Video Summary

In this energetic and heartfelt message, Fritz Tiki Squire shares how shifting your mindset is essential to succeeding in the Primerica opportunity. Reflecting on his humble beginnings delivering pizza before joining the business, he expresses deep gratitude for the opportunity that now provides consistent income, leadership growth, and a strong team culture. He emphasizes that stress, negativity, constant news consumption, and emotional instability can quietly sabotage performance, recruiting momentum, and decision making. He challenges listeners to evaluate their emotional state, circle of influence, and daily habits, encouraging them to lock arms with their upline and seek coaching instead of isolating themselves. He teaches the principle of passing negativity up and positivity down, strengthening the team environment while protecting personal focus. Referencing the book Who Moved My Cheese? by Spencer Johnson, he explains that holding onto old beliefs prevents you from finding new “cheese,” which represents growth, income, and advancement like Regional Vice President. He urges leaders to let go of fear, stop anticipating rejection before it happens, revisit their original why, and remember past wins to rebuild confidence. His core message is simple but powerful: release outdated thinking, eliminate fear based hesitation, surround yourself with the right voices, stay positive, follow the system, and aggressively pursue new opportunities so you can unlock the next level of success.

First of all, I want to thank Keith, you know, for even consider us to be a part of the, you know, speaking lineup. You know, I want to thank my wife. I think somewhere in the Bible says a man who find a wife, he finds a what a good thing. And I’m blessed for that. I want to thank Matthew, right? Matthew came a very long way. He’s secured his license right now and we had an opportunity to meet up with Chris and he has the green light on the system. Tonight you get promoted to senior regional leader. Has 40 codes already was doing like 20 by 20 within probably next month or so he’s going to go out to regional vice president. We’re excited about that. And then we got a bunch of people after that.

00:47

Speaker 1

We got Patrice and Doug and Kim and Patrice and Doug and tk. They did an amazing job helping through the licensing process. I’m super proud of him, man. And then we got a bunch of new stuff like Karen and Edison. These guys speak no English and I don’t even know what he says or what he does. He shows up every single day. He’s a beast, man. We’re excited for him. And then we got Tania and Xavier’s about to get security license and we got dawn and Jax and Sandra just move upstate and do an amazing job. And we’re so proud of our team, man. I think probably about 45 people here just like rally last minute. I was on the phone, I was riding here for two hour ride and we just kind of like, you know, saving people, you know.

01:27

Speaker 1

It was amazing, you know, And I started thinking like, if you’re not going through this, then you’re not really building, you know what I’m saying? It was just fun, you know, we just like, you know, getting people to this event. Right. So I just want touch on a couple things. Hopefully could help someone in this room maybe to inspire some of you guys in this room. And I just think back, you know, prior to prime work, I used to dill with pizza for a living and I was a college student, you know. And if you think back like, you know, in most cases when you see someone has delivered pizza, he’s probably not the guy, you know what I’m saying? And I’m just grateful for the person actually spoke to me about this opportunity. And it’s amazing what this company has done for us.

02:03

Speaker 1

I mean, you know, and bad month, the company still paying us 25, $25,000 a month. We pay our bills and it’s amazing, like at our house, we got a landscaper, we got someone to clean the house. And it’s just. It’s just unbelievable. I started thinking, like, man, like, this is so amazing. And I’m just grateful for this opportunity, you know? And I started thinking, like, in most cases, like, especially with the pandemic, right, Most people go through, you know, let’s say mental illness, right? Or some people get stressed, right? And I think, like, this business can stress you out, right? Especially you deal with people. But you can’t let that get to you. Doesn’t make sense, right? You gotta be positive all the time. You gotta be excited. You gotta have a great sense of humor. I look at Mike Preston, right?

02:41

Speaker 1

He came up. This guy has an incredible sense of humor, right? Wrong. Right. He just, like, he laughed the whole time. You know, Joe Cardena is awesome with that as well. Right or wrong, right? And so you gotta get. You gotta get excited. You can’t get distracted. You know, there’s so many things that’s happening, right? Especially the news, right. You know, like my grandmother, I go to her house and literally she watched the news 24 hours, seven days a week, and I’m like, damn, you know, let’s change the channel a little bit, right? And so I taught her to get to the gospel channel. But it’s amazing that most people, they will spend hours just watching the news. And social media, it has an advantage and a disadvantage, right? Wrong. Right.

