Are you fired up, man? This weekend is going to be one of the most powerful, fastest school in business history.
Who believes this? Man, I can feel the vibe that’s going to happen.
What’s going to happen this weekend? This weekend some people here will make some big decisions.
Some people here who’ve been stuck for a long time will get unstuck.
Who believe this? I believe this weekend will produce hundreds of rvps by the end of the year.
I believe this weekend we set the tone for the convention.
Anybody go to the convention? But the only thing we have to do is to make sure we are the right person for the success that’s going to happen this weekend.
Are you planning to be the right person? You are the right time at the right place with the right company.
The only thing you got to do is to be the right person.
I remember like it was yesterday.
Eleven years ago, my offline smartly took me to a big event.
Man, this guy text, listen, that is a.
This guy’s a bitch.
This guy’s a smart guy.
You guys clap for my coach real quick, man.
When I got recruited into this business, 2013, I was one of the most frustrated employee that you can think of.
Anybody relate here? Anybody will do this.
I was making $17,000 a year working a full time job.
No wonder why I was single.
But the guy took me to a big event because he knew that big, you know, big decision happened at big event.
And guys, when I came to that event and I saw a lot of people getting recognized, I saw people getting blacks people new rvps, you know, getting people getting new diamonds.
I see people getting promoted to senior vice president, NSD, national sales director.
I was like, man, one day I will be on stage.
One day I will be on stage giving my story just like these people.
And I know this.
Even the reason why we bring all of these people up here to give their story is for you to see the picture, is for you to see your future and these people, and I said, if these people can do it, I can do it, too.
I remember I saw, you know, Jason Otis, you know, crossing the stage.
I saw Eric Otis crossing the stage.
I was like, man, these people are not better than me.
Matter of fact, I’m taller than them.
If they can do it, I can do it, too.
And folks, listen, man, I made a big decision because at that time I was struggling to pass my life exam.
You act like you passed the first time.
And I fell four times.
You know, in Florida, if you fail five times, you have to wait for a year, I fell four times.
And I came to the beginning.
I was all frustrated, and I was one of these people who say, maybe that’s not God’s plan.
Come on, dummy, go back and study.
And, folks, I got so electrified, I.
I felt the vibe of success, and.
I went back home.
I said, I’m gonna do it.
And, folks, let me tell you, at the big event, at my first fast start event, I made a decision to be full, to be all in.
You know what I did? I know you’re gonna call me crazy.
I quit my full time job and scheduled my exam.
I quit my food, I burned my boat and scheduled my study exam, which is the last shot I got.
And I said, now it’s me in the book.
Me and the book, baby.
I went to my job with my note.
And guess what the sad part is.
They already gave me my replacement.
They already gave me my replacement to twin, somebody already there to replace me.
So I got no way back.
And, folks, CoAch Tesla knew what he was doing.
He got me here.
I made that decision.
I went and passed the test with 76%, you know, but guess what? I said.
One day I will be on stage and try to relieve some of you.
Some people will have doubt, will deal with doubt.
Some people will deal with fear and LEt you know, if I can do it, you can do it, too.
And today, you know, now, sometimes I think I’m gonna dream, because when they call me on stage as a national sales director, close to me making $600,000 a year, this is unreal.
This is unreal.
But that’s my story.
But now, even though I believe in the company, I believed in the movement after I came out from the big event, but I had a big problem.
I was dealing with fear, with lack of belief, man.
I believe John can get the next milestone.
I believe that adults can get to the million.
I believe that everybody here can get to.
Matter of fact, I was so happy clapping for people.
But when it comes to me, man, can I ever be an rvp? Can I ever get my reign here, man? Is my coach fooling me or something? My coach tell me I can be a success.
Is it true? I was dealing with all of these, and that’s what most leaders are dealing with.
And some, when I read about some great leaders, especially from the Bible, I saw some great leaders who was dealing with that lack of.
Lack of self belief.
A guy like Jeremiah, he would averse one of the most popular verse in the Bible, Jeremiah 29, right? Everybody knows that verse, right? I know the plan that I have for you plan to prosper, right? This guy, when it was time for him to start his mission, he told God, I can’t do this.
He said, I’m too young for this.
The people won’t listen to me.
God, I can sell.
We could.
You guys don’t get it, right? It’s the pyramid.
God said, no, you got to do it.
A guy like Moses, the guy who split the ocean in two and half of a million people crossing the ocean with dry feet.
But when it was time for him.
To start his mission, he told God, I’m started.
I can speak.
God.
The people would listen to me.
God, I don’t think, you know what? I don’t want to do this.
Get somebody else.
They won’t take me serious.
But the guy, if the guy deny that.
If the guy did not start his calling of a million of people who stay in slavery.
Sometimes folks, fear stop you from taking the next step.
To flee your family from slavery, from poverty.
And I feel you guys, because we are human.
But now you probably say, resi, where this thing come from? Because when were little, we used to believe in ourselves, right? I have a son.
He’s a seven year old son.
This guy believe he can do anything, even if this guy have no fear.
But what happened when we grow up? Oh, well, does fear come from.
I can tell you where it comes from.
He come from the environment we grew up.
Sometimes the people, we surrender ourselves with a guy like King David.
King David.
God said that the next king gonna come from his family.
His parents knew and they called a party, a family party to reveal the next king of the country.
And the father gathered all of his sons except for David.
Oh, you got shocked.
David was not in the party because the dad, the father wasn’t the first one.
The prophet said, no, that is not him.
The father called maybe Eric Otis.
He’s told he looked like the one, right? He can fight.
No, that’s not him.
The father called another.
No, it’s not him.
Then the prophet says, is that all? Nobody else? That’s all you got? Then the father, remember his son David? Oh, I have one more.
Oh, but he’s on the farm.
He’s supposed to wash the sheep.
He’s a shepherd.
Sometimes, folks life condition us.
Our culture conditioned us to be.
To be an employee forever.
The system conditioned us to be worked, to be poor forever.
But guys, listen.
And God and the prophet said, go get him.
But guys, let’s be in David’s shoes a little bit.
Even let’s say David wasn’t the one.
But do you think David has the right to be there in the body to see his brother? Who’s gonna be the next king? How come they forget about him? I don’t know how many people in here, your family, forget about you? I don’t know how many of you guys, when you talk about success, sometimes you think Primerica come and make you lose your friends.
Primerica, come to reveal your friends, Primerica, come to reveal what people think of you.
Because sometimes your parents don’t believe you can do it.
Sometimes your friends don’t believe you can do it.
They know, Primerica is great.
But they don’t believe you have greatness within you.
And David, when he came, the father, go get him.
Said, go get him.
Go get him from the farm.
Wow.
Because everybody saw David as a potential shepherd.
A farm.
A farm guy.
He’s supposed to be in the farm.
He’s not supposed to be in the palace.
But God saw David as a potential king.
Listen, I don’t care what people say about you, what people think about you.
God sees that your potential s and.
Z million dollar earner will believe this.
Who believe this.
Who believe you have next million dollar earner this womb.
Who believe that one day will be an excellency.
Million dollar earner.
If you believe that, stand up on.
Your feet real quick.
Say, hey, tell your neighbor.
Say, neighbor, if you knew who I was, you will take a selfie with me.
Neighbor, if you knew who I was, you will take me to eat.
I am a million dollar earner.
I am wealthy.
