Here we go.
Can y’all hear me? All right, how we doing, y’all? Y’all ain’t excited, y’all? Oh, man, I love it.
I love it.
Hey, guys, listen, we have the privilege of introducing and questioning the future of primerica.
Who’s excited about that? All right, so we’re not talking about the veterans that’s been in the business for 10, 20, 30 years like Jason and myself.
We’re talking about the new and upcomers coming in the building, man.
So we’re going to question them.
We’re going to ask them what are they doing, how they’re doing, and get some knowledge out of them as well, too.
So I’m going to introduce them one by one.
I want you all to get so excited, man, because this is exactly the next level of leadership that’s coming through the hierarchy or coming through the company.
All right? So if you can and need you guys to.
This isn’t a time to pimp walk down the hall.
You got to run down here.
Okay, let’s get quick.
All right, let me see.
I got you right here.
All right, let’s give it up for Javar Satasia Bruce.
Hey, let’s give it up for Sasha Winnington.
Let’s go, Janelle.
Roxanna Martinez.
Let’s go, Jennifer Mendoza.
Amanda Rivera.
Carl Su.
Whoo.
Proud of y’all.
Got it.
Proud of y’all.
Yep.
Oh.
All right, we got one more.
Tao Masters.
Tao Masters.
Tao Masters.
I call Tao.
I said Tao.
T o.
Oh.
T-O-T-O.
Awesome.
We’re getting you a chair.
Vip chair.
Awesome.
Hey, look, guys, this is what I’ve realized, right? On every team, you have three types of players.
You have a bench player.
You have the starters, and then you have the All Stars, right? Bench players are important to the team because they’re their cheerleading aspect, but they always do right below what’s expected of them.
The starters are the ones that are in the game, that are starters, and they do what is expected of them.
And then you have the all stars that always do above and beyond what is expected.
What you’re looking here is a culmination of those all stars, right? So give these guys one more round of applause one more time.
All right, so before we get started, I want to kind of share with you guys real quick, what is the importance of being a future? You guys, show hands.
Do you guys know what the future is? Right? It’s a cream of the crop.
It is the absolute top of the top.
The future of the top.
Future regional vice presidents.
These are the top 150 right before regional vice president, y’all.
So this is like the absolute best.
And look how many people we have here.
But in order to qualify for the future, in case you guys are wondering, you want to take some notes, this is what you’d have to do, right? It’s based on production, right? Straight up production premium is 1000 points.
Initial securities trades is 1000 points.
10% on securities production.
On all your volume, 10%.
And then submitted senior health apps.
You get 5000 points for senior health apps.
And then the haymaker is the licenses.
You all know how many points you get for licenses? 30,000 points.
Right? We can either recruit 30 people, we can write 30,000 a premium, or we can license one person, get the same amount of points.
Right? And so it’s important you all, that we make sure that we focus in on licenses, right? The importance of the benefit of becoming a future winner is the bonus aspect, right? You guys know that at regional vice president, you get a bonus, right? You guys know at regional vice president you get a bonus, right? Okay.
Right? And so if you didn’t get the future, right, Primerica is so amazing.
You get a 10% bonus once you get 10,000 in production or more.
Okay.
Now here’s a cool thing about becoming a future winner, is regardless, is if your base shop did anywhere between zero to 10,000, you still get that 10% bonus.
The caveat is anything from ten to 20, you get 15% bonus on all your production from that month.
Right? That’s an amazing deal.
It’s extra 5% cash for these future winners along the way.
Right? Isn’t that awesome? Huge deal.
Right? And so that’s an amazing deal.
So, man, listen, do not take for granted the aspect of becoming a future.
You get an awesome jersey.
And, man, Eric and I wanted to take some time here today to kind of pick the brains of these incredible winners here.
So, Eric, take it away with the first.
Right? All right, can you hear me good.
Can you hear me now? All right, perfect.
Perfect.
All right, so I’m going to start off with masters.
Are you all excited about? Right? All right, tio, congratulations.
We’re so excited for you.
Let me ask you, how did you come into the business and what initially sparked your interest? I got your mic coming right over here.
Take your time, guys.
Right.
Well, first of all, let me say, I need to soak this in.
Okay? This is so surreal.
My first time on a bigger stage, speaking.