03:15

Speaker 1

Nowadays you don’t necessarily need to turn on the news to watch the news, right? They mean you go on social media, there’s going to be the news, right or wrong, right? And so you can’t let those things, you know, get to your mind. And I think, you know, a lot of times, especially when you’re doing a business like this, you know, all those things just keep coming at you and you’re not even realizing what’s happening. So then you get frustrated, you get, you know, you get irritated easily, especially when you’re dealing with people. You know, those little things, you know, stuff like, piss you off. Like stuff that’s not even supposed to piss you off, but just kind of like piss you off a little bit, right? Wrong. Right.

03:45

Speaker 1

And you get, you know, sometimes I see people that just, like, they’re mad, you know, they don’t. They don’t smile, you don’t get excited no more, right? Wrong. Right. Or you know, you get to the point where you feel depressed and these are the different emotions that you go through on a daily basis and you wonder why, like you’re not getting success, you’re not working, you’re not doing what you got to do. And it’s just, you know, uphill, right? It goes up, you get excited, you get fired up, you get depressed, you get down. And he let 24 hours go, and he don’t do nothing. And then turns into a day, turns into a week, and turns into a whole month and turns into years. Right or wrong? Right? And you get to the point where you start worrying and you start neglecting.

04:19

Speaker 1

You start not get excited about recruiting, not get excited about having people around you. And if you find yourself in that case, in that situation, right. It makes it hard to make decisions. Because if you frustrated, you’re not where you want to be, right? And you’re bringing that into your daily routine, it makes you hard to make decisions. Some of the decisions you got to make on a daily basis, like, should I go to the office? Right. Rather than making decisions to go to the office, you decide to stay home, right? Or rather to pick up that phone call and make those phone calls, you decide not to, right or wrong, Right? And you’re unable to concentrate. You know, I see people all the time, they just. They can’t concentrate. You got to start checking yourself like, am I stressed?

04:53

Speaker 1

Like, what the hell is going on with me? Have you ever stopped and think, like, what the hell is wrong? Versus you just keep going and just keep going through the emotions, right? Unable to remember things, right. You’re constantly worrying, right? Especially this one is crazy. But you get to the point where someone says, well, I don’t know about sex. I don’t want to have sex. Well, maybe you stress, have you thought about right or wrong? Right? Or you get to the point where you start eating a lot, or you just eat like crap, or you just, like, you know, I don’t know, maybe you start smoking, you do recreational activity. Right or wrong, Right? And you know, it’s crazy how these people go through different emotions.

05:27

Speaker 1

And I got to tell you, man, you got to get to the point where you can’t let those things control you, by the way, there’s an enemy, and the enemy is trying to take you out. Just like if you watch any movie, right or wrong, all right, there’s an enemy, there’s a villain, right or wrong, right? And the enemy is going to try to take you out. And you cannot allow the enemy to take you out, because all this is like a plan. They trying to work on you on a daily basis for you not to be focused, for you not to Be on it. For you to be distracted, for you not to accomplish your goals and dreams. Right or wrong, right?

05:54

Speaker 1

And you got to get to the point where you gotta, in order for you to get out, you gotta lock arms with your upline, you gotta lock arms with your rvp. You gotta lock arms with that upline and says, you know what? I’m feeling this way. This is what’s happening right now. And you speak to your coach, you speak to your upline, you start realizing, let’s say you speak to a Ray, you speak to a Roy, right? You speak tony and Shelly, right? You speak the upline, you start realizing they’ll pull you out. And rather that turns into an hour, two hours or three hours, a whole day turns into a couple minutes. Right or wrong? Right. See? Negative. You pass negative up, right? Wrong, right. That’s your coaches, right? And then you pass positive down. What about your circle?

