Video Transcription:
All right.
Isn’t that good? That was good.
That was good.
I thought I was going to have andy come up and yell at you again, but that was pretty good.
So we’re excited to be here, you guys.
We might be new to a lot of you, so I’m going to kind of go over our story.
There’s two sides to every story, but mine is usually more accurate than his, so I take this one.
Right.
The cool thing about Primerica, you guys, is that no matter where you come from, you can win here, right? Doesn’t matter your background, doesn’t matter where you are now, where you were yesterday, you can make it here.
So here we go.
All right.
So Andy and I are complete opposites.
Anybody that talks to us finds that out very quickly.
So andy was asked to leave two different high schools for talking.
Right? Now he gets paid to talk.
He got his GED.
Then he became an executive chef.
Anything you tell him not to do, he’s going to do.
Right? Rule breaker, risk taker.
When we met, he was making about $70,000 a year, but had $0 in savings, right.
And had almost no bills.
I don’t know what was happening there, but that was before me.
I, on the other hand, I was the opposite.
I got my bachelor’s and my master’s.
By the time I was 21, I was in retail management, photography, all sorts of things afterwards.
Anybody go to college here? Yeah, I fell for that, too.
Yeah, it’s funny.
The rule breaker.
I did what you were supposed to do.
I got good grades.
I went to school.
I was always on time.
I was early.
I did everything.
I went to college.
I got the stuff.
Because you get a good job, right.
I’m convinced there’s no such thing as a good job now that we’re here.
But I got out and the system’s broken.
I got out.
I became a single mom.
I was trying to find a job.
All the jobs were no pay at first.
I had a kid I had to pay for now, and I had to move back home.
And I couldn’t find any work after I had spent all this money that I didn’t have to go get this fancy degree.
And now we’re here making half a million off $124.
Right.
It’s pretty crazy what you can do.
So you guys also on there.
You can see on there I only made 25,000 a year.
That was after I got my master’s and got stuck in retail management.
I made 25,000 a year, but I did have 20,000 in savings, so I at least knew how to save my money before Primerica.
This is us.
You get married.
You’re super excited.
How many of you are married in here? Lots of people.
Yeah.
Partnership.
That’s good answer.
So when you get married and you stand up there and you get vows, a lot of times it’s not like, hey, I love you.
Let’s get married.
Let’s live paycheck to paycheck.
We’re going to have to work two jobs.
We’ll see each other maybe once a week.
Let’s go do this thing.
Right? It’s not how it works, but that’s what a lot of families have right now, with how the world is, two incomes are needed.
We had no time.
We paid our bills, but weren’t doing anything extravagant.
Right.
We had no freedom.
Zero freedom and no common goals in life.
And you guys, this weird apron thing, that’s Andy’s handwriting.
I should have written it down because I’m not going to be able to read it word for word, but that was how we communicated.
So we got married.
I got up at like, in the morning, .
If I wanted to go to the gym, I’d go to work by six.
I’d come home by three to pick up our son.
Andy would wake up with them, get him food.
Then by noon, he’d go into the restaurants and be back at, like, midnight.
Right? We tried to take Sundays off together, but like he always says, were always so cranky and tired.
Like it was not a good day.
So that was our life before Primerica.
And that’s just how we thought it was.
Because we had a family, we both need to work.
We wanted to save money and do things.
And this apron here, he left I took a picture.
This is before primerica.
He left it on the bed one night, and basically it just says, I love you.
He said, I know it’s hard being in the kitchens.
I’m doing this for our family once.
I’m not going to stop until my kitchens are successful.
He said, thank you for standing by my side and never complaining.
I love you.
I found that on the bed one night.
And that was kind of what we did.
We’d leave notes here and there.
Him more than me, because he’s words of affirmation.
Right? But it was tough, right? That’s not what you expect life to be when you get married and you start a family.
So we always knew there was something better out there.
We were just in the wrong vehicle.
