Video Summary
Tadgy Kiffin shares the powerful journey he and his wife experienced after joining Primerica, transitioning from hourly employment to business ownership and leadership growth. He introduces PMA — Positive Mental Attitude — as the foundation of their success, emphasizing the importance of daily mindset practice, especially during transitions and growth phases. Tadgy explains the five Ps: Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance, connecting preparation to the three pillars of business success — mindset, skill set, and execution. He stresses personal production as a leadership standard, highlighting the value of writing personal premiums and leading from the front. A key cultural element in their organization is the “comma check club,” reinforcing the expectation of earning daily income through consistent activity. Tadgy challenges leaders to shift focus from month-end pressure to dominating the first 10 days of the month to create momentum early. He outlines practical activity standards, including 25–30 daily appointments, field training three to five directs weekly, recruiting two business partners, generating 267 in weekly production benchmarks, and promoting district leaders from personal efforts. He concludes by reinforcing that both faith and fear require belief, and success comes from choosing faith, committing fully, and taking consistent action.

All right, guys, prior to Primerica, I was a chef lead at Dunkin Donut. I had no dreams, I had no goals. I was pretty much just showing up, making a little bit of money, and of course impressing my boss. After I joined Primerica, I was pretty much able to dream again. I had short term, long term goals and I was no longer Chris Ann the shift leader, but I became Krisanne, the business owner. We are literally inches away from 400,000 income and I am no longer Krisanne in the box, but are that good employee. But I became Krisanne who is going to impress herself. I started clapping for myself, my teammates, I started winning for myself, my family, my kids. We started winning trips, award milestone and also helping our teammates to impress themselves. And without Primerica, none of that was possible.

01:09

Primerica showed me that I am welcome in the room, guys. Primerica showed me that I don’t need to feel guilty. Last month went to mit, guys. We were number one rvp. So if anyone is in the audience today and you’re wondering if Primerica can work for you, yes, Primerica can work for you. I’m now gonna hand it over to my husband, my partner in business, partner in life, Taji.

01:42

All right, all right. Good afternoon. Good afternoon, guys. Super excited to be here. Anybody excited? No, I’m not. I’m not feeling this at all. Anybody excited on this side? Anybody on this side that is excited? All right. My, my coach asks and it’s a self introspection and he said, what would you be doing if it wasn’t for Primerica? And when he was at mit, that was his talk. If it wasn’t for Primerica, what would your life look like? I really don’t know because I was literally struggling, guys. Before Primerica, I was the bell boy. You know the movie Coming to America? When Akeem says when you think about garbage, you think about Akeem. When you think about cab, you think about Taji. All right? So really and truly gonna go straight into the fundamental, guys, all right? And write down this. It’s called pma.

02:38

This is something that I’ve been practicing, guys. And after correct. Keith Arthur, sir, we are at 375, enrolling 12. Okay? So we’re only missing 25,000 to get that four to Diamond. All right? So we call it PMA, guys. So write down PMA, all right? And the PMA stands for positive Mental Attitude. And this is something, guys, that we’ve been practicing a lot because most we as we all might know that we moved down to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. And every morning I have to practice my PME positive mental attitude. So that really gives focus to the five Ps that we’re using right now to move our business to the next level. We love personal producing. One of our mentor couples is the great Tony and Shelly Lorraine. So we love writing personal premiums.

03:33

We love to get the ink out of our pension and write those personal premiums, guys. So the five P’s that we’ve been mastering and practicing in Primerica as really, the 5P says, proper preparation prevents poor performance. Proper preparation prevents poor performance, guys. These five Ps give birth to the three main areas of your business, which is your mindset, your skill set and your execution. How to impress yourself in Primerica. My wife said she was trying to impress her boss and I said, hey, what can people do to impress themselves in Primerica? My coach, Chris H. On has this favorite quote that he says, be the rooster in your family. All right, so practicing morning routine is extremely important. Plan your schedule, guys, the night before. All right? We try to do at least 25 to 30 appointments daily. Alright?

04:30

Field trend three to five directs weekly, guys. The goal is to have them gain experience, get promoted, and of course earn their field training bonus. Number five said, always have a teammate watching you, booking the appointment and doing the appointments. Number six, show them how to make money. We came up with this thing which is a comma check per day. And we said that every day as a regional vice president, you have to make a comma check. That’s just a part of our culture and our coach, Orville Richards, we have what is called the comma check club. And this is the only club. Whether you’re a Christian or not. Your pastor will not be mad at you if you be a part of this club. All right, so focus on the first 10 days, guys.

05:14

I believe that Primerica put most of their interest on the last 10 days. They call it month and madness. But my month end really, we turn it and flip it to the first 10 days in the month. So the first 10 days are the most crucial days in your business. And that is when you develop the momentum, guys. All right, so focus. Master doing your business. Two business partners. So if I can talk to the newest person in the room and they ask what do I need to do to get into this comic check club? I would say master doing two business partners and 267 per week to make a comma check. All right? And of course helping someone to get a district leader from your own pen. And I’d end by saying this, guys.

06:02

Both faith and fear ask you to believe in something that doesn’t happen. Your choice. Choose fate. Commitment must be made. Efforts must be taken. Say with me, guys. Yes, Primerica can work for me. But I have to work. Primerica. Thank you, guys.
