Executive TLDR

Their origin story is real life: Eric grew up around Primerica, tried corporate life, hit a “Thanos moment,” then returned to build his own legacy.
Brittany came from social work and long hours, low pay, then got a front-row seat as Yvonne’s office manager and went all in.
Their “why” is the fuel, and drilling down on it creates purpose-driven agents who stay consistent through setbacks.

Glossary
1. The Core Frame: Primerica As A Superhero Mission
They open with a simple idea: superheroes and Primerica reps show up when families need them most. The mission is not “sell stuff,” it is protect, lead, and build.
2. Their Origin Story: Love, Hustle, And The Bar Meeting
Brittany tells their “unexpected happily ever after,” meeting Eric at a bar at 21. The point is credibility: real people, real life, real partnership. Not a polished fairy tale.
3. Eric’s “Thanos Moment” And Coming Back To Build
Eric grew up as a “Primerica kid,” watching recruiting and learning concepts early. He left for football and then corporate America, but the boss-ceiling-cubicle life triggered his snapping point. That became his decision moment to return and build as an adult, not as a spectator.
4. Brittany’s Path: Social Work To Office Manager To SVP
Brittany did not grow up in Primerica, but she grew up around budgeting, saving, and entrepreneurship. After college she entered social work in the dependency system, heavy hours and low pay. A big event became her “Thanos moment,” and she studied for licensing between court responsibilities and grad school. Yvonne offering her an office manager role gave her a front-row seat to the business, and she went all in with Eric. They share the outcome: building for their three boys, hitting 300k, becoming SVPs, and operating a true family leadership team.
5. Your Why: Turning Agents Into Purpose-Driven Agents
Eric pushes the “why” as fuel. Most people stop at surface reasons like money or helping parents. He says keep asking why until you hit the real driver. Leaders who do this with their people create “purpose-driven agents,” which he says translates into consistency through storms like quits and chargebacks.
6. Superpowers And The Toolkit: How Primerica Supports You
He reframes “superpowers” as practical support:
scripts
CRM
presentations
upline guidance
home office support
events that recharge belief and skill
You do not need to be born confident, you borrow structure until confidence becomes real.
7. Master The Fundamentals: Cape, Shield, And Survival
They emphasize fundamentals as protection. When things get messy, fundamentals keep you stable. The message is clear: mastery beats hype.
8. The Villains: What Tries To Stop You
They list the obstacles as “villains,” including:
misinformation online
aggressive sales culture pushing the wrong products for middle-income families
corporate employee mindset
neglected middle-income market (not poor enough for support, not wealthy enough for elite advisors)
unsupportive friends and family pushing “plan B”
low self-esteem
negative circles that drain belief
Their theme: name the villains so they do not surprise you.
9. Sidekicks And Seasons: Learner First, Legend Later
He highlights that everyone starts as a learner. Being a “sidekick” is not an insult, it is a season. The win is becoming someone who develops other leaders, not just personal production.
10. Heroic Leadership Traits: What Winners Do Daily
He gives a set of “superhero traits” he claims show up in every winner:
excitement over nervousness
extreme coachability
initiative
daily self-improvement
early arrival and disciplined schedule
forming your team with intention
recruiting multiples as a mission
finding a mentor, even through audio if needed
11. Attendance Standards: Minimum Expectations By Level
He sets minimum event attendance expectations:
District: 5
Division: 7
Regional: 10
Senior Regional: 20
RVP+: 25+
The message is that leadership is visible in bodies in seats.
12. Infinity Stones: Snap Into Action And Multiply
They use Avengers Endgame as the metaphor: power can destroy or save. In Primerica, you “snap into action” to activate growth. Their “stones” represent the success pieces:
professional reputation
licensing
team building
mindset mastery
skill sharpening
relentless drive
When those are collected, the “snap” is your decisive action that multiplies results.
