Yo, it’s a pleasure to be here, guys.
It’s a pleasure.
Oh, yo, I’m a bad.
Yo, no, it’s a, it’s a pleasure to be here, guys.
You know, I came from, I was in Texas, uh, this past week and with home office, Doug was there as well.
So I know I stood here, you know, a couple of maybe a year ago, maybe a couple of months ago talking about the Northeast being number one, right?Uh, so we’re number one.
So we got, you know, recognized, uh, through home office, through Julie, uh, semen that you guys see on Monday night TV as being the number one in premium, right? So that’s, that’s big guys.
And the number one contributor to that, you know, is the a unit hierarchy.
So I just want to let you guys know, and thank you guys, you know, because that’s important guys.Cause you got actually out there changing the lives of families, right? Through premium, through life insurance, which you put in, uh, 5.
8 million in premium, you know, on a quarterly basis back into the actual community.
So that’s important because each and every one of you guys, when you guys are building, you talk about recruiting, getting licensed, that’s basically what you guys are doing, right?So, and again, I’m going to show you guys on the screen.
So again, I just want you to know, you know, that way.
Yeah, that way.
Yeah.
So guys, 10.
4 million in life insurance policies were sold in the U.
S.
Right.
And there were, and again, 60 percent of those were actually cash value policies.
Right.
106 million adults don’t have life insurance.Right.
So we talk about 106 million.
That’s a lot of people.
That’s a lot of bodies.
That’s a lot of families that are either insured or underinsured.
Right? So just keep that in mind, guys, you have a market, you have a market to go out and save some families and change a lot of families lives.
Right? So next, next slide, please.So this slide is important because this slide basically shows you what we paid on a comp in 2023.
Primerica paid out a billion dollars in compensation to the field, a billion.
Glenn said a couple of weeks ago, we’re going to pay out two million in 2024.
So could you imagine a billion dollars into the field?What that actually looks like for you, for your family, just even 1 percent of that just even tapping into 2 percent or even 5 percent right, because you guys can definitely do that.
So again, you can see here that we literally paid out between life insurance.
and security.
So that’s why it’s super important.Make sure you guys are actually taking full advantage of Primerica and what Primerica has the offer by getting licensed, right? Getting licensed for life insurance as well as securities.
But listen, in 2023 guys, we have 360, 000 recruits, 49, 000 new life license, right? 2400 securities license, right?And we also had 141, 000 life sales in force.
That’s not premium.
That’s just the number of bodies that was insured in 2023.
Right.
And 25, 000 in actual investment sales.
Right.
So again, you can see here, 60 percent of all policies in the U.
S.
You know, we’re whole life policies, right? So you guys are coming up against, you know, tick tock and talking about I.U.
L.
We’re talking about whole life.
We’re talking about the cash value.
But just understand that that’s just concept.
And you guys can literally kill every single policy out there.
And when I say that, you guys can replace those policies and put those insurance companies out of business.
Because it’s just easy.You’re just gonna follow those four evils.
Each and every one of you guys know what those four evils in life insurance and cash value is.
Right? So you guys can look through any sort of policy and understand what’s in that policy.
Right? So you keep that in mind, guys.
Like, you know, what you guys are doing, you know, might seem hard, but, you know, it’s easy for you guys.Because, again, you’re New York.
You know, we don’t have next gen in New York, right? So New York is literally number one through the Northeast when it comes to premium.
So you guys are completely built a whole lot differently than everybody else, right? Because the number one in the U.
S.
was the Northeast.
But New York was the number one leader.
within the Northeast.
So again, you know, just keep in mind, like, I know you guys have when’s next gen coming.
What’s next? You know, I don’t know.
But whatever you guys are doing, continue to do that, right? Continue to continue to produce.
But again, this is what next year was life insurance.We submitted a half a million applications.
You know, we generated 392 million and bonusable premium.
And that is again with next gen, right? We pay, you know, a half a million a comp to the field.
So you can see that here.
Total enforced is 944 billion life insurance, 1.
8 billion claims that we paid in 2023.Guys, 1.
8 billion in claims.
