Guys, let me tell a little bit of my story. I came from Colombia. Even then I was a CPA working. I started New York with zero English. And I see two things in America license change your life. Are you agree with me making $8 an hour as a bookkeeper, driving a truck in the weekends and making less than 2,000amonth living in a basement. My life changed forever when I saw Primerica. My first month in Primerica once I get the right training, I made $10,000 part time being the number one district in the history of New York. That was exciting. Exciting moment. I make in three months more than I used to make in a year in my former career. Who’s excited about the opportunity? And I’m going to talk with the new people because you can change your business forever in three months.

I had no doubts about this business works. One year after I became regional vice president and I promised myself we can make six figure income. Because my coach, Leo Garcia Puerto Rican boricua, they say you can make six figure income too. And I follow him and guess what? I became regional vice president and makes his figure. And guys, that was the beginning of my story. But I want to talk about what happened when my beautiful wife that is upstairs told me about Hector. You say we can move everywhere. And I was remember beautiful trip in Puerto Rico and we stopped in Florida and they say I’m not going back to New York. And I say, I mean, what do you mean you don’t want to go back? No, this weather is nice. And you say we can do this business anytime.

Remember it was no coffee right there in 2011. We stayed in Florida and start again the business. And guys, and also I want to talk to you about. I was making six figure income. I was making 100, 150. But. But you’re gonna see that story how we move from 100,000 just an RBP to 200,000 to 300,000 as a SDP. Building a hierarchy. And right now we have 10 direct regional vice president, national sales director. Different life. And from somebody new you can follow this guys. It’s creating a big bay shop. You cannot license the air. You need to recruit people and get people licensed. Who’s agree with me? Who’s agree with me. And guys, that’s why. That’s the beginning of this guys. And also we understood about it’s just not recruit people. We need to follow the system.

We need to put people working together. That’s why we started pfsu. You can pass putting people I just opened a new office in West Palm beach and we’ll be one of the newest that have any Spanish in the office. I got one of my best friend in the company Jesus. And we bring Spanish and PFSU also and Boyton because we are Latinos and there’s a lot of Latinos that need to be helping. Are you guys with me? And also guys, it’s just to follow up. This week was a great show in Primerica. Talking about why people get more license is because they follow up. They call people, they make sure about they get fingerprint. They make sure about their study. That’s the first thing to do it guys. And also understand the numbers. Guys, we know recruiting works, but think about the numbers.

10 recruits, you only always get one or two people license. What are you going to do with other a. Nothing. It’s supposed to go yes or yes. You just follow up. Maybe later. But the bottom line is the company numbers is 15% of the people license being productive in the average is two live cells. Let’s say 2000 and premium guys below RBP district division regional leader is supposed to you made the production because you are the field training who’s agree with me. And even when you are brand new RVP suppose that you make money also because you need to do your example to your hierarchy, to your teammates. That mean every single recruitment bring you 1000 in premium. If you do the right way. And also you made 50%. Means I’m an accounting. But you say one recruit 1000 in premium is 500 bucks.

Who get it? Because some people say I want to make money. Yes, but it’s through recruiting because you want freedom. I was with my beautiful wife in California. The the last trip in San Diego. We moved to Mexico and spend time with my three kids. And later I have also one of my friends here, Blair get married. He called me and say Hector, you honor me to be part of the wedding. I said yes, but I was in Colombia. That mean I was two weeks out of the country. And still the company paid my family 32,000. Who’s excited about money. But that’s the freedom. You recruit people. That’s the freedom. You produce hierarchy guys. And that’s why make sure about you build your own bay shop in the right way. Guys, you can take a picture about this because that’s company system.

If you recruit four people it’s going to be 50 in a year. That’s going to be 50,000 in premium. But you can see the numbers about the licensed people and guys we are in the move to make a million by the convention. And we know what exactly we need to do. We need to recruit 160 people a month. And we just getting there. We just getting there to our first generation hierarchy. And it’s going to happen if we follow the same system. Who’s excited about that? Okay, guys, you can do the same. And I just talking about my story before 2017. I was just an RBP make six figure income. I don’t know. I don’t know about you guys, but think about this. You feel sucks making a hundred thousand in Prameric.

You feel you’re doing nothing when you make just an RBP because you see the room is too open. Yes or yes. When I see the Ortiz family growing. They are my friends forever and they tease me a lot of stuff. We are plugging with the Aveiros. Thank you so much my family Ortiz because they allow me to be plugging with them. And that’s the beauty about Primerica. I was in the backstage with Kid Auto talking and laughing man. In Primerica we always have friends who’s excited about that. And also with John laughing also man. And that’s the bottom line. When I saw this, I say what I need to do to the next move. And you know what the target in 2017 is? Get 120 license in my Bay shop. And guess what? We did it.

And when you do that, guys, you get a 30,000 solid bay shaft. And you start thinking about you can promote in the right way. Regional vice president and let me talk to people that English is not the first language. I was crazy back then, but believing and God is going to happen. I say back then we gotta be the number one based shop in the entire hierarchy. I mean the entire company to get security license. And guys, we did it. We did it at one point and get the recognition and the company about getting the most security license in the bay shop. And nobody speak English. English is not the problem. It’s the decision that you made to make sure you security license yes or yes. And that’s the same thing that I’m going to do it right now.

And guys, I just talked about my story. We developed three regional vice president. And that was like a God helped me with my wife. May, June and July we promote the first RBP in May. The second rbp the replacement and also is here. Raise your hand. Angel. Angel Cisneros. Raise your hand. Raise your hand. Angel. Angel. That was the second rbp. His replacement, Tony Petrucci was the following one and Guys, we get four regional vice president in the same year. How that happened you almost a decade just making 6 figure RBP and 3 months you developed 3 RBPs. Because the recruiting numbers and the license who’s agree with me? Who can make things happen this year there you have. And guys, we never stop. We keep going and we start thinking about the real business in Primerica is made 300,000. Why?

I mean it’s the starting point. Because you can sell it. We don’t want to sell it, but it’s a real business. If you pass away, that’s a real business. Who want a real business for your family, raise your hand and we make sure about ownership has to be in the family. And my wife cry when we get the 300,000 level because we believe we have something going on. Who’s excited about having something going on? It’s like McDonald’s. You can sell it, you want to. And that’s the goal. And guys, we keep going. 200 license, 200,000 guys. And the rest is what you have to do. Same thing. Make a lot of appointments, get people in the meetings. Prospecting. We call something the prali prospecting in every place. Guys, just massive activity. Just call people recruiting.

We start recruiting 100 people, 150 in our first generation attendees. More people. And guys, we had an office in Orlando with three regional vice president. We had another in Doral, we had two in New York. And guys, we don’t have to be there. We don’t have to be there. And still we’re making money and helping more people. Who’s excited about that? And guys, you just follow the incentives that the company have. Like everybody say man, the company pay every single trip. I don’t know about you, but I’m being in the company like 20 something years and I never miss a trip. Why? Because the company pay for and it’s a great incentive. That’s why we’re hanging around with good people. Because we learn from them. Who’s excited about to be in Marco island right now?