13. The Hero Pledge
They end with a standing, repeat-after-me pledge designed to reinforce identity:
protector of families
builder of leaders
rise when others hesitate
lead with courage, integrity, heart
conquer rejection and grow daily
believe in self and mission
“I am a Primerica superhero”

I want to talk to you for a few moments about. You know, people think that the product of Primerica is term insurance, mutual funds, mortgages, legal. That’s not the product. That’s just what we market. The product of Primerica is. Everyone say changed lives. Changed lives. Would you just raise your hand if you feel like in any way, shape or form, I’m telling you what for. If in any way, shape or form, the Primerican opportunity is change your life and I made it better. Go ahead and raise your hand real quick. Look around the room. The product has clearly changed lives and everyone wants to change their life. And most people think, well, if I can think my way towards a changed life, that’s not possible. But you can act your way towards a changed life.
00:45
You know when movie stars are rehearsing their lines and memorizing lines through a movie and trying to envelop a character, they study that character and try to be everything that character’s supposed to be. And here I’m going to talk to you about today is called Attributes and Characteristics of Future Superstars in Primerica. If you learn how to do these things and behave in this way, I guarantee you’ll have massive success in our business. Sound good? Number one. So here we go. Let’s go. First and foremost, okay? There’s only two things you can control according to Art Williams. That’s your effort and your attitude. And it’s time to demand of yourself to be perfect in effort and attitude. I know what you’re thinking. God does not make perfect people. You’re looking at a person screwed up thousands of times.
01:35
Just ask my wife, ask my kids. I made a lot of mistakes in my life. I’m not asking to be perfect. But you can be perfect when it comes to effort. That’s called trying your best when it comes to attitude. Now here’s where people screw up. You try to do one, not the other. See, what I found out is if you just try to be positive all the time, you will fail miserably if you’re not doing activity. But if you’re doing a lot of activity, you can’t help but to be positive and grateful and excited. Have an incredible attitude. People think you get tired from doing a lot of activity. No way. Try doing 7, 8, 9, 10 appointments one day. Then try going to bed that night. Okay, I will write you a check for any size amount you want.
02:15
If you can actually fall asleep, you’re way too excited. You’re dreaming, you’re wide eyed, you’re fired up. There’s no way you can fall asleep. Those two go hand in hand. Next. Never take your eyes or your pen off the pages of your story. This is where, if you’ve been around for a few months or less, this is when the biggest mistake new people make is you think, yeah, I can do stuff or not do stuff. It doesn’t really matter. No, it’s not even true.
02:41
Okay.
02:41
We believe that every one of you are gonna be very successful here, which means years down the road, everyone’s gonna be asking you to tell your story.
02:50
Okay?
02:50
You’re always, every single day, every week, every month of year, you’re writing the pages to your story. How many blank pages do you wanna have in your story?
03:01
Okay.
03:01
If your story keeps going like I did a lot, then I stopped and things went backwards and I did a lot and I stopped. The story is not capturing people’s hearts or inspiring change and greatness amongst people. Okay? Next, become a client ASAP in every area. I think your story starts with that.
03:19
Okay?
03:19
Of course you’re in the opportunity and that’s. But you got to believe in everything we do. So I believe that Primerica Life Insurance is the best 100% of time, no exception. As far as price, features and benefits, it’s the best. If you need life insurance coverage, you should have it.
03:35
Okay?
03:35
As far as investing, it drives me nuts. How many people in Primerica. Our company was founded by R. Williams to create more financially independent families than any company in the history of the world. Yet a lot of people in Primerica do not invest and save every single month. I think one of the top five most important decisions you make in your life is to draw a line in the sand and decide to never, ever let a month go by without investing and saving for your future. And yes, we own. In my household, we own identity theft protection. We own legal protection for our family and for our business. Whatever product we own, Vivint, whatever product they offer, we own. It starts with that. Next.
04:17
Okay.
04:18
Licensing with urgency. Licensing with urgency.
04:22
Okay.
04:23
At the end of the day, some people think, well, I’ll just kind of coast do it. No. When it comes to licensing, there’s a big difference between what I call the first week of September Mode and the second week of December Mode. Think about high school and college kids. First week of September, nobody’s studying. If you try to open one of their books, it makes, like, noise when you open it. Come on, somebody. But that second week of December, that’s all they’re doing is studying.
04:47
Okay?
