Video Summary

In Integrity And Adaptation: Building A Business That Lasts, Albertoni and Jinette Fleurant share how embracing change, maintaining integrity, and understanding the power of the Primerica system have shaped their journey. They reflect on personal transitions — from marriage and team hierarchy changes to rebuilding their business for family legacy — emphasizing that integrity must remain intact during every shift. Albertoni recounts his transformation from skeptic to believer, crediting leaders and the system for reshaping his mindset. He explains that Primerica is more than a vehicle for income; it is a mission-driven company founded by Art Williams after the industry challenge predicted by Norman Van Etten decades earlier. The couple highlights two reasons people fail: lack of understanding and lack of belief in themselves. They stress that everything in the business can be learned — leadership, people skills, and mindset — through action and mentorship. Ultimately, they clarify that recruiting is not optional for entrepreneurs. Every business requires people, but Primerica differs because you recruit business partners with self-interest, not employees without ownership. That distinction creates leverage, longevity, and freedom. The system works — the real question is whether you will work it with integrity.

Transcript: The title of our talk is Change People, Change People, right? So for us, um, this, this, we started 2024 being changed completely, right? Because sometimes you go into family where you have your family originally, and then you’re married into a family, right? So for us, that change was going on all along, right?

We go into last name change, right? That’s a big step, because I love my last name, right? My last name, I loved it, right? But we changed my last name to the Florent last name, right? And then, after that, we had our team that, uh, we, we, we will thank some people, right? Because we had our team, the visionary team, where we grew up on that team, right?

And then, we got adapted into the, uh, uh, uh, VIP hierarchy, right? So for us, those are changes that we’re dealing in life, right? But as human being, as you change, you adapt to change and you accept change and you move forward, right? And then that’s what we, we, we, we did. And then, we want to personally, like, thank our team, the, the, the, um, our team, that now the team we marry into, right?

And then also the family, my dad probably going to the same change, because we had to change our last name, right? So the same thing, the visionary hierarchy, Mara Vasquez might be going to the same change, because we had to change last name and then go to our team, right? But, with, with that being said, right, the visionary, um, the VIP hierarchy had accepted us with everything, right?

We want to personally thank Dave and Joyce, and then also I’m going to thank my brother in law Diesel, right? Because sometimes in life when change is happening,

with, with change, you got to embrace change, right?

Man, the biggest man with like the sometimes we have to put our egos on our pocket and do what’s right for our family, what’s right for life. Right? So these are had stepped down to the partnership and allow us to be able to build our team. Right? So for us, we embrace and we love and their VIP hierarchy.

And then we personally think in the quantum leap, we have actually 30 plus people in the room right now. And the reason why is because we change in and then they accept it. And then one thing is about us is integrity. D. Integrity had been always our case, right? Cause when we was making our transition, it had to be right.

Cause I couldn’t walk into a room and walk head down. Integrity is what we stand by. And then for those of you who feature RVP in the room, you’re gonna build this business two times. You’re gonna build it the first time to go RVP. But the second time, you’re gonna build it for your family. And then the first time, Diesel helped us build it, but we’re gonna do it.

And if you looked in the dictionary, I’m gonna introduce Albert Tony Florent right now, right? If you looked in the dictionary, you see the word integrity. This man is a man of integrity. And then one thing you have to always know, we do everything a hundred percent right. Never, never would we be able to not look somebody in the eye because we are an integrity person.

So, I’m going to pass it to my husband, Alberto Niflora.

Good morning, Primerica!

Alright, so let’s get through it guys, okay? Cause time is running, right? Okay, so most of you, uh, know my story, right? I was the anti Pamirka guy, right? So most of you, if you came across me, right? Try to recruit me, I probably would probably talk you out of it. But thank God my brother Diesel, you know, we’re forever grateful, right?

Um, let’s say When he tried to, actually he didn’t try to recruit me because he knew I would never do Primerica, right? But I gave him half, you know, for almost a year, you know, um, because he was, you know, trying to do the business. But thank God he kept on going, right? And eventually, you know, I have a change of heart, okay?

So now, guys, Primerica is a vehicle, okay? However, though, it’s a great vehicle because there’s many vehicles out there you can make money in. You guys understand that, right? Do you guys know McDonald’s is a vehicle? You can make money owning a McDonald’s. But the question is, if you have children, they say, hey, mom, dad, right?

What are you doing to impact the community? Oh, you know, we’re selling burgers, french fries, cholesterol, heart attack, et cetera, right? No offense to McDonald’s. Now, when it comes to Primerica, why is Primerica a great vehicle? We gotta be proud of this company. It’s a company of destiny. You guys see this?

