All right. How excited to be at this new event, right? Having everybody come get together, united at the beginning of the year for this East coast kickoff. I’m super excited to be here. As you guys all know, I’m Jason Vasia. I’m your field distribution director. And as she said, I’m from home office because you guys are in the business for yourself, but not by yourself. And you know, I’m the not by yourself part of the business, right? So vote. I’m going to start off showing you guys all the FDDs you guys have, right? I know we have people from different states. So I want to make sure you guys are aware of who’s the one that helps you out. But again, it’s one team, one dream. So if you need anything, feel free to reach out to me.

But you can find all of this on Pol. I’m going to start off today with seize our opportunity. As you guys know, we started January out of an amazing month. December broke all records, right? December was our best December ever, right? So that’s amazing. That’s thanks to you all. So we want to make sure we continue that momentum into January. So as you guys know, at the second half of December, we did the $49 IBA. So we’re continuing it all this month. We want to make sure we take advantage of this. Doing this basically with the field training bonus when they download the app, $50 is pretty much free to start with Primerica. So we want to make sure that we get as many people in because we’re really working towards our 150,000 life licenses.

So I got here a couple of incentives for you guys to know and I wanted to get really into a little deep into this and saying that a lot of people got confused. But the one by 1000, the first time you do that, you get an additional $300 on top of the 200 that you get doing a one by 1000. Right? So that’s $500 for a new recruit that gets their one by 1000. And if they download the app, another $50. And if they do pre licensing within a month, another 100. So, meaning the first time they do a one by 1000 and everything else, that’s $650 for a new rep. That’s longevity. That makes them stay here longer. So again, that is huge. I want to make sure you guys were all aware of that. Rvps. I know we got some rvps here.

Be amongst the top 40, right? And we’re going to go ahead and have a banner for you during convention at the home office. But on top of that, we’re going to go ahead and send that banner to you guys when you’re done. So let’s be top 40 in there and be one of the rvps that wins that. Okay? As you guys all know, we got the decade of dominance and I wanted you guys really to know all the amazing things that you guys have been accomplishing. You guys see it all right here, right? Look at this. Amazing. We’ve done four years of paying over a billion dollars, right? 10 billion of annual investment sales, which I think is amazing. But all of this during the decade of dominance. And we’ve almost checked off every single box.

Now, there’s some that we can’t because, like the 50 year one, we have to be here 50 years, right? So we’re almost there. But we’re close to having a trillion dollars in force, right? We’re at 94%. So again, that is huge. And I want to make sure we continue on that because next gen has really taken it to a whole nother level. So again, I wanted you guys to see how important that was. We’re on our third year of paying over a billion dollars to the field force. How amazing is. Know when I googled what other company pays over a billion dollars to their field, the only one that came up was the United States government. So that’s kind of where we’re at, right? So again, I think that is amazing.

I want to show you guys, we’ve had an amazing amount of ownership last year, right? So we had part ownership and full ownership. So again, that is the one thing everybody here should be striving for ownership, right. Because there’s nothing better than having your own business so that then you can do what you want with it. So again, ownership is the one thing that other companies don’t do, and we have that here. So there are different ways of hitting it. And I want to make sure if you guys don’t know how, feel free to reach out to me and I’ll help you guys out with that as well. Now, I want to talk a little bit about decade of dominance.

We were at the senior leadership meeting, and this is a brand new slide that I saw Glenn put up there and I think it’s fantastic. So I can see it a little bit better here. So I’m going to turn around. But again, first thing I want you guys to look is on the first column is from 1977 till the beginning of the decade of dominance and everything that we have done here, right? So as you guys can see, we had 14 a month that hit over $50,000, which is 7380. But in a decade of dominance, we had 1491, which was 32 per month. So if you look at this, it’s a total of 8871 since the beginning, since 1977. But 17% of that happened just in the last four years.

