Quick little story, right? I came into this country, right? Legally, about 15 years ago, but Lord knows, uh, yeah, we got a story about living on the other side of the railroad track.
We won’t talk about it much today, but, um, one thing that I’ve learned, man, and it’s you could be in this world.
You could just live in this world if you want to.You could live in a bay shop if you want to, or you could change the world.
Or you could change the bay shop if you want to.
You can change the hierarchy if you want to.
You know, and I made a, you know, I had a dream when I first came in here.
We’re talking about the dream life event.
I had a dream when I came in here.Right? And it was to be the number one guy in the A unit.
It was the, it was to be the first one to SVP.
It would be the first one to NSD, the first one to a million dollars, right? See whether, whether it’s big or small, and I know everybody want to come in, whatever, whatever, it’s cool.
You know, uh, you got dreams, I got dreams too, right?And um, I’m a, I’m a, I’m a fight for mine, right? Um, whether you, whether they’re small, big, or whether they’re conventional, whether they’re unconventional, the best time to do something significant is between yesterday and today.
You hear me? Um, The richest people in the world build networks.
You understand that? The richest people in the world build networks, and you’re here to do what when you think about it, right? So don’t complain when people tell you, no, if you have a big dream.
Now, if you have a small dream, you can complain about it, right? But if you’re thinking big, everyone else that doesn’t think big or dream big is trained to go to work.
You understand that I’ve only had one job, right? And I just can’t take it, you know, um, cause listen, man, it don’t cost you anything to dream big.
You get what I’m saying? I think about it.
It don’t cost you anything to dream big, but it’s going to cost you everything.
If you think small, right? We got the truth on our side.I mean, you got term life insurance, we got investments, right? Mutual funds for the everyday person, right? That’s powerful tool in business.

I think what the world does is they shrink you.
See, I was telling somebody, look, when you’re a child, you start dreaming about, man, I’m going to buy my mama a house.
I’m going to travel the world, I’m going to drive the nicest cars, I’m going to do everything that I can.
And then what happens is the world shrinks you.
You go to 18, 19 year old, 20 year old, you get paid and instead of driving that nice car man, I’m alright in a bus.
You know, instead of having that big old house man, I’m alright, I’m alright with this.
You know, and what happens is, your dreams, they shrink down to the paycheck.
You see what I’m saying? And what Primerica has the power to do is Primerica stretches you.

When I ain’t know I could make 60, 70, 000 a month.

I don’t know how high you’re aiming, right? But we ain’t come here to be small.

See, those people, if you got family, if you got children, I know you’re willing to fight for them, right or wrong? I know you’re willing to do.
See, that’s who this business is for.
It ain’t, it ain’t changed.
Some of us that are, you know, the next gen, right, or Gen Z, whatever they call it, right, ain’t, you know.They say, Harvey, you went to over 60 schools, never got a GED, that’s true.
Never got a high school diploma, none of that, that’s cool.
But what I know is this, right, this business is for that individual that’s willing to put up a fight.
That individual, you see.
It’s still the same business.
People don’t trust professionals.They don’t trust that big business suit guy, that car, the big name companies.
They don’t trust those.
They trust people that look like you.
They trust people that look like me.
See, give me somebody that’s a human.
Give me somebody, you know, that has a relationship with people in their community.
I think you need two things.Write this down.
You need a dream.
Right? And you need a crusade.
See, what are you going after? I think you gotta be original to build a business.

Law of large numbers in a short period of time.See, go get your numbers up.
That’s what I had to do when I was sitting in your seat and I was pissed off.
My upline was getting beat by Tony and Shelly Lorraine.
By Glenn and Zio and all of them.
We had to go get our numbers up.
So you gotta be willing to fight for your upline.
In order for this thing to work for you.
You see, um, go build a business.
If you don’t want to go build a, uh, go get your numbers up, build a big business that’ll get the numbers up for you.
See, I haven’t had to do that whole personal premium stuff since like the last six years.
In primerica, steady dropping money in the bank account, steady dropping thousands and thousands and thousands up in a bank account.Guys just been about a hundred thousand on an office.
See, but you can’t activate big numbers without, I mean, you can’t activate the numbers of the business without having big numbers.
Small numbers are very unpredictable.
That’s why you’re unpredictable.
Your numbers are very small.
If you want this thing to work for you, sell out to getting big numbers, big Bay shop, big hierarchy.By the way, I got to recognize this guy right here for being the number one hierarchy builder.
I was told we ain’t recognize the hierarchy builder.

You look at Chris’s income.
Very predictable.
Big, big, big what? Hierarchy.
It’s a whole different game plan out here, man.You gotta listen.
Have this on your mindset.
A hundred by a hundred base shot.
300 by 300 hierarchy.
It ain’t gonna feel like you can do it while you’re getting after it.
If you ain’t DDR, it’s obvious.
But go out there and DDR until you TDR.
Right? You can do it in the next six to twelve months.

I think, um, I think you need to spend your time, right, while you’re building your hierarchy, you need to spend your time working versus coaching.
I hear everybody talk about, oh, this is my coach, oh, coach this, coach that.
You can’t coach if you only got two people.
You get what I’m saying? You can’t, you’re not a coach yet.
You’re not going to motivate two people to go build a big ass hierarchy.
Go get some more people.
You gotta inspire them with your action.

You got dreams to turn into reality.
This thing can happen.
Yes, you’re one recruit away from an explosion, but first you gotta recruit your mindset.
You Listen, we can go on for days, man.
I’ll leave you with this, right? I think you gotta activate the law of intention.
See, growth doesn’t just happen.
You gotta make it happen.
Does that make sense?You gotta be aware, you gotta know yourself, and you gotta grow yourself.
That’s why it’s called self growth.
When’s the last, I know you’re talking about, look, you know, you shouldn’t be, you know, reading books.

You know what I’m saying? Um, You gotta see value in yourself when others don’t.
You gotta learn to, you know, you gotta learn to motivate yourself.
You gotta learn to have discipline.
It’ll help you keep growing.
You gotta maximize growth and develop some sort of strategies.
It can’t just be the same old crap every single day.
Oh, one day it’s gonna start working.
Get rid of the primarical language and start adapting some primarical work ethic.
Look, it could be you.
Growth, growth is gonna stop.
When you lose attention between where you are and where you could be, growth is gonna stop.
When you lose attention between where you are and where you could be, there’s a trade off to go up.
What they don’t talk about enough, is when I was on that hospital bed, that was the death of the old Harvey.
That’s what they don’t talk about.
See, when you’re laying down, and you feel like you wanna give up, that’s the death of the old you and the birth of the better you.