Oh, my God.
Okay, let’s go.
Thank you.
Is my voice shaking I don’t know, but it’s super exciting.
Well, this is who brought me to the business.
Carl should say, we live in Key west.
Anybody’s been to Key west before, come see us.
All right.
So, yeah, three years ago is when I joined the business part time.
I had one of those good jobs, but I was satisfied.
No, I was grateful, but not satisfied.
Right.
So Carl came to my life at the right time.
I gave it a shot.
Right.
I was looking for something else, right.
And started just like everybody else, part time.
This was my way out.
Right at the beginning, I didn’t fall in love with the business.
I just knew I had to give it a chance, give myself a chance.
And over time is when I learned what would you, how we can grow business.
I’ve always been opportunity minded, so, yeah, here I am, three years later.
We’re going to be opening up a branch of American Key west here in the next couple of months.
So super excited.
Yes.
And thank you for the opportunity.
Amazing.
Hey, so I want to know a little bit more about this.
Y’all don’t know if you guys picked this up, right? But we have a future winner that has a future winner, right.
That’s an amazing accomplishment.
Congratulations to you, Carl.
That’s awesome.
But, hey, listen, man, as you were going through this phase of going and running for the future competition, just for you, Carl, what would you say were the three things that you focused in on and what you would relay to Tayo as you were going through this competition? Jeez.
I was expecting an easier question.
Shout out to my awesome coaches, Sohail and Gita Dajrasan, Royal Falcons and the key west team.
Look, we’ve just had an amazing focus in our team, in chasing the goals, our personal and team goals.
I mean, keeping our head down, doing the best that we can, trying not to lose.
Focus on what it is and what it means.
Especially for Tia and I, the reality of opening this office as a future RVP, I mean, just through our struggles, I think we don’t give, you know, look, it’s very humbling to be here and see the successes that people are having here, and you realize what’s great about it is you realize where your weaknesses are.
And I’m just taking note of all my weaknesses and what I need to focus on, whether it’s recruiting, field training, getting better at helping others and learning.
There’s so much to learn.
So if anything, just not losing sight of what we need to do to accomplish our goals.
Even when you’re down, even when you’re having bad days and it happens, we all have them, right? But this is real.
This company, this dream is real.
Don’t ever lose sight of that and just keep pushing forward because you will get to those goals if you push forward.
So I hope I answered that.
No, that was awesome.
Having goals, having goals.
Staying focused and keeping your head down until the job gets amazing.
Amazing.
Great job.
All right.
All right, we’re going to pass the mic to the great Amanda Rivera.
All right, Amanda, school us real quick.
School us on how we can get to the future.
How can we get into this competition? How can we achieve this for ourself and our family? What would you say? I think the biggest thing that the team focused on was just building people.
So that was developing district leaders, getting people licensed right away and, yeah, just building a team.
Okay, you all heard that, right? What did she say? Developing what? And doing what? Getting people like, guys, this isn’t a time to be entertained.
You ought to learn, man.
This is the future.
This is how they did it.
They’re telling you guys how they did it.
So let’s learn.
Now, what’s your main objection or your main goal? To get to RVP.
And when are you going to get to RVP? Got you.
ASAP.
The biggest goal is just to continue licensing.
I think that’s the biggest thing.
Especially Edward always emphasizes know codes is everything.
If not, you’re not building a.
Love it.
I love it.
Give it up, give it up give it up, give it up.
Amazing.
Awesome.
Jenny, what’s going.
Hi.
Hi.
Hey, Jenny, real quick, tell them when you signed your IBA.
Real quick.
Eduard Fernandez.
And when did you start it? May of last year.
May of last year, right.
One year in the business, already a future winner.
Absolutely fantastic.
You’re big on growth.
You’re such a great leader.
You have an incredible team.
Right.
What are some things that you, as you’re going through this process of becoming a future winner and a future vice president, what are some of the things that you would tell the crowd to increase and grow your leadership as you’re making this run? My biggest advice, and I say this to my team, especially now, I always say, like, if I could go back, it’s having a strong foundation and that’s in God, right.
So really get right with God.
Your spiritual right.
If your spiritual isn’t there, then everything else won’t align the way it needs to.
So that is the biggest thing I would definitely do.