04:47
Big difference. Same exact people, but like Jekyll and Hyde as far as the difference. And by the way, if you have an exam in school and you’re not ready, can you just tell a teacher, hey, I’m not ready. Can I get an extra week or two or three or a month or so? They will laugh in your face. What does every single high school and college kid do if there’s an exam coming up and they’re not ready? They sleep less or they don’t sleep at all. So in my humble opinion, nobody should be getting a full night of sleep until you’re fully licensed. And by the way, when licensing, you never stop doing appointments. You never, under any circumstance, shut down your business. Who’s ever been to a big successful business with some construction going on? Looks like a dmv. Like a demilitarized zone.
05:33
All this stuff’s going on. Hard hats. But they’re still open for business. There’s a little carpet telling you where to go, and signs and arrows. Under no circumstance, you stop doing appointments. But until you’re licensed, you study a lot early and you study a lot late.
05:49
Make sense?
05:50
Next. Attend all meetings. Let me be really super blunt and direct with you. You stand no chance, zero chance whatsoever, ever, building something huge, great and valuable. If you’re picking and choosing which means to go to and which means not to go to, you have to be at 100% of meetings.
06:10
Okay?
06:11
So in essence, there’s only two means. You gotta be at the ones you feel like and the ones you don’t. And if you’re thinking, man, that’s a lot to remember. There’s actually two things right now. I’ll simplify it. There’s only one meeting you ever gotta be at. That’s called the next one. But every single time you miss a meeting, you’re giving permission for people on your team to miss 10. When will you ever get traction if you start doing that right next? You gotta make the golden. You gotta value what’s called the golden slot. So some people are just too generous with your time. Anyone have a pastor of their church? Anybody? If you said to your pastor, hey, I need to talk to you about something. Can we talk for about a half hour, maybe Sunday morning?
06:52
What’s the pastor gonna say to you? A hard thousand percent? Not a chance. Lance. No way, Jose.
06:59
Okay.
07:00
And there are many other languages we can say that in, but you know, they’re not gonna meet you to have a conversation on Sunday morning. I got something more important to do. And some of you get a call from a client or some 18, 19 year old person who’s interested in the opportunity says, hey, can we talk maybe 7:00′ clock tonight? You’re like, sure, someone’s talking to me. Sounds great. No, no. Bill Arander and Art Williams were fierce about this. When you recruit people, you’re focused on married people. If Art could have passed a rule in the company that if you’re single and want to join, you have to write a whole 10 page essay on why we should let you in.
07:36
And the reason for that is married people have a way higher success of getting licensed, getting the district, getting the rvp, getting their ring, and so on and so forth. Like four times more likely. Now, I was 22 and single when I got started and I’m under the heritage of Virginia Carter. She was 59 and single. Those are called exceptions. You don’t build your business based on exceptions. You build it based on the rules. Amen. So you’re looking from where people. And they’re tough to get together, but when are they available? Typically evenings, 6 o’ clock, 8 o’ clock, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, whatever. You’re not doing your outings, your trainings, okay. But those times you protect with immense value and your goals. I tell my team all the time, I don’t care if you golf 36 holes a day.
08:24
If you have 10 to 12 appointments per week with married couples, you’re going to be gigantic here, make well over six figures and get six figure plus raises every single year. You have to highly esteem and value those slots you can get with married couples and be all over getting it done.
08:42
Make sense?
08:44
Next promotions monthly and above and beyond. You know, it just not much gets me super angry and upset, but it just gets me super angry and upset when I hear somebody in this room say words like, man, it’s my dream to one day become an RVP and make $100,000 per year. And some of you, that’s actually your dream. Let me translate that to English for a second. If your dreams become an RVP, make $100,000 a year. Your dream is actually to damn every single person you’ll ever recruit in your team to a certain life of poverty. That’s your dream. There’s no way anybody you bring in can fit their dreams inside your dream. If your dream is become an rvp, make one. Stop with that nonsense.
09:28
Okay?
09:28
If the highest level is SNSD or circle of champion, then your dream is how many of them you can promote on your team.
09:36
Make sense.
09:37
So every level we got you’re not coasting and Billy getting it done. You’re overdoing it. Doing above and beyond and setting an example. So in the future, you’re telling your story about when you went to District rl, rbp, svp, nsd, snsd. How you smashed the goals and kept on going for more and better and greater. Right?
