They sent me up here for a reason. To be the first guest speaker. And that reason is to prepare you for what’s coming next. I believe today is the day of transformation. Some lives about to change today. Some job will be lost today. This event will produce RVP’s. This event will produce many million dollar earners this year. But you could be at the right time with the right guest speakers and waste your time if you are not the right person for the environment. And I just come up here to help you, to prepare you to be the right person and the right environment. Are you ready for this? Are you ready? I don’t feel this side. Are you ready? Let me go over two enemies of success. And the challenge is these two enemies can leave in you.

You go everywhere with it, with them. And I want to help you to concur these two enemies to have victory and have a successful year. Are you ready? The first one is lack of belief. Matter of fact, there are four types of belief. With my 10 minutes, I’m not going to be able to go over four. But if you’re lucky enough, I’m going to give you one. If you’re lucky enough, one day you’re going to hear me talk about the other three. All right, the first enemy is lack of belief. And let me just pick one of the four. Lack of belief in yourself. If you don’t believe in yourself, it doesn’t matter how many events you attend. Nothing will move. It’s easy for me to believe when I joined Primerica and 12 years ago, you know, I got recruited by the greatest scenario.

Can you give up for my plan real quick? I was making $17,000 a year, $1,400 a month when I came here to my first event. And I, you know, I got inspired. I heard the guest speakers giving the stories. I was like, man, that’s unbelievable. And it was easy for me to believe they’re gonna go to next level. It was easy for me to believe that, you know, this guy can get $200,000. Like he said, this guy gonna be RVP. But when it comes to me, it was another, you know, another thing. Can you make it to RVP? Can you get $200,000 a year? Can you be on stage one day as a national sales director making $94,000 a month like today? No, I couldn’t believe that. Can you be.

Can you be in a position where the company is paying you $50,000, $60,000 a month in bonus? No, I couldn’t believe that. But I had the Potential. So if you don’t believe, you deserve success. No matter how great the speaker did, nothing will move you. So believing yourself is the first thing you need to take care of this morning. And it’s easy, but whatever is easy to do. Jim Won said whatever is easy to do is also easy. But Rezi says whatever is easy to do, it’s easier not to do it. Are you guys with me here? So what’s the first one? The second is lack of vision. You probably say resume. I thought you were going to come on stage and teach me how to build a 100 by 100 bay shop. I thought you would teach me how to build a hierarchy.

You have it in you. But these two things stop you lack of vision. Many people have big dreams, have big plan, man, I’m gonna do this, I’m gonna do that. I’m gonna walk like a slave. But they have nothing inside of them that pushed them to do the job. Nothing inside of you that gonna push you to go prospect. Get the numbers. Nothing inside of you pushing you to resist. And that have to be a big vision. Let me show you what small. How small vision affect you. Bello, come here real quick. Bello is one of my youngest RVP. I mean, the youngest RVP’s in my hierarchy. He’s 28 years old. He told me to advertise for himself. Is you still single, Bello? No. Okay. But anyway, this guy make from 12 to $15,000 a month and he’s directed.

Jude, can you guys give it up for Bellow real quick? All right, Ian, that’s gonna be the next RVP in my hierarchy. Give it up for Ian. Million dollar earner Ian. Let me show you what small dreams do to you. Some of you, Ian, stand behind him. Over here, over here. Let me show you what small dreams do to you. This guy, he’s my original leader. He’s my district leader. He told me he want to win so bad, okay? And when I asked him why you want to win, he said, you know what? I want to give money to Africa. I want to give money to, you know, Paul. You know, some people talk like that, right? The best way to help poor people, you can’t be one of them, right? And this guy told me that he want to be.

You want to do this because you can believe in me. You’re going to. I’m going to push you to S and S, D, blah, bl. And now I give him a game plan to go prospect, build a team. So this guy get on the street and you see people passing by and he wants to, you know, get a number. And his dream is small dreams. That extra thousand dollars a month part time, that owning my first home, just be my own boss dream. He’s trying to push him. He didn’t push him. Push dream. Come on, Bellow, come on. Little kids pushing you like that. No, Come on, bellow. Go get 10 new names and numbers. Come on, let’s do it. And he went back home. He said, coach, the enemy stopped me from getting numbers. Have you heard that before, Coach?

I don’t know, you know, maybe whatever I’m doing, coach, the enemy stopped me. The devil. I sat down with Bellow. Bello, you know what, Listen, let me go over your goals and dreams. What do you really want in life? Bello, what do you really want in life? What is your goal? Your real dreams? Are you sure your dream is about helping your grandma, helping your mother in law, helping your father in law. Is that your real dream? And I found out that his dream, it’s not that he had some fake dreams. Sometimes we have some fake dreams. We want to impress people, to show people we’re good, we’re in your mind. You see my face now. Bellow decided to upgrade his dreams. Now we have a big dreams. Look at Bellow’s big dreams. Now.

We sat down and I said, bello, you gotta get 10 new names and numbers every day. You gotta get four directs a day, a month, you gotta get 10 team. And bellow is acting up. But every time he review his big goals and dreams, he sees the dream. He see his mother in the dream, he see his wife in the dreams, he see his kids in the dreams, he see a legacy. In his dreams, he see million dollar earner. In his dream, here’s what his dream going to do to him. That’s what happen when you change your small dreams to big dreams. You got what it takes to be successful. You have a hierarchy inside of you. Some of you have a 100 by 100 bishop inside of you. Some of you have 200 by 200 bishop inside of you.

But these are the two enemies that stop you from reaching your goals and dreams. I believe in this room there are more million dollar earners than what we have in this stage. I can see in your face, folks, I can see in your face, some of you gonna come back next. Even with 20 people in your team, you might be by yourself. But next evening we have over 40, 50 people in your team. But what stop you? It’s not the devil outside but it’s the devil outside house inside. But let me tell you got to make a decision. Make a decision. Everything starts with a decision. To be poor is a decision. To be rich is a decision. If you make the decision to be poor, that will affect your whole family.
