Video Summary

Teshler Senat delivers a high-energy message centered on preparing for the “next wave” of opportunity. He begins with gratitude—crediting faith, mentorship, and his team for recent explosive production. With $80,000 in production last month and already $75,000 this month pushing toward $100,000, he attributes growth to strong coaching, daily accountability, and a culture that embraces discomfort.

Teshler highlights the power of strong leadership, describing how constant challenge from mentors forces higher performance. He praises consistent teammates who never miss major events and emphasizes that event attendance builds long-term success. For him, showing up is not optional—it is foundational.

A major strategy he shares is operating with a hybrid system. While Zoom remains effective, he combines in-person office meetings with virtual connections to expand reach across multiple states. Daily structure includes two morning meetings—one with full-time teammates and another with RVPs—creating alignment, communication, and momentum. Collaboration across organizations strengthens results, reinforcing the idea that winning together accelerates growth.

Competition plays a central role in his philosophy. Teshler openly states that he competes with himself daily, even in personal fitness. That internal standard transfers into business production. He challenges every district, division, and leader in his hierarchy to bring significant numbers to the next major event, setting clear expectations: ten tickets per district, twenty per division, thirty per leader. The wave is coming regardless—but who will ride it?

He introduces several “P” principles that define success. First is presence—being physically and mentally committed to meetings and growth environments. Second is purpose—knowing why you are building and refusing to let your family struggle financially. Third is passion—visible belief that attracts others. Fourth is priority—focusing on recruiting, event promotion, and business development. Fifth is production—remaining personally active and profitable. He stresses that leaders must produce first before expecting duplication.

Teshler reinforces that zero production equals zero belief. Personal results create credibility. At the time of his talk, he shares he is at $33,000 in personal production with 17 direct recruits, modeling the behavior he expects from his team.

He closes with a powerful reminder: success and happiness come from pursuing purpose daily—not weekly or monthly, but daily. The wave of opportunity will continue forming. Those who focus on growth, competition, presence, and production will rise with it. Those who hesitate risk being left behind.

So in my 13 minutes, I will make sure we get ready for the next wave. And before I do, let me make sure I give honor to a few folks who help me, will get me where I’m at today. So first, I want to thank that guy above us, the Lord and savior, Jesus, who give me health, give me energy. I’m 47. I might look like I’m 17, and we have a lot of mileage to go. I’m telling you, man, I feel like I’m 17. My team, man, I’m so blessed with a new team right now. Folks, I can’t begin to tell you how this team worked like crazy. And this month, last month, we did 80,000. I don’t remember how many we did, but we did some. All right. We did 80,000. This month, we already 75,000. We’re going to push for the next couple of days to see if we can hit $100,000.

And that happened because we have a coach Sharma, who he’s out with every single day and make us uncomfortable. He will call you every single meeting. You have a private locker room with Coach Armored. He will call you up and kind of squeeze you in the corner. Man, you can do better. We don’t have enough people. We need to do this and do that. I mean, that’s the coach that we have, and that’s the wall of the coach when the players in the field. So you will make sure you do the right thing. I have a great team, a great hierarchy. My liberal gems. You guys know it. Razzy. Where is Razi now? That’s where he right there. That’s my guy right there. That’s my guy right there. Razzie been coming with me in this event for the last ten years. I don’t think we ever missed a meeting he missed yesterday.

He said, Ed said you missed yesterday. The wife was sick. But anyway, he’s here, right? Raise it. Always there. At the very beginning, it was a little challenging, and I have to yell and say, boy, you got to come to this meeting. And ever since, I’m telling you, the guy, he listened. Not only he always show up, but he teaches his team to do the same. Give it up for my boy, Razi Verde, superstar, right there. Now, I am building a new team for those who knows me. I travel many states to build this business. Right now, the zoom still work for a bunch of people. It works for me too. But what we do a little bit different, we do both. We do something called hybrid. We’ll do the meeting at the office, but we’ll make sure we have the zoom connected for the other people.

We have a bunch of leaders in so many other states. We have so many friends, Junon, and so many leaders. Every morning, we connect with our team every morning. I have two meetings every morning, one with my full timers, another one with my RVPs. And we have some great friends who plug in with us. British is not here today. Really pulled to my team. All my RVPs, all families, people were not even part of my organization will call me up and stashman encourage us. So we love those comments. We love those support. So we want to make sure we win together. Let me tell you about what getting ready to happen right now. Just freedick in the house. We are getting ready for the next wave. For those who knows me, I love competing. Competition is the reason why I am alive. I compete with even my own self.