09:59
Makes sense.
10:00
Next, relentless about the crusade and your dream life. I’m talking relentless. So crusade comes from a term of these wars that were fought over a thousand years ago where people were willing to literally die, give their life for a cause they were passionate about. And here were built, according to Art Williams on what’s called 50% the crusade and 50% the dream. 50% correcting injustice, righting a wrong, and sticking up for the American consumer. And by the way, do they need it now? And the answer is more than ever, Americans. 90% of Americans have enough life insurance, lasts for two years or less. If someone dies, 90% of Americans will retire at 65 with enough money to last for two years or less. 90% of Americans believe they’ll be in debt until the day they die. Hopeless, broke, busted, disgusted, can hardly be trusted.
10:52
And we’re the only answer they’ve got. We’re the only company. No one’s coming before us and no one’s coming after us to help them with getting involved in total financial health in all parts of their finances. You got to become relentless about the crusade because it’s way more than you making money here, but then also your dreams. How long are you going to keep your family hostage for? How long are they going to wait on you to get serious to. To liberate them?
11:19
Okay?
11:19
This is about you creating a dream life. And that can only happen on the other side of you getting the infant with your thick skulls. My thick skull, too. It took a while. Took 10 years for me to get this. But this is not about you trading time for money. It’s having a goal. You’re doing this right if a year from now, you’re getting paid for hundreds of hours per day, even though it’s not hundreds of hours per day, okay? When you build a team and they’re all working, you can get paid for hundreds of hours per day. We got guys like Buisa in our company who are paid for probably tens of thousands of hours per day with only 24 hours in a day. Here’s what broke people say all the time. There’s not enough time in a day.
12:01
You’ll never, ever hear a rich person say, there’s just not enough time in a day because they understand trading time for money is not where it’s at. It needs to disgust you and nauseate you and sicken you to death at the very thought of you doing any kind of work. Where you work for a week, you get paid for that week, but you’ll never get paid for that week again. It’s gotta be unbelievably detestable to you. And only can you do work like Primerica where you work for a week, will pay you well for that week, but will pay you every week, every month for decades for that week of work you did.
12:36
Make sense?
12:38
Okay, next. Allow always be coachable and attack accountability. I learned a long time ago when people say, well, you know, people try to trap you in this company. Well, if your company, if your opportunity is so great, what percent of people in your company actually go on to make 100,000 plus per year? Who knows the answer to that question? 100% of people are coachable and do what they’re supposed to do when they’re supposed to do it. That’s what percent. Okay, and then attacking accountability. You know, immature people in business run away from accounting accountability. Mature people in business run towards accountability. Okay, if you play the one thing, if you do this one thing, you’ll, you’re guaranteed success.
13:24
If you ask your leader permission, can I text you five to seven times per day what I just did to move my business forward with a rule, an unbendable rule. You can never text the words I did nothing. If you’re texting your direct leader five, six, seven times a day what you just did to move your business forward, there’s no way you’re not going to have tremendous success.
13:45
Make sense?
13:46
Next month. End sensitive. Finish strong. Some of you have no idea what the date is around the end of the month, no idea how many days and hours are left until the end of the month. And, and my question for you is, how is that working out? I’ve been paid over 25 million bucks here. Let me just be clear. I would have been paid a total of 3 million, not 25 million, 90% less if I just kind of tried the same all the time. You’re doing it right. If you treat every single month like a sponge, trying to wring out every possible last drop you can, giving everything. Who knows? If you’re watching the highlights of a sporting event, an incredible play in the beginning of the game may or may not make the highlight reel.
14:31
But even an average play towards the end of the Game that makes a difference in who wins or loses always. 100% of the time makes the highlight reel. And by the way, in every sports team, the people that want the ball at the end of the game are always the people that make the most money on the team. Are you a player that intensifies the and adrenaline shooting through your body, wanting more, trying your best. On a scale of 1 to 10, you look at 842 as the month gets closer to ending, giving it everything you got. Cause all you gotta do here is never compete against anybody around you. Just compete against you on this one condition. Every month you do your absolute best to max out. And the next month you try to beat you.
