Hello, Hello.
We walk in victory because this place you get the victory.
And I have I prospect this a long time ago.
It’s a good prospect.
But God says Joshua, that’s it.

How everybody’s doing amazing, right? So I just want to press that button.

Coach asked us to go over what we did to be able to get our contract.
That was a week ago or two weeks was really exciting.
So what we did and helped us to see it is we need to DDR.
We need to have double in everything that we are doing.
And for that we got double recruit who got recognized now was really nice.
That was something new for us.
We got production and then we got license going and we have attendance.
I think our biggest thing for our team was getting people to come to the meetings, especially managers meeting.
We get more people committed to come to learn how to do it, follow the system and get promotions.
So we are working hard to get our team promoted.
And what’s kind of hard for me to get my license took me like about three years because English is our third language, right? We speak Portuguese then we speak Spanish a little bit and we are learning English.
So took us like when you sign up until 2019 to January 2024 to finish our license.
And that’s something that I always tell everybody.
If you’re studying, just keep studying, don’t stop.
So I used to study every day till I get the license, then take a little break and get to the next one.
Because without the license you cannot get promoted, right? So license was a big thing for me.
And then that was our promotion time that since we got our IBA and we got promoted every like two or three months to get regional, then we get stuck there because we need people to get promoted too.
And we can’t grow by ourselves.
We can do all your license study, be very licensed and don’t get your promotion because you need to help people to do the same, right? So we start getting, helping our team to study and get a license and build their teams too so we could get our promotion done.
And this was our number since we started working.
And it got a.
I think the achievements for us was really good to get like our watch.
When we got our watch, I said I’m going to use it till I get my ring.
So I use it every day to remember, hey, I need to change that for a ring.
So that was a big thing for us.
And when the trips was very big too.
Because on the trips you raise your.
I believe your level to believe on the business.
So we got all the trips since we sign up to work and we start winning it.
But the last like four months, I was trying to do the 90 day cycle to try to get my RVP contract since like three years ago.
Every year I was like, I’m going to do this time.
And I bought the book, started filling over again.
But it was actually 40.
It took us like four months for us to do it.
So what we did was we start.
After the convention was really huge.
And I think I cannot get that.
I don’t know, my numbers disappear.
We’re having canvas and that’s PowerPoint.
But we got numbers up on July, August, September and October.
We start double digit every month.
And then you start getting people going on their own, you start working and get a license.
So we got few teammates that got their promotion and they started working with us too.
And the events for us was really big.
Since we started working, we never miss a trip.
Even if it was a hurricane in Florida, if somebody passed away, everything that happened, we never miss a trip.
Like this week for our family was devastated.
We lost two family members.
It was very hard.
But we cannot miss the event, right? We have to come.
So we are at the same time we are celebrating.
You are sad, but we are here.
So we bring all the teammates that was possible with us every time.
Never miss a trip.
So if you want to win big on this company, we need to come and get the excitement for a big event.
You cannot see that on our small office, right? So when you bring new people to the event, they are going to increase their believing.
So that is why we did it.
So these are our team that we are working together.
We have all these amazing people that help us through the process to learn.
Our coaches, Keith and Danielle Otto, help us since the beginning and love them.
So we have the privilege to work with Theresa and Kwame.
They brought us to the business and show us the way to Primerica.
Then we have our office in Bonita that you have all our coaches there, our RVPs, Dori, Shao and Daniel.
We have Germarie.
So we had a team of people that when you come to Primerica, we build like as a family.
We don’t have family here in United States, but we have a big family in our office.
So we do events together, we do everything together.
So that’s a good thing about this business because you can grow as a person, you can grow as a family, you can do a business altogether.
So on.
The events are big, very important.
To us, we never miss an event.
We bring all our teammates together.
We give them the vision that if you come to the events, can see that you can do it too.
Because I remember first time that you came to Kalahari, we see so many people and say, how are you going to be able to do that? We are from another country.
We speak like a third language.
It’s hard for us to study and get this license.
And was like I was 30 years without going to school, and then I have to study in English and all this different stuff that you need to learn.
But if I did it, you don’t have excuses to skip it, right? So you need to go after, get your license, study health, families one by one.
What I do is we work with family all the time.
So as a family, building this business, I have my husband, Narciso, he’s always there with me.
He prospects everybody.
So I tell him, you prospect, send them to me.
So that’s what he does.
He sends me numbers every day.
So he send me numbers, talk to my wife.
So we talk to everybody, go over and recruit people.
So we have our son that’s learning with us, and we have our teammates that together we are building this business that can change so many lives.
You already see that on our own lives.