Back in 1963, right? A guy named, right, you guys see? Norman Van Dasey, he said, he said, If somebody have the balls and the guts to go against the life insurance industry, right? Not only they will never be forgotten, but they’re going to make a lot of people financially independent. That was back in 1963, okay?

Pomerica was founded in 1977. Think about that for a second. Somebody wrote that. Okay, so here comes Art Williams, the founder of Pomerica, right? And guess what happened? He did exactly what this guy prophesied, right? What? And guess what, guys? We’re still part of that journey. Okay? You guys, are you guys excited or what?

Right? Okay. So, there are two reasons why people don’t do our business, guys. Two reasons, that’s it. The first one, most people never take the time to actually understand what Primerica is all about, what is it that we do, and who we are. Our mentor, Kitaro, always say that. The second part is, Even if they do get recruited at some point, sometime, right?

They don’t think they can do it. Those are the only two reasons why people don’t do the business. They don’t understand it and they don’t think they can do it even though they see example of success, right? Okay. Now mindset is everything, right? The reason why I joined the business, right? Because I had a change of heart because I started changing, watching my brother, right?

Okay. Started reading his books, listening to his audios, right? So, everything in our business can be learned. Thank God for that. Because, you guys look at me, right? I can play basketball, right? I can play soccer. I can sing, right? But thank God, everything in Primerica, you don’t need talent, you don’t need special skills.

All you gotta do is learn through all the leaders, right? And thank God for awesome leaders like Joe Cardino, that put this event together, right? You guys know this guy’s a legend in the company? Most of us wouldn’t be here if he didn’t pay the price, if he didn’t give up his law practice to do this. We probably wouldn’t be in New York, right?

Thank God for leaders like Devin Joyce. Oh my God. We’re so grateful for them, right? Thank God for leaders like Miles Vazquez, right? Without them, we wouldn’t be here. Guess what? We get to learn from them. People skill. Man, nobody likes Joss, right? She got the awesome people skill. Joe Cardino, another one.

Always make people feel better. Guys, remember, we hire 18 year old people for a reason. Because we hire adult. If you’re dealing with adult, you better learn how to deal with them with people skill. Because you cannot tell them what to do. You guys understand that, right? So people skill, we’re gonna learn that, you know, through action, like David said, right?

Leadership skill through actions, okay? We’ll Guys, I’m gonna, I’m gonna end with this, right? Okay. Think about this for a second. Sometimes, people feel like, Oh, you know, I don’t have to re Listen, you don’t have to recruit in this business. We get to recruit, okay? You guys understand that, right? But here’s my question to you.

Anybody wanna be a business owner here, genuinely? Forget about permaculture. Do you wanna be a business owner? We all do. Guess what? If you’re gonna be a business owner, you will have to recruit. You will You don’t do it here in Parma. You’re going to do it somewhere else. You know how, because every business has to recruit employees because you can have a business without all the people involved.

You guys understand that. My question is though, do you understand the difference between overriding employees versus overriding business partners? There’s a big difference, right? Do you know why we don’t have a loss prevention program compared to most businesses out there? Because if you own a business, you have employees, you constantly have to watch those people.

You know why? Because they don’t have a self interest in your business. Right? Imagine if you hate recruiting, and you have to keep changing your employees, retraining them all the time, right? And there’s no end in sight. Here, you recruit business owners, right? Meaning that everybody you recruit, they eventually become a business owner.

You get to override them forever. Why? Because they have a self interest. They’re looking out for themselves. Eventually, they’re going to value that business. You don’t have to worry. You guys understand that? So, hopefully today, if you’re sitting here thinking, I don’t know about recruiting, guess what? You will have to recruit unless you don’t want to be a business owner.

You don’t do it here in Parma, you will have to do it somewhere else. The question is, how When will you have exit strategy where you can stop, you don’t have to worry about, because here you do, you recruit the right way, eventually you don’t have to personally do it anymore because you will have a system.

So we want to thank all the teammates we have who flew from Washington State, right? Who came all the way from Massachusetts. We love you guys. We appreciate you. At the end of the day guys, right? This system works. You guys see this? You can make money here in Primerica. Look at this, right? There’s over 8, 000 people that make at least 50, 000 a year in Primerica.

Look at this. There’s over 4, 600 people that make a hundred thousand or more, right? Look how many people make, I think right now it’s 129 people make a million or more. Do you see what kind of vehicle we have here, guys? This is the vehicle. Do you know why most of the companies, they don’t have what we have?

It’s not about money. You gotta have a reason why people are willing to do more than just money. And we have that here. Because those people selling IUL out there, guys, they back. We better be back for them, too. Because if we, if we don’t, guess what? They’re gonna talk to your friends, family, they’re gonna take them for, right?

So, we want to welcome Joe back, right? Thank you for allowing us to speak today. Thank you for paying the price, Joe. You guys did a great job.
