All right, so we’re just blessed to be a part of this, about of this amazing company. Primerica has changed my life. When I came here as a single mom. I used to be a pharmacy technician at Broward General Hospital. Got my bachelor’s in health administration. I always thought that I would be in health care because that was my love, that was my passion. They say, do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life. But when I found Primerica, when the Primerica opportunity was presented to me, I said, you know what? This is it. This is it. This is my opportunity to truly change my life. My upline at the time showed me the RVP promotion guideline, what I had to do. And folks, I gotta tell you, I couldn’t go to bed. I couldn’t sleep at night.

I was so excited knowing that I had an opportunity to come here and make six figures. But what truly excite me about the opportunity was that I was given the same opportunity. I basically can give my business partners the same opportunity. So tonight, our hierarchy is having so much momentum. But a year ago, that was not our story. A year ago, I was stressed out. I had only one more try to pass my series 26. Praying that I passed it, because we had a base shop that came from doing a base shop that was stuck, that wasn’t doing much. And then we had already promoted in 2020, we had already promoted one RVP. And then after promoting that regional vice president, I was like, man, how do we match what RVP Jenan and James Fertile did? Because during COVID they qualified for rvp.

And so after they went rvp, our base shop was kind of like not even, I would say doing 30 by 30. But we recruited Nodia and Bosman’s. And when I recruited RVP Nozia, were basically stuck. I can’t promote an RVP because I don’t have my 26. But then basically buckled down past the 26. And last year, we promoted. No. Did an RVP. She already qualified for the prior builder ring. All right, mind you, before she went RVP, our base shop came from doing, you know, 20 by 20, 30 by 30 to doing 100 recruits by 80,000 in premium. So after promoting RVP, no did her replacement with RVP, which is RVP Salimuiz. I know she’s here somewhere. RVP Salimoise. Yes. So her replacement went RVP in October. So I ended up obtaining my senior vice president promotion. Give it up for the hierarchy.

And I got to tell you all, we just Started Jumping Diamonds. We went over 300,000, have full ownership now. Full ownership for me was a huge deal because when I came here as a single mom, I bought into the vision of building a business that I can pass a legacy onto my family. So. And I knew that was not going to happen in healthcare. But when I said yes to Primerica, I said yes because my upline showed me the promotion guideline. And then he sold me on full ownership. He said, you can pass it on to your family. You can sell it. And that excite me. So when went over full, we qualified for full ownership. I couldn’t. I was like, man, finally I own this thing. I have full ownership here versus health care. I knew that would never be possible.

And so now we’re over 400,000 on our way to half a million. But I quickly want to recognize not only did we promote RVPs, but the RVP that was there because our base shop was winning big. Our rvp, which is rvp, our first rvp, which is rvp Jenan and James Fertile. And they went over. They’re getting ready to go over 250,000. They just promoted their first regional vice president. And I’m telling you, our environment right now is on fire. But tonight, I want to take this opportunity to present RVP Jenan and James Fertile, their Rolex watch. They actually qualify for the Rolex and John Lavin’s hierarchy and Coach Hubert’s. I mean, Coach Charlemagne’s hierarchy. If you do 40 by 42 months in a row, you qualify for the Rolex. So this couple did that. Just that.

So congratulations to rvp Junan and James Ford, too. All right, choose r. Refuse Sophia with the Rolex. All right, if you guys can bring the Rolex up, please. And I repeat, Janan, congratulations. That’s a real one. So congratulations, RVP Jenan on qualifying for the Rolex. All right, so real quickly, let me give you guys some pointers. What we did to change things around because were not winning how we’re winning today. And so I want you guys to know that, you know, problems don’t come to break you, but they come to make you see the higher God is taking you, the tougher your journey to success will be.

See, just like in the Bible, when God chose Joseph, when God called Joseph to be the biggest prime minister, to be the prime minister of the largest country in the world, it didn’t mean that he wasn’t going to have any challenges. See, he was betrayed by his brothers, right? His blood brothers even betrayed him. So I’m here to tell you’re going to go through some obstacles, you’re going to go through some setbacks, but in spite of those setbacks, in spite of those challenges, you will still. You will still succeed. So I’m proof, I’m definitely a product of this environment because I started coming here as a. What was that? District leader. So I’m here to tell you the number one thing we had to do, we had to change. We had to think bigger.

We knew that a small bay shop wasn’t going to do it. So we decided to build a hundred by hundred bay shop. Number one, make a change. Number two, you got to believe in yourself. You got to know if other people are winning, that you can win as well. So you must believe in yourself. You must also surround yourself by people that believe in your dreams. Number three, you got to have a sick work ethic. See, to change our environment, we had to make sure that we would be on Zoom all day, all morning, sometime 4 or 5 o’ clock in the morning, were still on Zoom to build the bay shop and the hierarchy that we have today. So I want you to know if it’s possible for us to win. It is possible for you to win.
