Hey, really quick. I mean, not much to say. We heard so much so far. And this schools, you know, you get all the info needed to really go out and do what you need to do, you know, change your life, change your family’s life, change your business. You know, so lucky, all of us, that to do this business, you don’t need talent, right? You don’t need to be a talented person. It’s only three skills that you truly need to do Primerica. And the cool thing with skills is that skills you can learn, but you can always learn a new skill set. Every time I recruit someone, I say, if you learn a new skill set, if you learn what to do in Primerica, you could completely, totally change your life. And the best thing about it is it’s completely up to you.
The better you get, the better it gets. So three skills that we need to learn. Number one is sales skills. But you know, the sales skills part of it, most people think is that you’re gonna be this great salesperson and be this great closer. But the sales skills in prime America is pretty like common sense. It’s like someone that’s paying too much for the life insurance, if you could give them the same thing for a lot less. I don’t think that’s a sale. Someone like, what is it, Salerno? Well, he just said that lady earning 0% in an account, and you show how she could earn more. I don’t think that’s a sale. But anyway, that’s the sales skills quote, unquote, that you need here, which is the skill that you need. The second thing is people skills, right?
You need to learn how to treat people, and you got to treat people good. I think that’s the biggest thing that people mess up in this business, right? You have to know that this is a people business. It is financial services. So new people join thinking they’re going to be this financial guru or financial expert. And we do. That’s how we get paid. But we get paid more. When you learn how to treat people, you learn how to move people. So get really good at people skills. And by the way, there’s tons of books on that, on how to treat people good. And then the last thing is leadership skills, right? And you also learn that, right? By reading books, by becoming a better leader. And the best way to learn it is in a setting like this.
Cause you have many examples of people in prime America. There are multi millionaires on these tables right here that are proof that this business works. If you just get better with your skillset. So what? One word of advice, man. Work on your skill sets. They’re not that difficult. And you could take this thing as far as you want. Thank you so much.