Plus, you’ll grow your leadership, right? You’ll know how to treat people and, yeah, just pushing your team up, talking to them, speaking life into them is really what it’s all about.
Awesome.
And then let’s go a little bit more.
Right.
I think that obviously the best leader was Jesus.
Right? So incredible.
But how did you kind of, you have such great synergy with the group.
How do you cultivate relationships and grow the leadership with your team? I think it’s just relating to them.
You really have to get to know your people and then also sell them the vision.
Right.
Sell them that.
I always use me as an example because I started here with no experience last year, single mom, having to work two full time jobs before this, and I’m just like, look, if I could do it in a year and I won a company trip, I got the futures jersey, then you can definitely do it too, right? You just have to believe in yourself.
Incredible, incredible, awesome success story right there.
Awesome.
Do we have any Hispanics in the building? I love it.
All right, so we have the great Roxanna on the mic.
She’s going to talk to us about sharp ratios on mutual funds.
Roxana and Esanol, tell us, what have you been focusing in on, real quick, 2 seconds, 10 seconds, whatever the case may be, what have you been focusing on building, Danelle and your business to where it’s at right now.
So Vasigamente, Logan leaders, Graciano Tro, coach Ali, Luis Canoan, seno mucimo emo, atante agres.
It.
I love it.
Okay, so in Creole, I want you to say it in Creole.
Right, danelle, real quick.
So what are some key factors that you would say or some habits that contribute to your success? Well, good morning, first of all, to everybody.
My name is Daniel Martinez from the Camille Bay shops.
Love you guys.
But yeah, some of the habits that we’ve developed, first of all, staying up, waking up very early.
We’re going to make sure that we’re getting in the office early, that we’re not getting into the office like at a.m.
p.m.
We’ve already missed the whole day.
So I believe that one of the things that we mostly focus on too, is on growing our leadership together.
For me and Roxanne, since before doing this, I literally had no experience in what leadership was.
I used to sing, I used to work at Walgreens part time, and it had nothing to do with financial services or anything like that.
Right.
So I had to change completely the person who I was to a completely new person in a good way.
Right.
And one of the motives that actually changed me was this little guy right here.
Because were parents at a very young age, right.
At 17, Roxanne was already pregnant.
It was hard, right.
Because at the beginning, nobody believes in you.
Everybody’s getting you down.
Oh, how are you going to do that? You got to go to college.
You got to do this.
You got to go that your future is gone.
No, this guy changed my life.
We’ve been focusing a lot on growing our team as leaders and obviously leading from the front.
Right.
We want to make sure that we’re going to tell them what to do.
Right.
But we got to do it first.
Yeah.
And, danelle, how old are you and Roxanna? How old are you and Roxanna? I’m 19.
She’s 20.
Okay, finally, I want to break down a little bit what he said.
He said show up early to the office.
Right.
It’s easy to stay in bed because of Zoom.
Right.
I’m telling you, it’s so easy to do that.
These guys are always at the office.
They’re always with their team, and they have an environment of people showing up early, getting to work.
Right.
And I’m telling you, it’s just a young squad of matured individuals that are going to take it to the next level.
So proud of you guys, man.
So proud of you guys.
Absolutely.
Danelle, Roxanna, where are you guys at for the month right now? We’re team.
Yeah, team.
48 by 19,048 by 19,000.
And then on top of that, where are you guys at, personally? 17 by 8017 by 8000.
Way to go, y’all.
Oh, you guys are in for a treat.
This is like, literally top three speaker in the aviator hierarchy right here.
Sasha Wadley, tip, man.
Let’s go, Sasha.
I love talking to Sasha.
She is like the most excited person in the hierarchy.
Always Sasha, right.
Real quick, right? Talk to us about what you were doing before, what initially interests you in the business, and what you focused in on up to this point in the business.
Okay.
Hi, everybody.
Shout out to the big leagues.
My regional vice president, Layton Brown, and Veronica and my coaches.
I love y’all.
You’re the best.
So what I was doing before I came into Primerica, I was the quality assurance manager at an air conditioning company.
Okay? So basically, we did horrible air conditioning installs, and I had to always go behind and make it better with the customer.
I won’t say the name, but if you ask and you get it right, I’m going to tell you anyways.