15:16
If every month you’re giving in your best, every month you try to outdo what you did the previous month and have what’s called staircase incremental growth, you will eventually beat everybody. Not almost everybody, but everybody. The next fast start, freaks. Picture the olympics. Picture the 100 meter dash. And they’re all at that starting gate waiting for that shotgun to go off.
15:38
Okay?
15:39
When that shotgun goes off, do you think they stop and think, I wonder what’s for lunch today? No, they’re like out of the gate like a bat out of he double hockey sticks, if you know what I’m talking about. They’re all over a fast explosive start. So one extra blessing. If you have a massive month end sensitivity giving you everything you got to finish off the month strong, you will spill over into a fast start in the next month and then get momentum. And it’s an extra blessing you weren’t counting on, but works like a charm every single time. Next Recruit and sell personally every week. I don’t know any other way, guys. At the end of day, field training new people is where it’s at. At the end of the day, all I can tell you is you’re doing it right. In Primerica.
16:25
If any question anybody ever asks you can be answered with these words, do what I do, you’re doing it right. If every question can be answered with do what I do. If you’re personally recruiting directs and field training and selling and getting them promotions, okay, on all appointments and you constantly moving your business forward, you’re guaranteed success here. Next.
16:48
Okay.
16:49
More than just a desire to win, but you need to have a refusal to lose. There’s a million miles of separation between wanting I’ve had for years. People say, coach, I’m shooting for three by three. I’m shooting for 20 by 20. Shooting plus 25 pennies gets you 25 cents. There’s no value in shooting for anything. It’s the one who say, coach, I will not be denied. I’m getting these numbers done no matter what. You need to want to win. But it’s way more valuable to refuse to lose. There’s certain things you refuse to not let happen for your family. You refuse to not make money to feed them. So you refuse to not let them starve to death or live in the streets. You refuse certain things you have that same refusal about not hitting your numbers every month.
17:38
Make sense?
17:39
Next. Self improvement remaining. So at the end of the day, here’s a hard truth to swallow, but you kind of all being paid what you’re worth. But the great news is, if you want to be paid more, simply be worth more. And what’s amazing for all of you that wasn’t true for us 25, 30 years ago is how much access you have. Information you can get on Primeric online, you can get on. I have a training app. A bunch of leaders have a training app. There’s all kinds of videos you can watch. There’s SoundCloud, there’s YouTube. What if every morning early and every night late, you spend time with God? Then you wash your mind with this stuff as well and learn from the best of the best on how to become better.
18:18
What if you spent a half hour every day and multiply that out, right? Next. It’s gotta always be God first, family second, business third. I can’t tell you how proud I am to be in a company where the founder of the company said these words. If you join this company and make all the money in the world, but it costs your family, it costs your salvation, it costs your walk with God. It just wasn’t worth it. That was true back then. It’s more true than ever today.
18:47
Make sense?
18:48
Next. Next. Like I said before, look at every single person you bring in. Not like they could possibly be a future rvp, but talk to them from day one about them becoming a future SN estate. Then becoming a leader of leaders promoting people that are making their dreams come true.
19:07
Okay.
19:08
Have big giving goals. All I can tell you is I’ve never tried crack or heroin. I’ve never even tried coffee. I’m afraid of anything addictive. Cause I have addictive personality. But I know you tried cigarettes.
19:18
Never tried any of your stuff.
19:19
Okay.
19:20
But one thing I did try out was giving. Okay, Let me just tell you. The most addictive thing you can possibly do is. Is giving. Is having a mindset where you live to give. In our household our biggest line item every month is not our taxes or our office staff payroll or our other expenses. It’s our giving and every month we try to increase that and it’s been such a blessing. Never stop recruiting directs. Never ever.
19:47
Okay?
19:48
At the end of the day who knows you can have way more grandkids if you have more kids.
19:53
Make sense?
19:54
And I want to challenge you that one day we will be a global company. One day we will change the entire world and the more recruiting you have going on the more likely you’re going to be a huge benefactor of that. And lastly successful people, you guys, they never ever ask themselves how they feel. They never ask themselves what should I do? Successful people tell themselves how to feel and demand of themselves what they need to do and that’s what makes them successful. God bless you all. Have a great.
