Good afternoon, empire builders.
Whoo.
Coach oto always reminded me one thing about being short.
You know what’s the pro about being short because you’re small.
But you know what’s the con being short? You small.
So I’m both.
Now, can you guys see me? You can see me here, right? Okay.
Awesome.
So we want to talk about first, we want to thank you, Keith and Danielle and Wilma, Raquel or Linda for the incredible job that you’ve done for this school.
And we definitely appreciate you guys.
We’re so, you know, we here actually representing the team champion here, our team.
Awesome.
Awesome.
And we know you guys made the sacrifice to be here, right? Flew down, drove up, whatever we need to do and a whole day traveling just to be here.
And I know that the sacrifice is going to be worth it one day.
And one of the things that we know early on is if you willing to do the things that nobody else willing to do, you’re going to get the things that nobody else have.
And that’s really incredible.
And keep want us to talk about stirring up activities and growing directs and think about all the leaders that spoke before us obviously did an incredible job of sharing with you what we do with prospecting recruiting.
And I think one of the things that really hit home for us is there’s so many ways of you can stir activities, you can creating activities, but one of the most important thing is prospecting and Keith talked about it early on.
Prospecting is one of the key through everything.
So prospecting, there are so many different things in different ways and I’m going touch on a few things and also mention to some of the directs that we have that through different ways of prospecting.
Right.
So prospecting, you can go through clients, people that did business with you.
And definitely we have Victor and Don here that’s direct to us and they are clients that refer to us.
So they came on board.
And you can prospect through know, all recruits that know either in the business no longer in the business.
And we have a bunch of people.
We have Phil and Avery that direct to us that through old recruits that are here.
So these are the not necessary people that you know directly, personally, but you’ll be able to meet with them.
Now family friends, right? Family friends.
That old coworkers, right.
There are different ways that you can do that.
Ex coworkers.
And one of the most popular way that a lot of you know, which is social media.
So social media probably right now is the dominating area of condensed time frame that you can meet people, thousands of people through that media.
So we have a bunch of people that we actually met through there and we have people that we prospect while out and about.
So you have people that you can do that too.
And that’s really the most amazing way.
But I want to talk about also coming to this school really got us thinking with the mindset because since we now move to a separate night and the fear, the excitement, the emotion that we have going through our brain and this school just came in perfect time for us because we need to recharge in our mind.
Winnie Cooper talked about having babies or new recruits and thank you for that message.
And I think that at one point were kind of like, okay, why are we not excited about doing trainings or meeting clients or not as excited as back then? We realize we are reloading.
We need to train and build new people because that excitement and I thought about that excitement that really excited us every time when we meet new people.
Why? Because they are so excited.
They so bubbly.
They don’t even know what the business is, but they just genuinely excited and that gets us excited.
And I thought about that and think about this.
If you don’t have a team right now, you do it first.
If your team is not moving, you do it first.
Now if your team, everyone on your team quit, you do it first as well, right? And one thing that keep us going every day is think about personally, what are you doing every day to get your team moving forward? And I think that’s one of the things that really keep us thinking every single day, what are we doing right now that’s going to help our team move forward? Now prospecting, recruiting and building is the only way to true freedom.
And think about know and I heard, I think from Glenn and Zeo, right? Diamonds are made under highest pressure and you are all diamonds.
And that’s why the pressure, the sacrifice, all the different things that we go through in life is because prepare us to be a diamond one day.
