is, he’s on appointments, right? So if you’re not on appointment, you need to be in the office making appointments. Not at home, not at the library, not somewhere you need to be in the environment, right?
So we gotta change those activities, right? Same thing with Karen every time. You know, before six months ago, Karen didn’t hear about, know about Primerica. Now she’s at our house every Sunday with Shelly, learning how to make calls. She’s in the office every single day. Eventually something’s going to happen, it’s going to click, right? But we got to give, you know, her husband must be wondering. She’s probably got something going on out there, right? But she’s learning, right? It’s like going to college. The thing is, you’re earning while you’re learning, right? And it can happen for any one of us, right? Ms. Ortiz, her first month’s license in the business took all of her income that she earned so she could come down here to learn more about the business, right? We gotta make, we gotta make those kind of sacrifices, right?
Asif Mobin, right? You heard a lot from him today, right? He calls me 28 times a day. I’m like, oh, crap, it’s him again. I love it when they call me, right? And he’s always got questions, right? Every single day, two, three, four appointments, right? Got a full time job. We have full timers that don’t do that. How the heck can a part timer do that, right? It’s their head thinking. It’s the way they’re in the environment. It’s the sacrifices that they’re willing to make. If we’re not willing to give up some of the things that we like to do now, the recreational stuff, right? Somebody talked about the income producing activity, right? Ortiz, right. Talked about the income act, produce an activity. If we’re not willing to give up some of those sacrifices now, we’re not going to change.
We’re going to get the same results, right? And what’s the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing, expecting a different result. And that’s what most people are doing. Oh, I want to get better, but I don’t want to. No, no, you got to change. You got to do some different activities, right? You got to put yourself out there. You got to put yourself in the right environment. You got to put yourself into places where you could win, right? Ms. Francois, an RN, gave up three days of work, right? Strong six figure income to come with her sister to learn more. All she thinks about, she’s not thinking about being all she’s thinking about. I got to get the RVP. I got to get the RVP, right? Dr. Angie, right? Every single month, 10,000 a premium, right? Because she wants 10 recruits.
She finally got some people that’s starting to write business on her team and get licensing going, right? But every single day she’s on it, right? Giving up all the things that they did before to get what they want more of, right? And every single one of us has got that same opportunity. The only difference between the people that are sitting, that are wearing these rings is the way they think and the activity that they have, right? And what they’re willing to sacrifice to get what they want. Every single one of us can get to the top. Every single one of us can get exactly what we want. All we got to do is do something a little bit different, add a little bit more. We don’t need to become a different person, right? But we do need to change the way we think.
See you guys at the top.