We both worked really hard.
So when he met me, I was a single mom with three jobs.
He was working 100 hours a week, ungodly.
So we had the work ethic, but weren’t in the right vehicle to get us anywhere, right? So we started looking.
Andy got out of the restaurants, and then I remember him being the risk taker.
He kept telling me, if you hate this job, quit.
Like, just quit.
That’s great, but how are we going to pay for things? Right? That’s everybody’s question.
I’d love to leave this job, but how am I going to survive? So I remember we put in my two weeks.
He was already out of the restaurants and what’s crazy you guys, is.
I put in my two weeks, and I remember everybody at the store just kept going, man, you’re so lucky.
Lucky? What are they talking about? They’re like, you’re so lucky you could walk in there right now and put in your two weeks.
I’m not lucky.
I’m just trying something new.
I’m taking a risk.
I’m trusting myself that we’re going to figure things out and do something better, right? So we took a chance on us.
We were trying to cut bills because I was quitting my job, and we didn’t know how were going to supplement stuff.
And I said, Isn’t that guy selling life insurance? And he was networking with people.
He goes, yeah.
I said that guy.
Can’t you call that guy and see if he can save us some money? And so he ended up calling Nate Braley, who brought us into the business.
But he came over.
We had a whole life policy.
It was $250 a month just for Andy.
Nothing on me, nothing on the kids.
And Nate came over and gave us quote and gave us half a million dollars on him, half on me.
The kids were covered, and he says $150 a month.
And Andy was like, great person, right? He’s like, no, that’s it.
150 for both of you.
Why wouldn’t you switch, right? How quick would you guys switch if it was $100 a month and better coverage? So we swapped, and he was very smart.
He said, Listen, I know you guys don’t want to do this business, but just so you know, I just made over a $1,000 off of this policy, and you guys are saving money.
So ironically, when we found Primerica, we both said, let’s give it a shot.
But were going to be silent partners, which, if anybody knows Andy, there’s no such thing as him being silent, right? So that wouldn’t have worked anyways, but we’re very fortunate that we found him, and Primerica can change your family’s legacy, you guys, it’s crazy to think the life were living before Primerica.
And I think when you get here, you’re in your little Primerica bubble.
You’re doing it, and it’s fun, but you forget about the life you had beforehand, right? Like, I was missing out on my kid’s life.
I was working three jobs.
There was a time where I had two months straight without a day off, and I had a babysitter every day for him, because that was before were married.
And it’s just not the life you want to live, right? And I was talking to Andy the other day when were talking about living separate lives.
I got a phone call the other day, my sister’s actually getting divorced, which was, like, way out of left field.
And then I called my best friend.
My best friend wants to get a divorce.
I’m like, what is going on? What is happening? And I told him I said, it’s no wonder if we look back at what were doing, you have all these families that love each other, but they get together.
They’re living two separate lives, working two separate jobs.
A lot of times they hate it.
They come together, right, and they have no common goal in what they’re doing in life.
And so Primerica is so much more than like, yeah, you can make a million dollars or more, whatever you want from it.
But for us, it’s been huge for family, too.
We never had that where were on the same page, right? He was working his butt off.
I was working my butt off for very little pay at a job I didn’t like.
And we’d come together and just complain about everything, right? So it’s no wonder that a lot of times couples have trouble making it when that’s the life they’re living on a daily basis, and they don’t see anything past that.
They just think, this is it.
So went RVP in seven months after signing our IBA, $100,000, right after our year mark ownership in three years, $500,000.05 years.
What’s crazy is, a month ago, or two months ago when we got our fourth diamond, we also clicked over in a million cash flow in five years.
And the same day, we clicked over in a million cash flow.
I used to work for Bed, Bath and beyond or Bye baby.
You guys heard of them? Yeah.
Anybody know what’s going on with them right now? Yeah.
So it’s crazy.
