”Give it up for yourself, right? Superstar.
Um, we are so grateful to be part of this, uh, company.
To even be in America, and be part of the best country, uh, company in the world, right? Um, we don’t take it lightly.
And so far where we are is not because of us.
And what you want to do, you want to always put him first in your life and, uh, everything will be fine.So we’re going to talk to you about being attractive, uh, to your personal production.
Uh, one of the things that I see a lot of people want to do is to become a great business owner without being a great self employed.
And, uh, it’s not going to happen.
You have to be a great personal, a strong personal producer in order for you to build a business.Because, um, if you’re not producing and you’re recruiting people, how are you going to show them how to produce? It’s not going to happen, right? And, uh, um, it is critical for you to make money in order for you to have the right mindset to build a business, right? And if you are not making money, It’s going to be a problem and you want to make money so that you can be direct with people that you recruit.Because like, the reason why you cannot talk to your people the way you want to talk to them is because you’re not making money.
And if, and if you’re not making money, right, how are you going to get them to, to make money? How are you going to get them to produce, right? The Bible said, um, the worker, a worker deserves to be paid.
So if you do some work, you deserve to be paid.
So the question you’ll be asking yourself, why am I not making money? It’s because you didn’t work.
So if you don’t work, no money.
By the way, this is how we talk to ourselves.
Tony was mentioning it.
This is how we keep ourselves on fire so that we don’t just let the time slide by.And you want to also make money so that your recruit can fight to earn your time.
Right? So if you are really doing what you’re supposed to do, They’re going to be fighting competing to get to earn your time because they know they know if they’re not coachable you’re not going to Waste your time with them and we’re not going to be direct with people if we we are not producing And uh, you want to also have the peace of mind dealing with the clients You don’t want to sit across the kitchen table and the client feel like you need that clothes, right?And you act this way, you’re repelling people.
We’re talking about being attractive.
And for us to be attractive, you have to sit there, you are there to help them.
Right to serve them.
You are not there because like what I need this close because I have you’re looking at your bills and stuff like that so you want to have the mindset the the peace of mind to be able to deal with the The client the right way and also the other one you gotta make money So you don’t have to beg your teammate to go to work So who feel like you have to beg your teammate to book appointment you have to beg your teammate to do everything Right because if you are doing what you’re supposed to do You’re going to attract the right people, and then you, you’re not going to have to beg people, right? And, um, and you want to also make money so that you can raise your confidence level, right? And then, um, let’s get to that.
So, professionals always make money.
I heard this from, from Chris.
Chris always say, professionals always make money.
Always make money.
So if you are not making money, uh, it’s because we are not professional.Maybe we are immature in the, in the business.
And what we have to do is to move from being immature to be what? To becoming professional, right? Every time you don’t get paid, we go primary care card check what? Every day.
So any, every day, any day you don’t get paid, just tell yourself you didn’t work.
And working is not about getting out of the house from 6 a.m.
All the way to 10 p.
m.
And then nothing is getting done now.
It’s not because you are out being busy.
That doesn’t mean anything You can be busy without being productive.
What you have to do is to be productive every single hour has to be what? It has to be productive, right? Um, and how we can how can we become professionals in primarica?So that’s the question we have to be become professionals, right? And um, chris always use this You Pool, like people that play pool.
The, the, the, the problem is not getting the bull in, right? The problem is you get the bull in, and then what? You line up the next bull to get in, right? But if you get the bull in, and there’s now nothing else, right?That simply means when you close a business, when you close a client, How many appointments you got from that close, right? How many closes come from that close, right? So if you wake up in the morning and your appointment book is empty, no close is coming, you know, like you you You are sure that you’re not getting close, right?And to become professional you have to become a master of the fundamentals of the game because sometimes we we we’ve Like we forgot about the fundamentals and if you’re not good at the fundamentals It’s gonna reflect on your numbers.
And maybe some of us, we don’t even know what are the fundamentals of Primerica.So, if you don’t know, that mean like, definitely we are not good at the fundamentals, right? And, uh, really quick, the first one is what? Prospecting.
Next one is? Invite, well, setting appointment, setting appointment.
And that setting appointment is what we call the gateway, right? In, in Primerical for your success.Now, anyone that don’t have premium or they don’t have recruit, is that they don’t know how to set appointment or book an invite.
You don’t, you don’t get people to look at what you are doing.
So if you cannot get, master that part of the business, nothing gonna happen.
If there’s no appointment, there’s no sales, there’s no recruit, nothing gonna happen.And if there’s not, there’s no appointment, no recruit, no sales, no money, you’re gonna be frustrated, right? And you’re gonna, it’s gonna reflect.
Your people are gonna see that you are completely frustrated, right? And the next one is, yeah, you have to master closing, your closing what? Presentation.
Now we, sometimes we do what we call a informational presentation.Yeah, you make them happy because you give them some great information.
But you didn’t get the check, you didn’t close, so that presentation was not a closing presentation.
And a closing presentation is a presentation that has, what, closing questions, right? So it’s not that hard to, to close somebody in, uh, in, um, in insurance, especially if they have kids, they are, they are responsible.There’s a few questions that you just need to ask them.
And to be able to close right i’m running out of time I’m gonna go through it really quick overcoming objection and all this stuff all the other fundamentals Especially booking appointment and doing this closing presentation Is is key and also you got a master while getting the default and recruiting at the kid and kitchen table, right? And um, and i’m gonna finish with this.
There’s what we call four level of competence, right? And you have to to to know them and to make sure you, you move from the mediocrity and to move to the being a professional.
The first one is what we call unconsciously incompetent.
That’s the first level.
So like, me that mean you don’t know and you don’t know like, that you don’t know.
You don’t know, but you don’t know like you don’t know.
So there’s no remedy for that type of people, right? Because like, you don’t know, you’re messing up everything, but you’re not even conscious like that you don’t know.
So that’s, that’s bad.
You got to move from that level.
You, you have somebody and they just want to do everything their own way.Like anything, anything you’re telling them, they want to do their own way.
They don’t want to, they don’t want to book a payment.
I’m going to go get the license first.
I’m going to do everything my own way.
Right? Unconsciously incompetent.
And the second level is what we call consciously incompetent.
So now, You don’t know but at least what you are aware that you don’t know now We can we can start looking for a solution to the problem.So it’s okay as a brand new person It’s okay to not know because you are like a baby So when you have a baby, you don’t expect the baby to do everything right there depending on you, right? So we are able to to teach you if you are willing to learn Nothing can stop you, but if you cannot learn, if you are not willing to learn, no one can, what, help you, right?So what you need to do is to put all the evil, all this stuff aside and just learn, right? And it can be in different area.
Maybe, uh, maybe as a vice president also there’s some area that we, what, we, we have to, to work on, right? It’s not like we know everything.
And the third level is what we call consciously, what, competent.Now you are, you know, and you know that, you know, right? Right.
So, you know, you are competent, and you are aware that you are competent, right? And you’re getting results.
You realize, like, some people, they, they walk around, it’s like, I’m a closer, right? And we can see, like, they are closers, right? Because they, we see the result, right?They know, and, uh, uh, they know, like, they know.
And the last one is where you, everybody wants to be, unconsciously, you know? This is where, like, everything is, like, autopilot.
You even, you, you do everything without even thinking about it.
You close left and right, you get the referral, you get, you take people through the process without even thinking about it.Because now, you are at a level where this is impossible for you not to, um, not to get it done.
And, uh, I finish with this quote.
Amateur, right? They practice until they get it right.
Professional, they practice until they cannot get it wrong.
