How’s everyone doing? Excellent job.

Also, congratulations once again to all of you guys for making it and qualifying to this meeting, right? I know you didn’t just walk in.
We were doing police officers at the front door.
We’re like, your name’s not on this list, right?So congratulations to all of you guys.
So I’m just going to run through some information about being attractive.
I think you should take a lot of notes because it’s not just for you.
You can give it to some of the teammates that are not here also.
But before I begin, you have to sign a verbal agreement with me, right?I was asking Chris, I’m like, can I be tough? It’s like, do whatever you want, baby.
I’m like, okay, it is.
Well, can I talk to you guys the way I talk to myself? Don’t be a little crazy now.
Okay.
But you guys all said, yeah, so it’s okay.

All right, so here’s what’s going on.
I want to believe that everybody in here is a full timer.Am I right? Everyone in here is a full timer, so I’m gonna go in, right? Everybody already signed the contract.
So four parts.
The first one is your mindset.
Your mind has to be right.
As a man thinketh, so he is.
If you think that you’re not going to make it, you are right.
If you think that you are going to make it, you are also right.First, with your mind.
So whatever you gotta do, your mindset, I’m gonna talk about that.
Second one is plant your flag.
You gotta sell out.
I don’t see enough people selling out anymore.
People just wanna dip their feet in, oh it’s cold, and they go back, right? No, you gotta sell out.
The third one is grow pro.You gotta become a professional.
Right? A hundred and ten percent of zero is what? So even if we gave you the contract, then what? You understand what I’m saying? Right? So, uh, the fourth one is who are your peers? Right? Who are your Primerica peers? You ever been to school, there’s the good kids, and then there’s the kids that you, your mom’s telling you, don’t do that, right?Don’t hang out with those people? There’s Primerica good kids, too.
So you gotta make sure that you’re around them.
So let’s go right into it.
The first one, mindset.
You have to consistently self develop, right? You are selling hope.
Opportunity, right? And you’re selling dreams.
You gotta look like somebody who is selling hope, opportunity, and dreams.You can’t look like you’re selling a nightmare now.
I don’t want to join a nightmare, right? So you can’t recruit me.
I don’t know if I want to join your team, right? So you gotta look like it.
You gotta, you gotta make sure that every day when you leave your house, your mind is right.
And you feed your mind daily, right, Jason?Is Jason in the room? Right? He said 15 minutes a day, your business would change forever.
Of listening to PFS media, something that has to do with the business, 15 minutes every single day.
If you do 15 minutes a Okay, who did 15 minutes for the last two weeks? Every day, of listening to something positive.
Last one month every day without skipping a day, right? Look look around the room It’s not a lot of people so it will definitely change your life, right? Another thing that I also wanted to say is Choosing entrepreneurship is being enlisted in the military.
You are not a civilian.
I am so sorry to break it to you You are not a civilian.When you get in the room, it’s bismal, and you gotta be a sniper.
And so your mindset is different.
It’s different.
Like, you gotta read the room.
When you walk in the room, you already see everybody.
Right? You know who’s getting clothes and referrals out next.
You know what I’m saying? It’s being in the military.You’re not a civilian.
You gotta be willing to lay it all on the line.
That’s what military people do.
They laid all on the line, right? So we can be safe.
You gotta lay it all on the line too.
And you gotta face your fears.
Your fear is an illusion.
You just make it up in your mind because everything we want is on the other side of our fears, right?You don’t want to talk to that person because you’re scared they’re gonna say no, but when they say no, are you gonna die? Nobody dies.
Even if you get your feelings hurt, it’s okay.
Just take it like a man.
You just keep moving.
Or a woman.
You know what I’m saying? Just keep moving.
You gotta phase your fears.Like no one ever killed anyone.
You gotta put your pride and your ego in your back pocket and get the job done.
There’s so many people you and I could have prospected, but we keep thinking, Oh my God, what if they say no, and then somebody see me get rejected.
Nobody dies, right? You understand what I’m saying?You have to face your fears, right? Because if you do face your fears and get what it is that you want, you will become a proud person.
You’ll be proud of the person you became, right? Because you face your fears.
Am I correct, right, guys? Alright, let’s move on.
Planting your flag, right? You are the chosen one.Look to your neighbor and say you are the chosen one.
Because who else would you trust? Who else would you trust to go change your family bloodline? Who else would you trust to go be the Chris A.
Chung of your family? Who else would you put that responsibility in their hand? Like, oh, you could go be the Chris A.Chung of our family.
No, I don’t trust you.
If you get mine, you’re probably not going to share it, right? You understand what I’m saying? I don’t trust you.
So God chose you.
You’re not here by mistake.
You are here by design.
So if you’re here, you got to take that very serious, right? Look to your neighbor and say, you’re not here by mistake.
You are here to fulfill destiny.
Absolutely, right? So another thing that I was talking about, you got to burn all the bridges.
Let me tell you this, may the bridges we burn light the path to the future.
Okay, if you burn all your bridges, Your mind, your brain automatically goes to work because it knows that this is all I’ve got.
I remember leaving school, y’all.
Everybody in my, in my clan is wearing white coat.
RN, you know, MSN, right? PhD, RN, whatever that is.
I remember leaving school and I’m like, it’s got to work.
Cause if it don’t work, I’m screwed.
But if you don’t burn your bridge, you want to put your hand on the plow and look back.What the Bible say about that? It don’t work.
You got to go all in because then your mind will have to figure it out.
Cause you don’t got no choice.
Right? Well, you don’t borrow your business today, yeah, your job tomorrow, when you do Primarica, two hours.
We don’t, like, what’s going on? Are you going or are you coming?We gotta know, right? So here’s what’s going on.
You have to consistently understand that in this business, you have to get good at finishing.
You have to finish the job.
I, I don’t know.
Some people go prospecting and they don’t call the people.
Take a picture of the numbers and send it to me.
Okay? I’ll send you a split.I’m an ethical person.
You know what I’m saying? Cause I’m like, why would you prospect and not call these people? Finish the project! You had a goal to get 100 numbers? Finish that project! You get the 100 numbers? Finish that project, right? Whatever it is, start, but don’t just do it halfway.
Go all the way.Another thing I wanted to say is you gotta get great at the KT.
You gotta pay your bills, y’all.
You Right? You can’t tell me that this is all you do in New Jack City and you two by two for the month and your bank account is bleeding.
It’s bleeding red and you not working and they tell me this is all you do?You must have some sugar daddy or something.
Let me have his number, you know what I’m saying? Cause I’m like, how are you two by two and you don’t do anything else? Look, let me tell you something.
You have to stop being a liability to the people who go to the slave trade.
I mean, the job.

That’s what it is, right? New York is expensive.

Right? Because if y’all together and you looking sideways you may not be able to say anything.

Remember your pairs, right? You gotta make sure that you’re not around the negative complaining people, right? You can’t be with the negative dull disillusioned people who blame their upline for everything.
My upline quit, and that person’s upline quit, and that person’s upline quit.
I am four deep from all these people that quit.
I didn’t quit and I didn’t complain about what Fritz ain’t do and how it’s Fritz fault that I’m not successful.
That’s madness.
I had to figure it out.
You can do the same.