The same day I got an email in my email telling me, Bye Baby was going out of business from bankruptcy, we clicked over a million dollars in cash flow.
And I just thought back to all those people telling me I was lucky, right? I wasn’t lucky.
Like, I made a choice, right? I used to ask, is there a gun being held to your head staying here? You could just walk out the door.
No one would miss you, especially at a job.
You’re just a mean.
The legacy you can build here is crazy.
It’s funny, were talking to Bill O’render the other day, and he was telling us, Virginia Carter, he was talking to her family, and he said she’s been gone for 1314 years, and her family is still getting paid $60,000 a month off of her business.
Right? So you guys with jobs out there, like, if you were to pass away tomorrow, would your job be paying your family $60,000 a month for years? I mean, you don’t even know when that’s going to end.
It’s going to keep going.
Right? And partnership is the only shortcut.
But I always say winning is a family affair, right? And Andy always says, make sure you get permission.
That’s one big thing we do is we always get each other’s permission.
Like, Listen, I’m going to go all in for the next 90 days.
You good with that.
I always say yes.
I don’t have a problem with going all in or I don’t take breaks.
But winning is a family affair.
I have pictures.
I put all sorts of pictures up here.
We have four kids.
We home school.
They’re 13, seven, three, and one, right? So I’m busy.
But we include our kids in everything.
You guys, anytime we’ve gone on a run or done anything, we include the kids.
When were going RVP, we ended up going RVP and then just randomly taking the two year I think it was two at the time, two year old to Disney.
And then the following year when went for $100,000 ring, our oldest was going to be ten, and we call it balling out.
And he wanted to ball out for his 10th birthday, right? So we made a plan and we said, okay, we can go to Florida.
We were living in Michigan at the time.
We said we’ll go to Disney.
We went to all the parks, disney, Universal, SeaWorld.
We booked the whole thing.
But we had a family goal, and were like, this is why we’re working, right? So when your kids see you on Zoom or Gone or on appointments all day, depending on the talk in the house, they can be kind of cynical of why you’re gone all the time.
So were always real big on making sure the kids knew, like, this is why dad is gone all the time.
This is why mom is doing this.
And they became a part of it.
And instead of looking at it like, oh, Dad’s leaving again.
We did a thing where, listen, every time dad closes, he’s going to come home and put $20 in a jar, and we’re going to use it to spend and buy whatever we want when we go down to Florida, right? So little things like that, we’ve gone along the way, and it’s made a huge difference with the kids and their outlook on why we’re doing this.
We were able to get our ring.
We came down, we did all sorts of things.
The kid got a $300 lightsaber that broke like a week later, but he had a really good time doing it, right? It was good.
So include your family.
I put a picture here too.
So we’ve had two kids since we’ve been in primerica, right? We had two when we started, two more recently.
And even just what you guys learn here, if you practice what you preach, I showed on here.
So our youngest is one, and we have a three year old.
And I opened up investment accounts as soon as they were born, right? I put in $100 a month.
If you do the math, it’s crazy to show I show people this all the time, right? I’ll do $100 a month for the next 18 years.
And it’s real easy to teach somebody you have 18 years to teach them to save $100 a month, right? If you can’t do that, I’m sorry, right? They’re probably like, Andy, but if you put $100, you put $100 a month into an account, right? And then this is just at 10%, I think.
I did.
But by retirement, they have $8.7 million just from starting it when they’re born.
Like, we blow $100 at Target every other day on nothing, right? Just teach them to save $100.
Like, hey, I’ll do this till you’re 18.
You carry it on.
So not only Primerica as a whole, but even what we’re setting up for them as they’re growing and teaching them is going to change the legacy of our family, you guys.
So we all have the same opportunity, though, right? You guys would all agree we probably signed the same IBA.
Yeah.
I don’t think mine was any different than yours, but this is where it all begins.
And I tell people this all the time.
It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been here.
It doesn’t matter what you want out of this.
