First of all, take a look around the room right now.
This is a Friday afternoon session, right? Back in the day, were lucky if we had a hundred people in the room.
There’s thousands of people here already.
So give yourselves a round of applause for the rallying that you did.
First of all, you heard a lot of great stuff so far today, right? We heard enough already that we could go home and go rock this thing.
But it’s going to determine really where you go from here.
It’s all about what you want out of this opportunity.
And the only thing that’s different between us and you is what you want out of this opportunity.
You know, late Jo Enzer used to say that all the time to us.
But what do you really want? You know, how many of you guys would like more time, freedom out there? Yes.
How many of you guys would like maybe a chance more at the big time and hit some of those bigger goals that you have in your life? Right.
Okay.
If you have your wristband on right now, please hold that up, guys.
What does it say on your wristband? Lock in.
Lock in, Right? What does lock in really mean? Plant your flag, guys.
Primerica is real.
This is a real business.
We struggled with that in the beginning to figure out if Joe was really going to leave his law firm or not.
Right? Because that was outlandish to us when we found out that Primerica was real and that you have everything that you win with when you walk through that door.
You know what? The sky’s the limit for all of you.
It doesn’t matter what you got done so far or what you didn’t get done so far.
It matters where you go when you leave here today.
And it starts with the word decision, folks.
It begins with a decision.
You need to decide today while you’re in this room.
Right? Because big decisions are made at big events, right or wrong.
Now, you know why that is? We’re clearing your head out, guys.
You’re getting your brainwashing right now.
Some of us need a little brainwashing.
Right or wrong, all that crap that we’ve been taking in.
Right? Sometimes that makes us stagnate.
But today we cleared out your head.
We’re filling it with all the positives that you need to go run and dominate and go deliver for your family.
Who’s ready to make a decision out there? The second thing, it’s going to take a commitment.
It’s going to take a commitment, folks.
It takes time to win.
Right? This isn’t just something you do when you want to do in your spare time? You need to make a solid commitment with this business.
And what does that really mean? If you want to be an rvp, set the date.
If you want to have your own office, you know what? Go figure out where you want it to be.
But you need to make a commitment to winning, to hit your goal for however long it takes.
Where’d you hear that one before, guys? That’s another thing we pulled from the great Joe Ensor.
So, again, in this arena today, where you guys are, in this event, you can actually make the decision today to change your whole life if that’s something that you want to go do.
And Primerica has done that for us, folks.
I mean, we’ve been here for 30 years.
And what’s so cool is my family knows nothing more than what we saw in Primerica.
They never saw mom and dad having to go to a job and kind of high five and leave the kids alone and be raised by strangers.
We bought into the Primerica opportunity, and what we wanted was that time, freedom.
We wanted to do what we want, when we want, whenever we want.
Who wants to do that one, guys? Right? Awesome.
Awesome.
And yes, you know, Blake did an amazing job.
And what perfect timing for us because I was talking to Billy Bajeki and, you know, a guy I know, 30 years in the business, but we each have a nice sized business and we have kids watching us now that want to be part of it.
So, Nick Salerno, I know you’re out there somewhere.

We’ll win in this business.

It’s a big deal.
So it’s going to barrel down to these couple of things, and you’ve heard them before, and one of the things that you need to do to focus, right? To narrow down your focus, you need to be a student all over again with this business.
And what does that really mean? You know, my son said the other day, I’m going to go balls to the wall, like, whatever that means to you, right? But when you do that, when you be a student, that means you show up to everything.
Showing up is not optional.
Showing up is the smallest level of commitment that we see for people, right? But when someone shows up, we know they’re going to be the winners, right? The winners show up.
You don’t have to fight on that one.
They do it no matter what, right? The winners show up.
They get fully licensed.
They don’t make excuses.
About the next license, they just get it done.
We had someone in our base shop that got the life insurance license done.
And then he says, you know what? I want to go for securities.
How long should it take? Now, listen, this is where a lot of you guys have to learn to set expectations, right? Because sometimes if you look around in the office, some people have studied for a little bit for that test.
You know what I’m talking about, the sie.
So I looked at him in the eyes and I said, you know what? You could get it done within two to three weeks.
Now, is that true? Is that true? If you want to get it done right or wrong, you can get it done.
He passed the SIE in just three weeks.
And again, it’s because we set an expectation of a student, right? So being a student is so important.
The second portion is bring people.
Like, a lot of people.
What do I do, coach? What do I have to do next? You know what? We meet in our office twice a week, doing a business briefing, an opportunity meeting.
Bring people to it, right? The simplest thing you could do during the week is invite people to come look at our business.
Not recruit them, invite them.
And we say that over and over again.
But, guys, bring it.
People’s where it all begins.
You brought people to this event, right or wrong, Right? But your next OP meeting’s gotta be loaded because we have to start bringing people.
Number three.
Swallow.
Cheerlead the system.
Cheerlead the system.
You know the coolest thing about that? I used to think it meant the pom thing and stuff like that.
It’s positive encouragement.
It’s following the system that’s already in place.
It’s the most incredible thing.
Cheerleading the system.
You know, partnership is the thing that separates this business from anything.
Having an opportunity to take the person that you chose to spend the rest of your life with and work in partnership in Primerica together is a gift.
So I want to give it up for Moira, for all you do back in the home office and everything you do.

But you got to get out of your own way.
You could make excuses or you could make money, but you can’t make both.

You could read all the books you want.
You could go to all the meetings.
You want.
But until you get on that bicycle and ride it yourself and scrape your knee, you’re not going to know what you don’t know.
You know what I mean, Guys, you got to go after it.
And you’ll be amazed, too, just with a little bit of time that you’ve been in a Primerica environment, you know, more than 90% of the people out there, even with Vinny’s presentation right now.