That’s 1.
8 billion in the community in 2023.
So when you talk about Primerica, you talk about what it is that we do every day.
We’re literally changing lives.
You know, you can see in a year 1.
8, but you can also understand that, hey, we’re paying out per day, north of 6 million, in death claims every single day.
Right? So here’s the production, right? This is what we talked about over the week, so I’m bringing that back here to let you guys know.
You know, you guys will see up there in premium, New York is basically increasing every single year.
Every year, 7 percent 10 percent 14 percent that’s been the number since 2020 as far as the increase in premium.Right.
So again, just know that you guys are actually producing, but the number one hierarchy in the Northeast is the a unit hierarchy.
I don’t, I don’t, I don’t say, I don’t say that loosely because numbers are the numbers, right? Numbers, numbers don’t lie.
Right.
So when I’m pulling the numbers and like, Hey, who has the most premium through first?You know, who has the number one recruiting through first? You know, I’m looking at the a unit numbers, right? So again, a unit, you know, number one in premium, right? That’s that’s in first.
That’s not second.
That’s not third.
That’s not fourth.
And that’s not through six because, you know, we paid through six, right?I’m pretty sure you guys know that.
But again, a unit that’s 3.
8 million in first and premium.
Nobody else is doing that.
Nobody else is doing that.
The first in the Northeast, right? So again, as far as recruiting, you know, through second guys, that’s 5000 recruits.
And this is again, this is 2023.
This is not the life of a unit.This is just one year.
Right? And just imagine what you guys could do next year.
What you could do this year, right? That three, that three million and 2023.
Let’s make that seven million in 2024.
Right? Because again, we got convention coming up.
Convention is coming up this year.
The next time convention has happened is actually 2027.That’s the 50th year of Primerica being a business, right? So you got three years to be recognized across the stage.
If you guys are not going to be recognized this June.
Right.
That’s important, guys.
So make sure you guys are actually sitting here recruiting, licensing.
It’s okay to get a recruit, but that recruit is nothing without an actual license, right?So it’s important to actually get those recruits and make sure that they’re getting licensed.
That’s number one.
But again, again, look through 2nd 5 million a premium through 2nd when I’m looking at the numbers, let me look when I’m literally looking at the numbers.
There’s no other hierarchy that’s doing this.
Right.
There’s no other, there’s nobody, you know, and again, that’s, this is how I got to number one, right? Because again, you guys are so, so important.
And because I got to number one, they increased our budgets.
Ain’t that right Doug? So again, that means that, that means from, from my perspective, what I do, that means there’s more, exactly, exactly.
Everybody eats, you know, you produce, you guys are going to eat, right? So again, we want to triple that.
We definitely want to talk about that.
So what I’m saying today, guys, is listen, we’re talking about premium, the importance of premium, you know, the importance of building the importance of actually getting licensed.So if you don’t take nothing away from what I said today, just know that, hey, eight units number one, the Northeast is number one, but also building the business should be your number one priority.
Distribution should be your number one priority.
Making sure you guys are literally building wide and building deep.That is super, super important, right? Because we talk about this at home office every day.
Right? Is the importance of the hierarchy, the importance of the base shot, right? And you guys are so important to us, you know, because without you guys, there would be no, no us, right? So again, just make sure you guys are going out.This is a, this is a fantastic weekend guys, right? Me and Doug, we literally flew down, we rushed back from Texas so we can make it because there have been so many cancellations and you know, the airport due to the weather, right? So make sure you guys are basically maximizing the time that you have with all your leaders.
You know, you have Chris here, you know, you have Harvey, you have Sheldon, you have Fritz, you have, you know, Cordell, you have all, you have all of these leaders here that are actually producing.
Make sure you guys are asking as many questions as you can being 100 percent in, right? Because our actual model for the, for 2024 is be all in or be all out, right?And so to make sure you guys are going to be all in and that way you could go all out, right? Because again, convention is, again, is approaching.
And for any promotions to be recognized, which Doug will discuss that, is in April.
So make sure you guys are fighting as hard as you can in January, February, and March.