You want a legacy, you want to take care of your parents, you want to send your kids to school.
You just want to pay the bills, right? Whatever you guys want, this is where it starts.
You can get it.
You don’t have to be a million dollar earner if you don’t want to.
I would suggest it because it looks fun, right? I think you’d have more options, but if you just came here to buy some things, get a nice car, pay your bills, maybe retire your parents or do whatever, you can do that here.
And that’s the beauty.
And that’s what we fell in love with, was getting paid for our efforts, right? Because at our jobs, were putting in all this time and work, and weren’t getting any extra out of it.
Andy had to open up a second restaurant with this owner.
He didn’t really even give him an option.
He said, Listen, I’m opening up a second place.
You’re running it.
He was gone every day from open till close, every day before open and after close, because he was in charge of everybody, right? Nobody was trained, and he didn’t get paid anymore.
He was on salary.
So, I mean, you guys really got to look at why you came here and just know what you want as possible.
No matter how big or small it is.
It’s all obtainable with the Iva we signed.
But it comes down to how bad do you want it? People tell you no.
Someone tells you, this is a scam.
Are you going to quit? Right? There’s going to be a lot of ups and downs.
We’ve had a lot of things happen, right? I went to get my securities exam.
My 6th, I think it was.
I was studying.
I passed the essay.
I was studying for the 6th.
We had a lot of personal stuff going on.
We had a newborn, right? So I had a new baby.
I had the baby on me all the time, and I had some health stuff come up.
And I remember the night before my Series Six, and he was like, you got to go to the hospital.
I said no.
I don’t think so.
He goes, no, you’re not doing so well.
You should probably go to the hospital.
I said, My test is in the morning.
And I studied, like, I’m ready for this thing.
So I remember I got up the next morning, I went, I took it, I passed it, and I had my bag packed, ready to go to the hospital after.
But I came home, watched the kids so he could close a KT.
And then I went to the hospital, right? And it’s stuff like that you guys are going to go through and experience, but then when your people come to you with excuses, there aren’t any, right? Because you guys didn’t quit and you guys went through it and you guys were disciplined enough to figure it out, and then you’re going to be there to help them figure it out, too, when they come to you.
And you have to coach them, right? And don’t sacrifice your long term freedom for temporary comfort.
This might take a minute, right? It’s not an overnight thing.
Some people get there in five years, some people get there in 20 years.
But in the long scheme of things, it doesn’t really matter as long as you get there and you’re advancing while you’re doing it, right? But a lot of people are going to sacrifice what’s? Like, oh, this is uncomfortable, I don’t want to do this.
This person said, this is stupid.
This person said, it’s a scam.
My family is mad because I skipped birthday parties, right? It’s not comfortable for a while, you guys.
But what are you giving up long term, right? Your freedom.
We were talking about freedom at dinner earlier.
We do whatever we want.
Are we working? Yeah.
Do we have to? No.
I mean, we could walk away at any time, right? It would dwindle away eventually because it’s not built big enough.
But nobody’s telling us when I can go to the bathroom or if I can go home.
I remember getting phone calls.
My kid would be sick and I’d be at work, and I remember thinking, man, I have to choose between my kid and this job.
Like, what is happening? How is that even an option that I have to think, should I go home to my sick kid because my boss might be mad at me? I remember how bad that feeling was, and I don’t ever want to go back to it, and we’re not going to.
But you guys got to think what you want to sacrifice to get your freedom, right? And it’s when things get rough and you don’t quit that success comes.
No one really cares what you’re going through until you come out on the other side.
I tell our team that all the time.
If you think about it, anything you’ve gone through adversities, everybody has them, right? You go through stuff.
If you don’t get through the other side, what is that? Just quitting.
Right? It’s not going to be part of your story if you don’t get through it’s just quitting.
Right? So you guys got to keep in mind that everybody has stuff going on and you can get sympathy for it, that’s fine, but it’s not going to become your story until you come over that right.
