We’ll be done in two minutes.
Just in closing, for real, I appreciate so much the team that we work with, and I was sitting here listening to the RVP speak all weekend, and let me tell you what I heard.
I heard stories.
I heard their story of where they were.
I heard the story of where they’re at right now.
More important, I heard the story of where they’re going and how many people they’re bringing with them.
It and my challenge, each and every one of you is just like these guys that you heard from and the great RVPs that we didn’t get a chance to hear from are writing the story of their life or have written stories that have impacted people.
My challenge, each and every one of you is to look at your life and realize, man, you’re writing your story, but you’re writing your story not with what you’re writing down on a piece of paper or a pen.
You’re writing your story with actions.
And actions trump intention.
And the thing we got to realize is we got to stop talking about what I’ve done, right? What we did back in the day or what I used to do or what used to be, don’t make honeybees make honey, right? The question we got to ask ourselves is, man, what am I doing today? What am I doing this weekend when I leave here? What am I going to do between now and the end of June? What am I doing to grow my business and put myself in a business, put myself in a position? See is everything we talk about in past tense.
It’s amazing, right? I’m embarrassed to tell you I’m going to my 40 year class reunion in a couple of months.
I want to tell you, I was not most likely to succeed in high school, but I’ve never been more friggin jacked up to go back to Cease and Players and all these guys follow us on Facebook and Instagram.
And I felt like a supermodel when I ran into some of these guys based on the picture Glenn just showed.
But what’s crazy is some of these guys just don’t take care of themselves.
But I see some of these guys and gals I haven’t seen in 40 years.
And there’s a bunch of them that I recruited into Primerica or talked to them about the business that aren’t doing it.
And they’re good people, okay? And I promise you, I don’t forget where I come from.
But I know what’s going to happen.
I’m staying there that night.
I’m spending time with a bunch of knuckleheads I went to high school with.
But I promise you, what I’m going to hear is the same crap I hear when I run into some of them every once in a while when they played football.
When they play baseball, they talk about shit that happened 40 years ago.
I say, I’m going to talk about.
I’m going to Europe tomorrow with my wife.
I’m going to go see my son in Italy.
Then we’re going to fly back and spend some time with the players.
I’m going to fly back and I want to see I have not seen the Lipson’s new apartment on the beach.
Beautiful.
I’m going to spend some time with Tony and Shelley, Lorraine.
I’m going to see their beautiful apartment, spend some time with the Dragons and some of the players.
I’ve committed to 15 or 20 different offices when I’m back in town.
And so my feeling is this, okay, we’ve got to talk about what we’ve got going on right now, you and I.
How awesome is it that we literally can create our life? What you just saw this weekend is a walking, talking, living example testimonial of how these guys and gals changed their life.
And it’s not about them.
And that’s not look what I’ve got.
It’s about you realizing, man, they’re impacting people.
And you and I have an opportunity to do that.
So my question to each and every one of us is, what’s your story? What’s your story going to be? We write our story with actions.
And I want to tell you, we are so proud to be in business with you guys.
If I could have all the RVPs come on up here so you could see your leadership team.
We come on up here for one last time.
We just want to thank everybody.
Will, if you could play our theme song because we are definitely proud to be an American and proud to be primerican.
