Alright guys, so I’m just gonna give you a little backstory about who we are, for who doesn’t know.
Um, so I do Primerica part time, Anthony does Primerica full time, I’m a full time teacher.
Transitioning into doing Primerica full time, right, with a full time mindset.
So, you know, we just make it happen.
So whatever your situation is, there’s no excuses.You make it happen.
So I’m going to hand over the mic.
He’s going to, you know, give you guys all the nuggets.

We’re all excited, right? Fired up? I got seven minutes, so let’s get right into it.
So we, we focus on recruiting.
Anybody want a Big Bay shop? That’s where it starts.All right.
So we’re going to do mindset.
So, so a part of your mindset comes with happiness, right? Happiness.
So each time you sit with a recruit, they come inside, they’re very pumped up, excited.
They want to know what Primerica is, right? So watch this.
Happiness.
They say, I’m ready for a change, but show me how Primerica can help me.
That’s why they’re there.
But they have fear.
And this is what the fear comes out, um, from them saying, I like what I see, but I don’t think it can work for me.
How many times we hear that? Yeah.
Don’t.
I don’t know if this is right for me.
I don’t like talking to people.
I’m shy.
How many times we hear that? But as the recruiter, let’s go.
As the recruiter, your job is to let them know you can, you will, and you must.
That’s your job.
So I’m going to give you a diagnostic of what recruiting mindset should be.This is coming from my perspective, this is not Primerica, so don’t sue me, don’t.
This is just coming from my perspective.
So, happiness comes and goes.
When the mind gets comfortable or uncomfortable, which one are you? Fear is a useless emotion that keeps you timid, average, and ordinary.
Let me ask you this, are you average and ordinary?These are the questions I ask when I do my recruiting presentation.
When you go to the doctor and the doctor say, I’m fat, I can’t tell him that I’m not.
You come to my office as a professional to get a job, so called job to join primerica.
My objective is to tell you what primary is and how we can work.
You can make a choice to join or you can be afraid and walk away.
But what, what we searching for, we’re searching for leaders, right? So your story should be the reason why you become a part of primerica.
Don’t.
Why put yourself through a life sentence because you’re afraid of the unknown? Oh, I don’t like talking to people.Oh, I don’t think primarical work and they say what if I fail what I like asking this What if you succeed and I’ll ask you this, how would you know if you don’t try? So mindset one or two look at this You can say the wrong you can’t say the wrong thing to the right person get rid of the ABC plan The only way out is primarica.
Just do it and do it until it’s done.
Stop making excuses Growing from the branch leads to self destruction.Knowledge comes from the root of all resources.
So, stop closing two hops and think you are in Primerica.
Yeah? Anybody can do that.
Anybody can pick up an IBA.

When you see a man fall, don’t laugh.
Learn.
Because your day’s coming, but your mindset will change how you grow from that destination.