So, I mean, I want you guys to just see the perspective of where we’re at. And why am I telling you this? Because I truly believe that there has never been a better time at a better place with the right leadership than what we currently have right now. And those numbers explain it to you. Right? $100,000 earners in the last four years. 21% of our $100,000 earners came out of the last four years, right. That is huge. One fifth of it. If you look here, 31% jumped diamonds. A third of our company’s diamonds happened in the last four years. Right? You’ve seen a lot of it. Florida, right here. We’re in Florida. I mean, Willie did 15 last year. 15 diamonds. So that right there should tell you we have been killing it. Million dollar earners, we did two per year.

Now we’re at nine per year. At 26% of those happened in the last four years. Right? And then $2 million earners, as you guys can see here. And we have a few of those here, which is amazing. Right? I was just in the back with Jimmy, but again, 34% of those happened in the last four years. So I just want you guys to see that when I say there has never been a better place at the right time with the right leadership, because the right leadership means everything. Right? And you guys here in Florida have some of the best leaders ever. We are killing it right now. So give your silence a hand for that $1 million earners, right? I know we have a few future ones here, Andy, I know you’re going to be there pretty soon, Andy and Brittany.

So I know that it’s going to be great, but we have a few futures here. Again, we’ve had 34 in the decade of dominance, so we’re at 129 with Jorge Mariana’s finale just hitting it not too long ago. So again, huge. We’ve had 209 new rvps because rvps is where we got to be, right? That’s where the game starts. So we had 209 of those that came out last year alone. But all this just leads up to one of the most important things that we have going on this year besides the East Coast Builder school, and that is our convention in July. Right? So are you guys all signed up for this? All right, guys, bring a friend, two or five to this because this is going to be the most impactful event we’ve ever had. We already have registration up on Pol.

We’re looking to hit a goal of 70,000 in attendance. And Glenn has put people against each other, states against each other. And you guys know that the state we’re going against is Texas and California. And I know we have some Californians, but I have no doubt that Florida is going to take it home on this one, right? So let’s make sure that we continue our trajectory of being the number one state by bringing the number one amount of people to the convention with 70,000 going on, right? So you guys can see that we have HALC, Asian Pacific Islanders partner for America. We have a lot of different goals, but we as Florida have the one where we’re going against Texas and California. And I have no doubt I’m an old californian.

I was born and raised there, but I have no doubt I’m floridian now that we’re going to kick better butt. Right? So let’s go ahead and take that to the next level. Search to 150,000 licenses. As you can see right here, this is some of the most important thing. Licensing is one of the most important. So as you guys can see here, these are the changes that 150,000 licenses does to our business. Okay? And if you look right here, the top one, we wanted to have 600 by convention, but obviously we all blew that out of the water. So Glenn said we’re going to add some more to this because we always want to make sure that if we have a goal, we take it to the next level before we hit that goal.

So as you can see, he added 267 of those because we’re currently at 605 rvps there. So I think that is fantastic. We have 600 or more $100,000 earners that we want to do. So we need 239 more by convention. 750 new diamond levels. We need 248 of those by convention. Million dollar earners. We currently have nine. We’re trying to hit another 16 by convention and then $2 million earners. We’re trying to hit another eight by convention. Right? So what does that mean with the last minute that I have here, what does that mean for you guys? What’s our action plan? Well, first we got to finalize 150,000 life licenses, right? We’re almost there. So for those of you that don’t know, we ended the year at 141,300 licenses.

We were hoping for 140, but we passed that, making it a lot easier to hit the 150,000. So that’s the first thing we’ve got to do there, right? We got to turn next gen success into the crusade. Strength, momentum, use next gen. We have sold more life insurance policies last year than ever. And that is all thanks to the next gen program you guys have here. Danielle Wilson, that’s going to be here. She’s not speaking, but she’s here. She’s new. She took over for Jorge Odibe. She’s the one that you’re going to want to start talking to when it comes to next gen and to help you guys out with that. Okay? Investments. We got to embrace the next explosion. Just so you guys know, 54% of our business was life and income, and the rest, 46%, was investments.

So we’re almost at a 50 there. We’ve taken it to a whole nother level with investments, okay. Mortgages lead these products to prominence and convention. We need to create a triple win with pre event acceleration, which is now during the convention and then post to make sure that everybody gets again. You know, it’s a decade of dominance.
