”Man, oh man, uh, super excited to be here, man.
Um, um, fired up all at the same time.
I want to shout out our team, the Rose team in the house.
We got, we got a couple people here.
Um, you know, it’s so crazy.
And I was just thinking back, you know, um, 20 years ago, I came to this country.
And, um, I remember I was having a conversation with my mom, you know, cause I just never, you know, some stuff you don’t talk about, like you don’t talk about, like, Like Jamaican people, they don’t, they don’t say, I love you and stuff like that.And, um, I was asking her, like, how do you, how did you get to America? You know, like, like two years ago, I asked her the question and the conversation, like, like it was crazy as she got here, you know, she was telling me she, she, she went through Bahamas and she got arrested and she made it.
And I’m like, damn, that’s a crazy story, you know?And, um, and I applaud her so much because.
By her making that sacrifice and doing that and, you know, when we came here, you know, we didn’t have to go through the stuff that most people go through everywhere, you know, we can’t be illegal.
And, um, and not only that, you know, every single day I wake up with an attitude of gratitude and just grateful to be in this country, you know?Um, and not only that, man, I’m grateful for two things, right? Like I always say, I’m grateful to be in America and I’m also grateful for Primerica, man.
That’s, that’s one of the biggest blessings that ever happened to us and I was super excited about that.
You know, I remember in school, when I was in high school in Jamaica.All the other kids are graduating and they’re like, what are you going to be doing? You know, you know, what’s your plan? And I knew my mom, it was, it was getting this close.
I’m like, I don’t know.
You know, and it’s so crazy.
Um, you know, when we came here, man, and we found this business.
So, you know, when I started primerica, I came, uh, when I, when I, when I got introduced to primerica, everything didn’t work the way that I thought it was going to work.You know, you, you look at the presentation and you’re thinking like, all right, 10, 000 a month when I probably by next week I can start making that type of money right away.
I’m like, And in two years from now, I’m going to be like a millionaire, you know what I’m saying? And let’s just say life didn’t work out the way that I thought it was going to work out.You know, I remember it took me over ten times to pass my securities exam.
Now, not because the test was hard, okay? I’m not trying to scare any of you guys, okay? Honestly speaking, I just wasn’t studying.
I just thought I could do what I did in high school, you know what I’m saying? Um, you know, I remember I couldn’t close nothing, you know?I couldn’t, it doesn’t matter what appointment I go on, I just, I just, I wasn’t closing.
You know, I, you know, I didn’t know what I was saying wrong.
You Um, but you know, I wasn’t closing nothing.
And you know, I think what happened, I met my wife Tiki in 20, 2011 convention, you know, that’s why you never miss a big event.Right.
And I think that’s probably one of the best thing that ever happened to me.
You know, she literally came in and, you know, she made me who I am today.
And I’m forever grateful for that because there without Tiki, there wouldn’t be no Fritz, I believe, you know, and I want to give, um, uh, Tanya, I saw Tanya up there, Tanya, not Bruce, no more Joshua, right.Um, on seven for a second, Tanya.
But, um, you know, I was struggling with my stating, my, my securities and, um, man, Tanya, literally, she, she like, Fritz, I got you.
And she literally helped me throughout the whole process.
I’m forever grateful for you, Tanya.

And I think I saw Slimmy somewhere in the back.Some of you guys don’t know Slimmy.
You guys don’t know Anselm Serap.
I think he’s somewhere in the back, back there.
But I remember Slimmy every single morning.
Slimmy used to pick me up every Saturday training for religiously.
He got a, he had a little cool.
Okay, I don’t know if you remember all of them.And every single Saturday, Saturday morning, I was living down the block from him.
This guy picked me up religiously, and take me to training every Saturday, man.
Thank you for that, son.
I appreciate that, man.
Um, I thought Cordell cried for all of us.
I promised everyone that I wasn’t gonna cry.
Um, you know, I remember getting hit with overdraft fees, going to the bank and trying to negotiate the overdraft fees.Like, you guys knew I didn’t have the money.
Why did you guys charge me another overdraft? You know, being homeless.
You know, um, I remember the lights get cut off, car broke down, making 4, 075 a Domino’s pizza.
