Thank you, thank you.
Who’s excited? Come on, let’s get excited.
This is the first event after Covid in person.
You should be here.
If you in business, you got to be in every single event.
Guys, good morning.
Good morning.
My time is rushing.
They rushing me out.
I don’t want to put the music on me and I talk a lot.
So I just wanted to thank God, first of all, for the opportunity to allow me to be here in front of you guys because without my Lord Jesus Christ, nothing is possible.
Nothing is possible.
And with that in mind, you know, shout out to my players that they’re always coachable, they’re always consistent.
They’re always putting the numbers on the board for us.
A big hug to the players, to the MLB, to the UBK guys.
I love you all.
It’s one team, one dream, right? And I was told to talk about a little bit about my story and I hate that because it was happy and then it become not too happy.
But I came in business with my husband a lot of years ago.
And when we came, it was his idea for me to do the business because, you know, I was sick and tired of my job.
He owns a real estate office for 13 years.
He was a broker, so he was doing good, quote unquote.
We came to Primerica making money.
That’s what we thought, you know, were having a happy life.
So I didn’t see myself doing this business.
But when I decided to come and do it because they got me really upset at work and I fired my boss, I made the commitment that I was going to do this 100% if I was going to be here to put the time away from my kids and to put the time away from my family.
And sacrifice.
People call it sacrifice.
I call it effort.
Because the sacrifice would have been if I would have never done the opportunity, that would have been the big sacrifice.
So when we came here, we started great.
It was wonderful.
We follow the system, guys.
Always follow the system.
Always follow you.
Upline you RVP, because the business is not difficult.
We made it difficult.
You know, we all have a strategy.
Every RVP have a strategy.
But there’s nothing better in life than you be adaptable and coachable.
Even if you don’t like what your upline says, even if you don’t like.
You know, I was never in agreement with friend Dylan.
All the time there were things that I didn’t like, but I did it anyway because of the team, because my people were watching me and my people would do I’m gonna kill my kid.
My people would do what I do.
And if I’m uncoachable, and I do my way and I do whatever I want, that’s exactly what my people are gonna do.
And you gonna grow RBP just like you uncoachable.
So always follow the system, guys.
Whatever your upline, say, whatever your system it is, whatever your system have, follow it right.
And always try to play team the most that you can.
That’s what we did.
We built a team that thank God, were able to make the ownership in this business.
Because in 2016, when my husband passed away, this got difficult.
