Guys, I have a question for you. Who are we? We are the crusaders that do what’s right. You got to remember that. Right? How many of you in this audience right now want to take your business to another level? How many of you want to grow your income? How many of you want to grow your locations? Okay. No. And I’m talking about really doing it. This. Think about it. Yes. Thank you, Coach Otto. Last year, I was making 50k a month. Not a month, like 12 months. Now I make 25,000amonth. And I cry to Mama Shelley and say, I’m not doing this. It’s not good for me. I need more money. It’s not working. But, guys, I’m gonna tell you about something today that I’ve been doing that worked for me. Work ethic, leading from the front, creating real activities.

Because, you know, at the end of the day, people don’t do what you say. They do what you do. You got to remember that. Why is this. Okay, there you go. Clarity. Clarity is power. Say that with me. Clarity is power. Because people don’t fail because they’re lazy. They just don’t know what to do. Guys. They fail because they don’t have clarity in what you do. Right? Clarity on their numbers, on their roles, on whether the team should do what. What should they do? What’s the next step? Right? You have to start reacting to that. You got to start bouncing from problem to problem because you don’t have clarity in your team. You got to make emotional decisions. Stop wasting time. Time waits for nobody. I know you guys heard that for many years, right?

Have you ever heard of the phrase empty barrel makes the most noise? Have you? Okay, how much of you have noise in your office that’s not activity? Then you need to change that, right? Because everybody needs to know what they have to do. Think about it. Work ethic. This is how it comes into play. Because once you’re clear, now it’s about the execution. Show up every day. You, as a leader, have to show up every single day, right? Even when people cancel, nobody answers. Things don’t go your way. Let me ask you a question right here, right now. Who had a bad day in this business? Who had a bad day in this business? Exactly. That’s where your work ethic shows, right? Not when things are easy, but when things are hard. Because guess who is watching you? The team.

Your team is watching you. You don’t think. When I saw their numbers, oh, they didn’t make 200 this month. I called her. What going on this Month. You watch them. That’s who I’m replicating. You don’t think. When my numbers wasn’t high, Lavina didn’t call me. She called me. What’s going on? Your team is watching. You guys lead from the front. Think about leadership. Because leadership is not telling people what to do. That’s corporate world, right? Leadership is start showing people what to do. Say it with me. I go first. If you want more recruits, what do you do? You recruit. If you want more activity, you make activity. If you want more production, you do more production. Listen, let me give you a real example. And my boss that I fired a year ago, she’s here with me right now. She’s a district leader.

I fired her and hired her for myself. Listen, she just got her license, walked away with 3500 of FTB. Just made $1500 within the last two weeks. Closed four apps two days ago. Guys, it’s not about what was written. It’s about how you train. It’s about what happened when you sat with them. That’s the goal. Not doing the minimum, but maximizing every opportunity. Right? Think about that, guys. Why do we want to build a business that moves with us? Think about it. The past month, Mama and papa took me out on a cruise. But what did I say to myself, oh my God, I’m gonna lose seven days of business. Oh, I was a mess. But I didn’t worry too much because I had a team. Five recruits came in, premium was still coming increases were happening, license came out.

So what happened there that didn’t happen of an accident. That didn’t happen because it just happened. It happens because it was done by design. I designed that with my team, right? They got clarity. You don’t have a business problem. You have a clarity problem. Okay, take a picture of that. I’m not reading that. Okay, think about it this way. What is exciting you the most? Duplication. Because think about it. I’m seeing it happen now. Right? Let me give you an example. Lavinia, my superstar, she just got a new license that received 1815 FTB two days ago, right? She didn’t hesitate. She started producing. She started taking that girl and producing close to IBA by 2000 already. That wasn’t from me. That was her downline. Right? The leadership is copy. The leadership is what we need, is what we show them.

You got to think about that. This is my goals to them. I never told them they got to do less than I tell them you got to do twice like that. If you don’t do that. Don’t call me. I will text you in the morning. What do you have today? Oh, I think I’m sick. What do you have today? That’s the goal. Guys, think about it. The business is simple. No activity, no result. Say it with me. No activity, no result. Right? And stop aiming low. Why are you still aiming for a low number? Start aiming for 10 by 10 personal. It’s easy. You just have to know what to do. So this is what I’m gonna say. Oh, that’s gone right. Do people choose you or they choose your price? Are you in a business of a designing logo or helping people?

If you can’t explain your business in one sentence, you don’t have one. If your brand doesn’t say what you say, if your brand doesn’t. Oh, God, look at me getting mixed up here. If your brand doesn’t say what you’re supposed to say, your recruits are not going to choose you. Your clients are not going to choose you. Right? Do you want to differentiate or you want to disappear like the others? So ask yourself, do people choose you or they choose your price? Think about that.