And um, and we went through, you know.
And through all that is, what I started learning in life, there’s always a lesson learned in every situation.And it just doesn’t matter what you go through in life, you’re going through it for a specific reason.
And maybe some of you guys might be hurting right now, you probably just came and said, This man Somebody forced me to be here and I’m just gonna go and then after I’m gonna quit, you know.
But, you know, you’re here for a specific reason.You joined Prime Miracle for a specific reason.
And you gotta embrace that.
And you gotta understand that God is gonna take you through some, some situation in your life, man, to test you.
You know, to see how strong you are, you know, are you willing to weather the storm? Are you going to give up? Um, you know, life happens for a reason.You’re here for a specific reason.
Nothing in life just happened.
There’s always a reason for every situation.
So whatever you’re going through right now, there’s a reason for it.
But what if the reason for you to, for the situation is for you to go through so you can maybe inspire and motivate or probably help someone to get through that situation.Right, wrong, right.
Um, and as I start thinking about, you know, like life in general and dream life weekend, you know, but first of all, you gotta have a dream business.
And do you have a dream work ethic? You know, like, what is that like? Is it like, like, attractive? Does people wanna, you know, wanna, um, copy that?Doesn’t make sense, right? And understand that nobody’s perfect.
Your mama wasn’t perfect, your daddy wasn’t perfect, your upline ain’t gonna be perfect, your sideline ain’t gonna be perfect.
Ain’t, ain’t nothing gonna be perfect.
I’m sure there’s a lot of stuff that falls apart in this meeting, right or wrong, right?But regardless of the fact, the show goes on regardless, okay? And you can’t care what people think.
I think so many times people walk around so concerned about what other people think.
You know, like you prospect and somebody tell you no, so what? Does that mean that your nose is big? You know what I’m saying?Like, like, what are we talking about here? Right or wrong, right? Does that mean you can’t win? Does that mean that you can’t become successful? None of that stuff matters, right or wrong, right? You know, you can’t care what your family think.
They don’t know no better.
They just thought the way that you’re supposed to do was to go to school, to get good grades, so eventually find a good what?A good job, right or wrong, right? Not only that, a good job with benefit.
But they don’t know no better, you know? And I’m grateful for Chris because even though my family was singing that song to me, He kept saying, no, don’t worry about that.
You’re going to be fine.
You can do this.
And he believed in us, you know, through the whole process.You know, maybe, you know, maybe a sideline.
You know, maybe, maybe this weekend you probably got beat up a little bit.
You didn’t get recognized like how you’re supposed to and all this stuff.
You gotta understand, this is the game.
This is for America.
There’s a leader’s bulletin for a reason.
There’s always going to be something.There’s, you’re always going to feel left out.
But that don’t mean anything.
That don’t mean that you’re not, you’re not a good person.
Now, that don’t, that don’t make you less than because somebody else is winning and they, they probably beating you for now.
But that don’t make you less than as a person.You know, you can get back and say, you know what, enough is enough.
I’m sick and tired of being where I’m at and I’m gonna go change.
And you can make that decision today, right or wrong, right? But, you know, always remember it happens for a reason.
So you’re getting beat up for a reason.
Because you didn’t do what you had to do.But what do after this meeting is what matters, right or wrong, right? And, you know, as I always talk, you know, every once in a while, I, you know, Tiku says, man, you talk about all the bad things that happened to you, but you don’t spend a lot of time talking about how good life is now.
And I start looking at, um, and I says, man, that’s true.That’s so true.
You know, my daughter, um, well, first of all, before I say that, I believe, personally, we have a dream team.
And, uh, as I look at these guys, man, they show up every single day, regardless.
You know, we call meetings sometime in the crazy time, and they show up regardless.
And I believe we’re not gonna just promote one RVP’s, we’re gonna promote at least 10 RVP’s, man.Cause, cause these guys are ready.
We got Doug, and Kim, and Matt, and Sandra in the room, and we got Xavier, we got Tania.
Yesterday, Tania missed the LDF, you know, yesterday.
And she stayed in the office and she was just making calls and she was doing what she has to do.