And you’ve gone through it, and your level of consistency, discipline and engagement will determine how fast you get there.
It’s funny, we’ve been in the business five years.
We crossed over half a million.
We meet some people that have been in longer and like, oh, my gosh, you guys are going so fast.
It doesn’t feel fast to right? Like, it feels like that was always our like when we used to have lunch with Ian and he would just be like, just tell me what to do.
He’s like you’re doing, man? Just just keep doing like it’ll happen.
And he’s like, no, but I want it to happen.
Like, what can I do right now to make it happen? And he was like, Just keep doing it.
It’s okay.
Just stay disciplined.
And we see it now, right? The compounding of the work and the effort you put in, and really our business changed when we became consistent.
We were all over the place.
Andy likes to say he was I wasn’t really I didn’t have a choice.
But we got really good at being consistent, right.
With meetings with our team, people are going to come and go all the time, but if you’re not consistent and you’re leaving, they have nothing to come back to, right? Disciplines.
Daily disciplines.
We got good at disciplines.
We were telling the people earlier, we had a call in the mornings, andy would get upset because it was the same four people staring at him.
He’s like, they’re not doing it.
I’m telling them what to do and they’re not doing it.
And so he’d quit the calls and like, okay, I don’t think that’s a good idea, but okay.
And then we’d stop doing the calls for a couple of weeks, and then he’d start it back up for two days and be like, nah, no.
And then he’d stop.
It is as a partner, sometimes it’s hard, right? They just got to figure it out themselves sometimes because they don’t listen.
But we got really good at being disciplined and consistent, and engagement is huge, right? Andy used to make our team chant back engagement over and over again.
And were talking to the other day, like, we’re at a point where we’re not stopping, but it’s okay now to take a break.
Here and there, but we’re always engaged, right? Even if we’re taking a break, we’re engaged.
Our phones are going off, we’re talking to team members, we’re talking to leaders.
We’re engaged with our people, right? I took over licensing.
I’m engaged with people all the time, right? You’d be surprised what a text here and there would do for everything, for your leadership, for your licensing, all the things.
It makes a world of difference if you just stay plugged in so that the people that want to be engaged and want to plug in have somewhere to go and know why you’re here and what your goal is, right? Like I said earlier, we’ve had stuff go on just like everybody else.
But if you don’t have a reason of why you’re here and what you’re doing, it’s going to be really easy to walk away when things get hard.
Right? You got to keep that on the forefront of your mind.
We’re missing this is an older one.
So I put a picture in here.
They’re missing it, but I added a picture of the family and it was funny.
It was after that, and it showed our kids and what we’ve done, right? And it hits home.
We had a girl on our team.
She’s doing really well.
A year ago in November, she couldn’t pay her mortgage, right? She made a decision and in 60 days she went RVP.
She got her watch, she got a ring.
She’s doing good things here.
And she was able to take her daughter to some concert.
I think it was a country concert, but she got front row.
They did VIP.
It was all this stuff.
And I added a slide in here that’s not in there of just what we’ve done.
Right? And we’ve taken our kids all over the place with us.
They travel with us.
We buy them all sorts of stuff they don’t need.
I put all the pictures in there.
They were able to build the house that we’re living in with us.
And you think they care about maybe were busy on their birthday or the one time that we couldn’t play with them because were closing an appointment.
They’re not going to remember that stuff when you’re able to deliver, right? So that’s what you got to keep in mind is it might seem hard.
I got a phone call the other day from one of the partners.
She was having a really hard time.
They have eight kids.
They also homeschool.
Right? That would be hard as well.
But she’s studying for her SIE exam and she just needed some coaching.
And she called me and she’s like, I don’t know what to do.
I feel like I’m neglecting the kids.
We’re all over the place.
He is working the job and still having to do this job because he hasn’t quit yet.
And she was all over.
