So, you know, we just make it happen. So whatever your situation is, there’s no excuses.

I got seven minutes, so let’s get right into it. So we, we focus on recruiting. Anybody want a Big Bay shop? That’s where it starts.
All right. So we’re going to do mindset. So, so a part of your mindset comes with happiness, right? Happiness. So each time you sit with a recruit, they come inside, they’re very pumped up, excited. They want to know what Primerica is, right? So watch this. Happiness. They say, I’m ready for a change, but show me how Primerica can help me.
That’s why they’re there. But they have fear. And this is what the fear comes out, um, from them saying, I like what I see, but I don’t think it can work for me. How many times we hear that? Yeah.
Don’t. I don’t know if this is right for me. I don’t like talking to people. I’m shy. How many times we hear that? But as the recruiter, let’s go. As the recruiter, your job is to let them know you can, you will, and you must. That’s your job. So I’m going to give you a diagnostic of what recruiting mindset should be.
This is coming from my perspective, this is not Primerica, so don’t sue me, don’t. This is just coming from my perspective. So, happiness comes and goes. When the mind gets comfortable or uncomfortable, which one are you? Fear is a useless emotion that keeps you timid, average, and ordinary. Let me ask you this, are you average and ordinary?
These are the questions I ask when I do my recruiting presentation. When you go to the doctor and the doctor say, I’m fat, I can’t tell him that I’m not. You come to my office as a professional to get a job, so called job to join primerica. My objective is to tell you what primary is and how we can work.
You can make a choice to join or you can be afraid and walk away. But what, what we searching for, we’re searching for leaders, right? So your story should be the reason why you become a part of primerica. Don’t. Why put yourself through a life sentence because you’re afraid of the unknown? Oh, I don’t like talking to people.

and I’ll ask you this, how would you know if you don’t try? Stop making excuses Growing from the branch leads to self destruction.

Everybody’s passionate about cooking. Everybody’s passionate about sewing. I’m obsessed about building a business here in Primerica.
Pride comes and goes. Pride comes before the fall. That’s in the Bible. Don’t get too high that you can’t bend down and pick up a piece of paper because you’re too high. The same person you rise above, they’ll see you when you fall in again. When you see a man fall, don’t laugh. Learn. Because your day’s coming, but your mindset will change how you grow from that destination.
Look at this. Yesterday, I was a clever man, so I wanted to change the world. But today, I’m wise, so I’m changing myself.
I don’t win because I’m lucky. There is no such thing as luck. I only believe in hard work. I bet on me. I am the guarantor and the guarantee of my destination. Get to the point in your life where you’re okay. with what you have been through and get ready for what to come. Learn to embrace your past. It’s part of your success journey.