Super proud of her, right? And then we got Brian and Jackson.And we got Ramir and Marie, man.
She’s going through some health challenges right now.
But regardless of the fact, she shows up regardless, you know? And, you know, these guys, I believe they got a heart, man.
And I know, man, I could probably put a million dollars in them going to RVP.
Because I know they’re going to go to RVP.They have the heart of a champion.
And so, you know, we have a dream team.
But as I think about my daughter, you know, she goes to a private school.
A private Christian school.
And I know I said it the other day, but you know, Cory is my godson, and the other day she goes, I feel bad for Cory, you going to a public school.
I’m like, you don’t gotta feel bad for him, he’s gonna be alright.
But I’m just saying, it must be hard for him.
I’m like, you know, but um, but, you know, she goes to a private Christian school, it was her birthday the other day, and, we did breakfast, I will explain, we went to a nice restaurant, she’s 100 percent vegan, Breakfast was probably like about two, three hundred bucks.Then we did lunch, another two, three hundred bucks.
And then we went to an Italian vegan restaurant.
I ain’t never been to no damn Italian vegan restaurant, right or wrong, right? And she goes, everything on the menu is vegan, daddy? I’m like, yes, everything on the menu.
She’s like, you know what, let me get everything on the menu, one of everything on the menu.I’m like, what the hell, right or wrong, right? So almost a thousand hours later, you know, she um, you know, it’s crazy cause she does swimming, guitar, gymnastics.
Everything the school offer, she goes, Oh, I want to do this.
I’m like, Do you know somebody got to pay for this crap right or wrong, right? You know, my grandmother, she called me the other day.She goes, I’m calling you because she went to Jamaica for a little bit.
Uh, you know, when it get cold.
She goes, I’m calling you because the church needs some money.
And I know that you’re the only one.
That’s gonna, uh, you know, it’s crazy, right? You know, we have a cleaner.
We have somebody that comes to the house to clean.My daughter goes, the other day, I’m like, don’t, can’t you help clean? She goes, oh, don’t you have a cleaner? I’m like, what the hell is wrong with you? Right, you know, we have a landscaper that come to the house, you know, and they, you know, they do, they do the stuff, right? You know, we booked the, you know, the flight and all that extra stuff to go to Hawaii, all expense paid, but we did some extra stuff.You know what’s so crazy? Last, last night, you know, the company pays us over five grand.
That’s crazy! Did you guys hear that? I know, I know Chris says 17, so maybe that’s throwing you off a little bit.
But 5 grand? I mean, this money probably gonna pay us about 40.
You know, it’s starting to look a little different.You know, um, Hey man, we do so much stuff, man.
I got a whole list of different things that we get to do.
But right now, this might be your sewing season.
Like, you know, right now you may be sewing, you know.
And um, and when you’re sewing, sometimes it looks a little different.
But you’ll get to, you know, my question to you, Will you get to live the dream life?Do you really believe that? Will you get to build a dream business? Or are you on track? Are you even on track to do that? And if you’re not on track, get on track.
Right on, right? I mean, I love Primerica because Primerica is fair because it gives everybody a chance.
Everybody has a shot here.
Ain’t no one that’s different than the other.We all, like, all we got that’s different is maybe a solution number, and a social, and a fingerprint, but it’s the opportunity that makes us different.
Right on, right? I can promise you, if you do the work necessary, you’re going to get the job done.
Right on.
And how I look at Primerica is, you know, it’s crazy.It’s crazy, man.
I just to back this up for a second.
I was just thinking the other day, we opened our new office the other day and the check that we wrote from our office, it’s just, it’s ridiculous.
It was just crazy.
I’m like this check is more than what it costs me to buy a house and we bought a house two years ago and all that is Primerica guys.And I know, I know, I know man, you live in Primerica bubble and this stuff is just like normal.
It’s just like regular, but you understand where I came from.
You understand how crazy it was? I mean, the real ones know, the one that was here and they know what it was like.
But it’s crazy, a life could change.You could have a dream life.
Like, it’s really true, like, this stuff is not made up.
The theme is real.
Like, you could have a dream life, it could really happen for you.
Just like it happened for everyone that came up here, that’s an R.