And I said, All I can tell you is that I know, we’ve been there and I know, and I said, it’s a season.
You got to remind yourself what you’re doing for this, right? Go pass that test, take a week off before the next test and do whatever you want with your kids.
But you have to remember why you’re here and what you’re building.
Because it’s going to change your kids lives.
It’s going to change your kids lives.
It’s going to change the entire legacy of your family if you stick around and do this thing right, you guys.
And I’ll leave you with this, and I’ll let Andy come up and yell at you for ten minutes to put you to sleep.
But are you going to finish the job? Right? It’s just work.
We talk about it all the time.
There’s a lot of components you got to skill up, you got to do things.
There’s lots of stuff you got to learn.
But you guys, there’s so many great examples in here.
There’s so many coaches, there’s so many people to follow to get you to where you want to be.
But you’re the ones that have to do the work, right? They’re going to help you through it, but you got to do the work, you guys, right? So let’s go out there, get to work.
I’m going to let Andy say a few words, close out.
Give it up for the beautiful Brittany Onstead Dang, brains and beauty.
Dude, I’m telling you.
I always say, I don’t know why God blessed with me, with her, but I’m not giving her back now, okay? I always say if we’re McDonald’s a trillion dollar corporation, she’s a CEO and I’m just Ronald McDonald out here giving people Happy Meals.
Okay? But yeah, I wasn’t expecting to talk.
We have 15 hours thanks David of talking this weekend.
So God bless.
But I’ll do a little filler, a couple of things, you understand? Like raise your hand if you’re part time in the business.
I’m going to be kind of thuggish with you guys right now and I hope you come back tomorrow.
Brittany and I both quit our jobs the day we joined Primerica.
People said how’d you make 100 grand your first year? We didn’t have a choice.
We had two kids and a mortgage, right? We were all in from the get go.
And if this thing wasn’t going to work, it wasn’t going to because we didn’t do it, right? There was other people making money like John said, what are they doing? Something’s happening here, let me go find never.
Like Eduard was talking.
Never.
You’re talking about we never missed a meeting, not once, not ever.
We plugged into everything.
See, at a job they want you to treat you like they want you to treat it like you own it.
But you don’t own a damn thing.
Right? I had restaurants, I worked my buns off, y’all.
Well, not all of them.
You can still.
See that.
All right? But like Brittany said, when we opened the second restaurant, I was working seven days a week, 130 hours, work weeks for seven months without that’s real life, without a day off.
Like, this has not worked to me, right? It’s crazy to me.
I remember some of the things.
I remember those little things along the way, and I remember, like, those God moments, you know what I mean? Those divine moments in your time that I just clear as day.
I remember I used to do so much.
I wanted the second restaurant to succeed so much.
The guy, he didn’t want to put out the money.
I was funding the occupan equipment and things with my own money.
And she’s like, you don’t want to do that.
I’m like, this thing’s got to work, right? I picked the plates.
I made the menu.
I made the recipes.
I did all the hiring and firing, right? You want to talk about recruiting people? I would put an ad out, and indeed, for new line cooks, and I would get 400 responses.
Of the 400 responses, 300 of them just said, I want job, not the one.
We got 100 left.
I call through them.
You got at least 50 phone numbers that are disconnected.
I get a hold of 20 of them.
I set all 20 appointments.
They all show up for an interview, right? Three of them are the ones.
I hire all three because I need them.
Only one guy shows up his first day, and he quits a week later.
Does that sound like any other business you’ve ever heard of? Right? Quit trying to make people be the ones, right? I heard my man talking about that.
I think it was Jason.
I don’t remember.
But listen, I had a guy that he was late.
Habitually late all the time.
Oh, Chef.
You know, I’m having my 17th kid, and I don’t know what number he was on.
I just got to get a raise, man.
I said, Dwan, you’re late every freaking day, bro.
Every day.
I know, man, but I’m going to change.
