All right, guys, you guys all want to win? Guys, last night. Last night they said that last year, 358,000 people joined this business. Out of that, 48,000 got licensed. That means that 310,000 people quit, guys. And the truth is, there’s people in this room that’ll quit. We all know what to do, so why don’t we just do it? Guys, the reason is what’s happening in the mind. See, guys, you gotta understand that 90% of everything that you do it subconsciously, without giving any thought to it. Have you guys ever driven somewhere and you got there and you said, I don’t even remember that drive. The reason is because you didn’t have to tell yourself, foot take foot off, brake pedal, press gas pedal. It happened subconsciously, without you even thinking it. Guys, the subconscious is your beliefs, your emotions, your habits and your values.

It happens without you even realizing what’s happening, right? You have to understand the subconscious. If people don’t fail from a lack of knowledge, you’re all here, you’re learning what to do. You all know what to do, right? What do you need to do? There’s 10 of you that know that. No, they fail because your subconscious is running the show. So how do you fix the subconscious? You become what you feed your mind. If you’re constantly focused on drama and bad news and negativity, what are you gonna get in your life? But if you focus on positivity, what are you gonna get? What are you telling yourself? Are you telling yourself you can do this? Guys, I used to be terrified to come up here and speak on stage. You know what I did backstage? I said, jordan, people wanna know what you know.

They want what you have. You’re gonna inspire and motivate people tonight. What are you telling yourself? Are you being positive or are you being negative? Right? So if you become what you feed your mind and the subconscious is running the show, right, how do you overcome that? You see, my mentor taught us all this in the base shop. He said, your thoughts, whatever you’re thinking about, that becomes your beliefs. And if you believe it, you will take action on that, and your actions give your results. Who here has ever heard somebody tell them, I’m just not a good test taker? Who is? It’s a test. You will never be a good test taker as long as you say that you’re a bad test taker.

So if your thoughts give your beliefs, and your beliefs give your action, and your actions give you results, y’ all check this Out. Everybody is exactly where they are in life right now because of the thoughts that they’ve had over the course of their life. But why don’t we think about what we think about? Why don’t we think about what we think about? Right? So what do we need to do? We need to rewire the subconscious into positivity. I tell my team every morning religiously. Did you write down positive affirmations as soon as you woke up today? Did you focus on your goals as soon as you woke up today? Because you’ll never miss a goal if you don’t take your eyes off of it.

So now that you understand how the mind works and you gotta be positive and you gotta think, right now you just need to focus on some goals. You gotta get sold out, laser focused on what it is that you want. What are your goals? What are your recruiting goals? Are you writing that down every single day? Are you writing it down present tense? I will recruit 100 people in the base shop this month. Are you writing it down as if it already happened? How focused are you on that? What is your premium goal? What is your cash goal? And then you gotta get committed. The great Vince Lombardi said that people don’t fail from a lack of desire, but because of a lack of commitment. How committed are you to the goal? How committed are you to the goal that you set for yourself?

Do you have a whatever it takes mentality? See, guys, if you understand the mind, if you understand, okay, my thoughts are what’s gonna drive me forward and I gotta control my mindset. Do you guys want to win? All right, control your mindset. Think right, don’t think wrong. Think positive. You can’t think negative. You think negative, you’re done. Goodbye. You quit, you’re gonna lose. You gotta think positive and you gotta have a whatever it takes mentality. You see, when you understand the mind and you set goals and you commit to the goals and you say, I’m gonna do whatever it takes, we have some incredible guest speakers here that are new million dollar earners in the company and what a story they had the commitment that they had. They just committed to doing whatever it took to get the job done right.

And then every day, just create a list of tasks that you need to do every day to hit your goal. What’s the most important thing that I can do today? What’s the least important thing that I can do today? I’m gonna put in a priority and I’m gonna start at the top and I’m gonna work my way down. To the bottom, guys. See how easy it is to win here? It’s not that hard, guys, let me talk about this, guys. The truth is that a decision has to be made, right? A decision has to be made. You guys know the great Hector Lamarck. He said that the word decide, it has the same C I, D E in it that the word suicide and the word homicide has. What does that mean? Well, what does suicide mean? That means to end all else, right?

The word homicide, what does that mean? That means to end all else. There’s no turning back after it’s done. So the word decide means that there’s no turning back. See, if you’re not hitting your goals, you didn’t decide yet. You didn’t make that decision yet. Because if you made the decision and you truly decided and your mind is right and you’re committed to it, you will take new action until you hit the goal. Some of you just said, I gotta create a new way. That’s not what I said. Just stick to your RVP’s plan and the system that they’ve created, because they’ve created a system that produced an rvp. So I should probably follow the same thing. Just copy what they’re doing. Some of you guys are here, you’re like, this is it. This is it. This is my year.

2026 is gonna be my year. You’re saying it, but you’re not deciding, right? Who’s gonna make a decision coming out of this event? About half. Not bad. Have you actually made a decision that you could to change your family’s future? What new action are you going to take leaving this event? Stop talking about it and do it. I’m tired of seeing people talking about and setting goals. And I’m going to do this and coach, I’m doing this and I’m going to do this. Just do it. What new action are you going to take, guys? Are you going to leave this event? Are you going to get focused? Are you gonna stop getting distracted by everything? If you just focus and you just have urgency and you get yourself organized and you commit to your goal, guys, you will accomplish whatever goal you set.

Set unattainable goals in your mind. You’re like, I don’t know if I can do it, but set the goal. What’s the worst thing that’s gonna happen.
