Video Summary

Speaking at a leadership event inside Primerica, Guada and Raul Ponciano reflect on more than 27 years in the business and frame their journey around one guiding principle: God first, family second, business third. They open by honoring their mentors and leadership, expressing gratitude for the hierarchy and the opportunity to serve. To them, Primerica is not merely a company — it is a crusade and a movement designed to help families who are financially struggling.

They emphasize returning to the fundamentals of the Crusade mindset, beginning with the power of prayer, the power of belief, and the power of big events. When leaders refuse to miss major events, they become reenergized, refocused, and excited again. That renewed excitement fuels daily activity, which ultimately produces results. Environment plays a major role — whether through physical meetings or hybrid expansion across states — because people stay where they feel inspired. Expansion is now easier than ever, allowing teams to hire across the country, which strengthens resilience and growth.

The Poncianos return to the financial foundation they teach families: income replacement through life insurance, building three to six months of emergency savings, setting a debt freedom date, establishing a proper will, and duplicating income for retirement. Although much of their compensation today comes from the investment side, they stress the importance of returning to the basics — especially protecting young families. Life is cyclical, and serving the children and grandchildren of clients ensures long-term continuity.

They reinforce that Primerica is a distribution company operating across the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Guam. The mission is not simply to sell, but to build distribution by hiring and developing people who can carry the mission forward. Duplication creates leverage and legacy. They close with a faith-centered reminder: pray instead of worry. Worry reflects doubt, but prayer reflects belief. God is the master planner, and this opportunity is a gift meant to be stewarded, not taken lightly.

Good morning. Good morning. Can everybody hear me? Can everyone see me okay? My name is Guada Ponciano. I work with my husband, Raul Ponciano. My son, Val Ponciano. Of course. We are representing the Ran rain hierarchy today. The Israel thereford office. Our Ormond beach office. But we would like to thank the Lord. For this opportunity to be here in front of you. Thank you to our great leaders. We work with Tony and Shelley Narende. We are so blessed that Lou Vitali choose Tony and Shelley to take over the business. But we could not really forget Nanette and Bobby Adlawan. Who brought us into the business. Thank you so much. And of course, Keith and Daniel. We really would like to recognize all the leaders sitting in front of the room right now. Because you guys are our heroes. You just don’t know how.

We really appreciate your leadership. So today I want to talk about Keith. Ask us what is going on now. I always tell everybody, God first, family second, business third. So I want you to really feel that you are meant to be here today. Because Primerica is a calling, it is a gift. And today Keith is asking us, what are you doing? We’ve been in the business for over 27 years now. Same time that Vinnie Ragusa came into Primerica. So basically what we are doing now is we are going back to continue talking about the Crusade. So I don’t know how to use this, Wilma. I don’t know if you can click it for me. But we’re talking about the power of prayer. When we talk about the power P for prayer, power of prayer, power of belief, power of big events.

When you are going not to miss any events at all, what’s going to happen? You are going to be reenergized. You are going to be excited again. You are going to feel like you are a brand new person. And then that will lead us to more habacative attitude. And then our daily activity. When we are going to have a big mindset that this is about distribution. We really need to understand it is going to yield a big result. And when we are going to have that, the excitement comes in. I was talking about our team. The environment that we put our people in. Is it really exciting for them? So they are going to come back. We are already starting, of course, to do the physical meeting. But we tried to make it a hybrid for out of states.

The beauty of what is going on now. We really are able to hire people around the country. And then that excitement will really lead us to being more resilient. It’s not really easy, but it is worth it. We have new teammates coming in. We told them cool and sick. So if you called in sick today, congratulations. Friday is the most important part of this leadership school. And I know some teammates, they choose to just come Saturday. But this is the full timers meeting. So we talk about. This is a crusade. If you’ve been in the business for how many years, like me, we need to really go back. This is a crusade. And if Wilma can just take a look, every Saturday morning we have someone in our office. Stay in front of the room and say, the mission statement.

Can you read it for me, guys, what is our mission statement? Is that a great statement? How many of you can really say that? Closing your eyes. So we could not retire, we could not stop what we are doing. Because this is a crusade. This is a movement. How many families out there are crying for help? And we have the opportunity to do that. But how are we really doing that? How can we really accomplish that? When we sit down with young people, we tell them. We tell them, we are here to build your financial house. But when we are sitting down with mature market, which we tend to be working. If you’ve been in the business for over 20 years. But now we are going back to sharing the opportunity, because this is a crusade.

So the number one question, the foundation, guys, we are back to giving this foundation to young couples. The income replacement program. The roof in your house is the will. The next is your. Can someone. Okay, I need. Okay, so just go ahead, kiss. I only have two minutes left. So three to six months of expenses. Now the debt freedom date. But duplicating your paycheck during retirement, that really is giving us the income right now over 50%. Actually, 87% of our compensation is the investment side. But we have to change that. Why? Because there are still a lot of young people out there. Children of our clients, grandchildren of our clients. Life is a cycle. So how are we able to really do that? Now, the next slide will show us that we are a distribution of financial services.

So we must not forget, we are not here to sell, but we need people to do the distribution around the country. Puerto Rico, Canada and Guam. And when you do that, you get paid. But why not hire people to do the distribution? And that’s the reason why we are here today, guys, this is for you to learn how to build distribution like what Keith and Daniel is doing. Keith, we really thank you, Daniel, for what you’ve been doing. We’ve been plugging in ever since. And we will follow Keith wherever he does it. I know Coach Tony and Coach Ellie is doing that proud to be your teammates guy, but this is the last closing. Pray, guys. God is the master planner. Always remember that you are given this gift. This is the best opportunity in the world. So pray. Why worry?

Because if you worry, that means you don’t believe. To God be all the glory. Thank you, guys. Thank you, Keith.