I compete with myself on the treadmill. If I set my mind, I am doing 50 minutes. Even if I am going to pass out, I will do that 50 minutes on the treadmill. That’s me. It gets to a point right now where we’re going to get this thing back. And I had a meeting with my team doing a lunch break, and I said we have to come back to this school with my bishop, not my hierarchy, my bishop with over 100 people. And some of you might think I don’t just talk. I’m a man of action. When I say I want to go do something, you better kind of join me in this because at some point if you don’t do it, I go do it myself. That’s me. So we make a decision. Every single district in my organization needs to get at least ten tickets because they’re going to have ten people with them.

If division, you have 20. If you know leader, you have 30 people with you on the next school. And that’s my first point in that topic. They gave me catch the wave. So the party will be on regardless. The wave will be, I mean, waving if you will anyways, but where will you be? I remember the wave that we had when the Odyssey’s family were going to make their one. We compete. And yesterday the wife made a confession. She said at some point, Tesla what we did, we put a picture of Tesla on the table. Everybody gathered around that picture. And then we push you, we push you, they push me, push my picture. And I guess somebody needs to do that right now to get your next wave. So if I were to give you guys a few points that will help you to get to be part of this big wave, to catch the wave, you must have a target to go for.

You must have a goal right in front of you. You must decide what kind of price you are willing to pay for you to be part of this wave because that wave will do nothing but change your life, change your business, get you the next level. I talk about a few p’s that I think will help you to be part of this new wave, first of all, you have to be present. You must be present. Now. Are you here or somebody just invited you or you just happen to be in the womb and you’re here. Are you here on purpose? Guys, listen, when I came to the business, one of the things that really catched me was my passion, my purpose. I never ever wanted to be at a point where my family suffers for anything money can buy. I always decide that if I am doing this, I am doing it with passion.

You guys know me, guys, I am passionate about it. I do Primerica 24 hours now. You and I know, listen, I have a big bishop, I have a big hierarchy, but I don’t be sitting on the sideline and let you guys do the work. Let me tell you how the big wave is coming right now as we speak. I am at $33,000 personal and 17 recruits personal direct to me. That’s my kind of wave. That’s my kind of momentum. And I promise you when I get to a point where I am getting this big wave going, you better catch up because you will be left behind. Passion, what is your priority right now? Listen, if it’s not wookur develop filtering people in your organization. If it’s not running people to big event, you’re going to miss the wave. What about productivity, your production, what is it that you decide to do?

If every single month you zero by zero you’re not part of the team. Somebody said it earlier, if you zero by zero every single month, at some point you don’t understand. You don’t believe in Primerica opportunity yet. I promise you if I were to pass the mic in this room, you probably see half of the womb is zero by zero and you’re waiting for the wave. What wave? You’re going to miss it. Look, we get to a point right now where we understand we are obligated to pack this womb. If you don’t be packing this womb, you’re going to missing the point because somebody going to come out of nowhere. And he said, just like pastor David who said I am going to build an army, you will be an army and I promise you’ll be left behind. So very quick couple p’s as I said, just repeat very quick so I can get out of here.

Presence. You have to be here purpose. You have to know why you’re here. Passion. Listen, people can see your passion miles away. Somebody said if you turn yourself on fire, somebody will come and see you burning. What is your priority? Whatever you focus on goal. If you focus on the growth of your business, if you focus on catching the wave, you will definitely get there. Produce. Koshamo taught me early on, he said you have to stay in business, you have to build a business. And the way you stay in business is your personal pain. Connoisseur said it is a team. It is not the team. The team needs a leader. And that leader is you. They will come and follow. The Wave will be out there anyways. But who will catch it? Success and happiness are achieved by going after a purpose. Daily. It’s not weekly.

It’s not monthly. Daily. If you focus on every single day, on doing something great, you focus on growth, you focus on fighting, competing, I promise you, something big going to happen. I will see you in October. I promise you that. Side. I will have myself my bishop warriors. Over 100 bought in those seats. You better do the same. A lot of you guys. God.
