Video Summary
Jhavon Marajh shares her journey of transformation through Primerica. Initially introduced to the opportunity in 2020, she did not act right away. In 2024, after a life event forced her to stay home, she decided to study, get licensed, and fully commit to the business.
Before Primerica, she worked two nursing jobs seven days a week while managing multiple responsibilities and side hustles. Despite working nonstop, she lacked freedom of time and struggled to spend quality time with her child.
Within nearly six months of getting licensed, she generated over $11,000 in part time cash flow, produced more than $40,000 in premium, and recruited 27 direct team members. She earned District Leader in her second month and quickly advanced to Division Leader while building three strong direct districts.
Most of her team consists of nurses who were unfamiliar with the financial industry but desired flexibility and financial freedom. Attending company convention and leadership events strengthened her vision of passive income and long-term independence.
After recently leaving her nursing job, she is now focused on building her team and earning her Regional Vice President contract before June of next year.

Hello, everybody. I’m so excited. I’m so nervous. I’m so excited. I don’t know which one, but this is me. Hi, my name is Mirage, Jevon Mirage. And I’m part of team excellence. How’s everybody doing? Oh, man. First and foremost, I want to thank God. That’s first and foremost. Second, I want to thank my amazing, beautiful, compassionate coach Cammie. Lesson, who’s always been by my side, always, no matter what, always dragging me, guys. So they said, speak a little bit about yourself, right? So I’ve been licensed a little bit about almost six months now, right? My journey started back in 2020. Yeah, he was right. Coach Rory. Shout out to Coach Rory. Coach Rory came to my house with Coach Cammie and told me a little bit about Primerica. At first I did not know what that was, right? Can we relate?

Like I brushed it off, right? But four years later, 2024, something happened where I had to stay home. And can we relate to when a tragedy happens and you don’t know what to do? So like if anyone knows, my coach Cammie said, look at God. Now you’re going to go study and take your license. Life license, right? So, so I did. I listened to her all the way. All the way. Sorry guys, one second. So I have one son, I had two jobs, right? Three side hustles, four major responsibilities and five wishes. But when I came into Primerica, being around all my mentors and coaches, it’s really, honestly changed my life. Being a nurse. I was an lpn working seven days a week. Seven days. I did not have any time.

When I joined Primerica and got to know a little bit more about what this is about, I saw that I have a little bit of freedom. I could have freedom of time, right? Can we have freedom of time? Can we, can some of us relate that we needed freedom of time, right? So I worked full time, two nursing jobs, seven days a week. Wasn’t able to see my kid. Two weeks ago, guys, I fired my boss. Yeah. I decided to spend a little bit more time into the business, right? I had a full time mindset on a part time schedule. Literally, I lived, breathed, slept, everything Primerica at this point. So now almost six months later, I have over $11,000 in cash flow part time, made over 40,000 in premiums, personal and over 20, about 27 directs, right?
Speaker 1
I’m so excited that I’m building a team. I think it was my second month I was district leader, right? My third month, a fourth month became division. And now I have a wonderful team that I’ helping to build, develop and build. I have three strong direct districts under me. Diane Garcia, Candice George and Laura Torrance. I’m so excited because these ladies, they are also in the nursing field and did not know anything about finances. Right, guys? So, yeah, convention women in prime America. That was it. That literally was it. Such amazing opportunity to go to convention, guys. Literally, I saw a vision of like the passive income, the freedom of time. It’s like being financially free. Nursing is not it. Nursing is not it? So, like, majority of my 27 directs are nurses, guys. Our nurses, right?
Speaker 1
So I’m so excited, very excited to be a part of Primerica. And I cannot wait to go on that journey to become a regional vice president. I cannot wait to see where Primerica is going to take me. I am so excited. I met over 7 MDEs during my journey. Been to convention, been to a beach retreat. Chris A. Chung, love you. Thank you. What else, Ryan? See you guys at the top.