I worked in customer service basically all my life.
But from there, that’s where I kind of experienced management and leadership on a very small scale.
From there, I also was an artist.
So I made jewelry, too.
And the reason why I came into Primerica is because there wasn’t enough time in a day to make more money.
I’m a single mother with three kids.
I have a 13 year old, an eight year old, and a three year old.
And raising them kids without social services and child support is impossible on $42,000 salary.
Right.
Salary was a trick.
I thought salary meant I work 40 hours, and if I have to take a day off for a sick kid, I was okay.
No, it means I work over 40 hours no matter what.
And if I have a sick kid, put them under the desk while you’re at work.
I did that.
They’re happy.
I’m in primerica, guys.
So I came into Primerica because, first of all, my coach, he made it very simple, very straightforward, and he made a commitment to me.
You know what I’m saying? So it’s so easy to be loyal to my coaches because they made a commitment initially to.
Listen, you come into this business, I’m going to show you everything I know.
And that’s exactly what they’ve done.
So that’s why I’m so successful.
Awesome.
And then one last thing.
Right as you’re coming right where you’re at right now, what are you focusing on? To get to regional vice president.
To get to regional vice president.
For me, it’s about building people, licensing and building people.
I think a good focal point for me, because I’m such a people person, that’s my superpower.
I love the idea of my team getting paid.
So when they call up everybody who made $1,000 plus so far, and I’m able to be up there not by myself, but with my team, that’s huge.
And how does that happen? Well, you get people licensed, you teach people the system, and you coach, and that’s what’s important to me.
That’s right.
Doesn’t it feel so good to watch your teammates win? Yeah, right? It’s amazing, right? Zigzag, so cliche.
But he says, man, you get everything in life as long as you help others get what they want in life.
And that’s what you’ve done really well and continue to do another future winner right here.
Give it up.
Give it up.
Give it up.
Give it up.
Give it up.
Nah.
Tasia, I want you.
Tasia.
Tasia, let me ask you this, because we know you and Javaris are such rock stars, you probably never, ever experienced failure before, ever.
Right? But if you would coach somebody up on how to overcome failure, what would you say? How would you do that? Does failure happen in Primerica, though? Okay.
Yes, no, maybe.
Okay, I’ll just start off by saying how I’m processing failure.
Well, I just recently had a recent failure, so I guess that’s why you gave me that question.
No.
But what I would say is just to take a moment, step back and think about what you did wrong.
Meditate, talk to God about it.
And I talked to my coach, I talked to my husband and my bestie and just, they uplift me all the time whenever I have a failure in Primerica.
So I would say leadership and the people you have around you and of awesome.
Awesome.
So step back.
Refocus, regenerate yourself and go after it.
Yep.
I love it.
I love it.
Give it up for Tasia, guys.
Give it up for Tasia.
Give it up for.
Right.
All right.
Javaris.
Oh, that’s you, Jason Javaris, man.
What would you say would be your focus on generating because you have a future winner here, up there with you? How would you focus in on getting a future winner up here with you and how to win as a future.
Javaris? Bruce out of Layton, man.
Veronica Brown Bay shop a lot Layton talk about is just duplication.
Duplication is set an example.
He always says, man, he always won a trip in the base after losing his first two to three.
Right.
We lost our first two.
We haven’t lost one since.
He always talk about getting a watch in the base shop.
We got the watch as a regional and it’s just really about beating everything your upline did to set that example that it works.
So the next thing we have to do before we go out next month is beat his cash goal.
But by chasing, beating his 15,000 in the base shop, we’ve made 10,000 multiple.
Times right in the base.
Really about having good examples, especially with Edwin Ortiz family.
And just following it, you’re like, what did you do? Show me your numbers.
What you did to make 15,000.
I’m going to do it.
And that’s really about it.
And that’s what I teach Sasha, like, look, it’s exactly what we did.
Just do it and you’ll get these results.
Awesome, man.
Great.
Ma’am.
The cash sales, right.
Most of the time you just show the paychecks and it’s like, yeah, what do you do, right? Awesome, man.
Really, really great.
Hey, listen, y’all, give these future winners one more round of applause.
Unbelievable job y’all get after it.
Take these notes and get y’all’s future next time.
Let’s go.