I’m a change, man.
I got my 17th and a half kid now.
So what happened when we talked? I got a half.
I said, I’ll tell you what, Duan.
You show up on time every day for a week stay, I’ll give you a $5 an hour raise, y’all.
Dewan was late the next day.
Neither one of us said anything to about it ever again, right? But do you think I was calling Duan to wake him up? Come on in, baby.
Don’t forget, Duan, you got to be on time today, dude.
No, he’s going to make his own choices, right? You have to realize, you have to take ownership of your own business here with this.
See, I remember at the restaurants, I remember certain times, like, I went to go get that money back from that stuff.
I’m like, Dude, like, Listen, bro, I need this money, bro.
Hey, where’s my money? Y’all seen the family guy? Where’s my money? I’m starting to bust some kneecaps.
Oh, Mr.
Ortiz knows about that.
Okay, but listen, I remember I went to him and I said, hey, dude, listen, you got to stroke me a check where we’re getting ready to go out of town.
You know what that guy says to me? Doesn’t your wife have a job? What? I worked for you for 13 years.
I had worked for two years working like that without a monetary increase.
Two years, right? The guy, he just ran out of money.
I had essentially trained people to do my job, and I became replaceable.
Like John said, when you get so good you get ownership, they’re going to fire you.
You’re going to go do your own thing.
I remember clear as day.
I said, Dude, I’m about to leave, man.
You got to give me some more money.
You got to do something.
And he said, we don’t have any money.
I said, you just had 48 custom wood built tables imported in here.
And he goes, well, that’s an investment in the business.
I said, what the frick am I after 15 years, right, at a job? They want you to act like you own it, but you don’t own anything here’s.
Why you guys let me ask.
Some of you guys that still have jobs just over brokes, right? Do they pay you before you show up? No.
And if you guys shout it out, you guys that have jobs because, I don’t know, I’ve been out of the game for a while.
How long do you guys get paid? Weekly or biweekly? Shout it out.
Biweekly.
So I’m no math magician here, Bob, but if you got to work 40 hours, you got to work 80 hours before you get paid.
Yes or yes.
See, the problem with that is you go to work, you put in the 40 hours, and you expect, and you trust and you have faith in them, and you have belief in them that they’re going to stroke you a check at the end of it.
The reason people don’t work in Primerica is because they don’t believe in themselves to get the job done right.
You guys have the greatest opportunity in American business.
What are you doing with it? It’s fight or flight.
I was doing an equilibrium thing earlier.
Who’s got a bottle of water in the front row? You got a little baby bottle of water up here.
Thanks.
I was showing the squad and dinner.
That’s not really going to work.
God bless America.
Anyways, y’all see this little baby, little nipple top? You can’t even see the level in this thing.
Y’all see the nipple? Who’s got a bottle? Hold up your own bottle of water.
Audience participation.
Hold.
Thanks.
See that? You gotta think smarter, right? Hold up your own.
No, girl, stop right now.
Watch I want you to look at the level, whatever level your bottle is at.
Now, that’s actually just Jesus right now, that’s your income.
Some of you are lower than others, but we all have the same level.
Yes or yes? Now I want you guys to tilt your bottle to the left.
No, the other left.
Just kidding, right? Look at that.
You notice how the water level stays the same? Yes or yes? Yes.
Or Jesus, Mary and Joseph.
Y’all got six minutes.
Hold on.
You almost out of here.
Now tilt it the other way.
What happens to the water level? It stays the same.
That’s called equilibrium or your fight or flight.
It’s built into your DNA.
Ask yourself right now, if you quit and if you went all in and it didn’t work, would you be able to go get another job making the exact same amount of money you’re making now? What are you doing? What are you doing? What are you doing? Why not? Why not go all in? Why not see, if it doesn’t work, prove to me that it doesn’t work.
That’s what I tell my team all the time.
I says, Prove to me it doesn’t wor