06:29

Speaker 1

You see, you got to start evaluating your circle. Like who’s in your circle, who’s in your corners? Who are the people that surround you, right? You know, I was at Bandon Brothers, an event that we go to, and it talks about, do you have a 3:00am friend? You know, do you have a friend? Do you have someone that you could call him at? And it’s. I’m not saying you’re going to call somebody at 3:00, but do you have somebody you’re calling if something goes wrong, you can make that phone call. And you got to start thinking about that for a second, right? See who’s in your ear, right? You know, who’s in your. Here. Like, who are you talking. Who are you getting coached by on a daily basis, right or wrong, Right? You see, you gotta start thinking like, I don’t want to.

07:00

Speaker 1

I don’t want to be this way. I don’t want to be stuck. I don’t want to be. I don’t want to be like. I don’t want to be walking around being mad like I was speaking to somebody the other morning. I’m like, you just sound like you. Zero by zero. Like it’s just. It just. I don’t even have to look at the numbers, right? Wrong, right. You got to get fired up, right? Wrong, Right. Listen, wherever you at is not. It’s not. It doesn’t. It doesn’t mean nothing. It doesn’t mean, like that’s where you’re going to be or you’re going to stay forever. Right or wrong, Right? See, and how you do that, you know, you got to start thinking how Amazing. You are. Sometimes we forget how great we are because of the situation at the moment.

07:30

Speaker 1

So do you remember when you closed that Life app, that One Life app? Do you remember how that felt? Do you remember when you did 10,000 premium? Do you remember when you did 20,000 premium? Do you remember when you dubbed it to recruit? You remember how that felt? Because sometimes we literally forget. Right or wrong. Right? Or when you close 10,000 prenup, when you make 10,000, 20,000, 30,000, or whatever that income amount that you made, right? Wrong. You remember how that felt, Right? So you go through these emotions and what about doing this? How about you try this? Right? Heat. Better. To me, when you eat like crap, you just feel like crap, right? Wrong. Right. So when you eat better, it just makes you feel better, right? Wrong. Right. How about you start listening to something positive?

08:04

Speaker 1

You know, there’s so many audios and books and stuff that’s out there. It’s amazing that you should never be negative. Right or wrong, Right? How about you put yourself. Put a game plan to become positive 100%. How about you put together a game plan to go to Regent Vice President or go get some new directs, right? Or how about you revisit your. Why, like, why the hell did you join? Did you forget? A lot of us saw something. Like, we saw the opportunity. Every app meeting that we do, we sit down with people. Oh, my God, this is so amazing. When was the last time you sat through an out meeting? Some of you guys are probably. You’ve probably just did recently, but you sat through an app meeting like, man, this is so unbelievable. Right or wrong, right?

08:38

Speaker 1

And you start thinking about how great this opportunity could be. You know, I was reading this book called who Moved My Cheese? And I probably felt like I probably heard about this book probably like 100 times. I just never read it. And I probably read that book probably about 10 times back and forth because it was easier. It was only 39 pages or something like that. And our team started reading. In the book, it had the different characters. If you’re ready, you probably know. And one of the things that they wrote on the cheese says, old beliefs, right? Do not let the old beliefs prevent you from getting new cheese. And the cheese is money, right? Or whatever it is, growth or whatever you want it to be, right?

09:11

Speaker 1

And the other one says, the quicker you let go of old cheese, the sooner you find new cheese. Some of us are so stuck on the old belief and what it was. And you were supposed to go to school and you’re supposed to do that, forget about that job or forget about whatever is going on in your mind. Right? Wrong. Right. And this one says, what would you do if you weren’t afraid? Like, what would you do if you weren’t afraid? And I think a lot of people walk around with fear, like you, thinking that you can’t. Like, you can do whatever you put your mind to. There’s some scripture in the Bible that says that, right or wrong, right. You know, you have to put yourself in a position where you can’t have fear.

09:45

Speaker 1

What do you, like, you wake up with fear, like, thinking somebody’s going to say no before they say no to you. Like, you know, you making that phone call and you so concerned about what’s going to happen. Ain’t nothing going to happen. You make that phone call, you’re not. You’re not scared. You’re not worried about nothing. You just go after it every single day. And I promise you’re going to have an incredible month, an incredible year. Now, listen, we’re so excited. I’m just so grateful to be a part of this, to part of an incredible team, and we’re ready to take this thing to a whole nother level. Thank you, Keith.
