Thank you. She’s the queen of the team. And things are happening in our organization is because Martha is working with me as well, and she’s pushing me up. And I’m so grateful with God because he gave me a queen to keep going now that I’m 35 years old. So I’m gonna talk. I don’t know if I can make this work. Okay. I believe so. I started in Pramerica to generate extra income when I started a long time ago. And right now we are going. I’m gonna promote myself again to regional vice president. And we have a game Plan to be 500,000 income. And we don’t have. It’s not a goal, it’s not a dream. It’s a system that we are creating because that’s why I felt. And not being a millionaire like these champions right here, right now. So I said that.
So I say I gotta create a system. The system is that you gotta start helping families. And I don’t know how to make this work. All right, okay, so how do you. How. And I’m very thankful for the teammates that make an effort to be here, that coming from Georgia, Tampa, my area, and we’re gonna build something together. So you gotta earn money. Here is about money. And you might be listening about money. You might be thinking, oh, they just talk about money. I love that word. And that’s why I came to usa. That’s why I’m a little afraid that they came for me. They come for me because I crossed the border. I’m still wet. So you want to make 1000, 2000 per month part time. You want to do that? I did it with my license. Kidoro recruited me into the business.
And like he said, he taught Ceci to me, the first man in my life that taught sexy to me about making extra income. So I said, okay, I want to do it. And I made money as soon as I got my license. Working 10, 15 hours per month. There are people here that work more than that. But, hey, I’m a lazy Colombian, so, hey, I don’t want to work a lot. And you don’t need experience. That’s awesome because you don’t need experience. What’s the business model? You help families to protect their income. We already pay in the organization $6 million and the claims and people that came from our countries, even without the Social Security, yet with the it numbers. And there is a mom with four kids that got almost $600,000 because we protect that family.
We also teach financial security through investments and how to build a team. Like how to create a business and bring extra income home. Personal numbers. That’s how we’re doing right now. It’s very easy for recruits. Together we recruited seven people. We did more than 8,000 in premium. So that’s. That you gotta do if you wanna be part time, get your license and do that. And weekly activity, 25 to 30 contests. Every week we do six to eight appointments and three to four presentations. That’s what we gotta do. We just follow a system. What’s the system? Get a contact, do an appointment, do a presentation, close and recruit people. So that’s what we gotta do every week. Consistency beats profession. I’m not perfect. Very good to speak English. I know. I don’t have AdSense anymore. No, I’m just kidding. But. Well, we have Creole.
We have Miriam Narcisso, Portuguese. Now you gotta understand Spanish. Okay. I don’t believe that thing is working. That thing that translates. Working with my pronunciation. So we gotta repeat everything weekly because we want to grow and where the clients come from. We have phone contacts, we have friends and family. We get referrals. I always ask for referrals. I don’t go to the mall. You gotta go to the mall. That’s up to you. But I’m always asking to all those clients that I have for referrals. And the last two months I got 40 referrals that are coming. Clients and recruits and WhatsApp and social media. I was not a fanatic about social media. I don’t go and see what you eat or anything.
I just go and post what I’m looking from you, which is helping your family open investments and recruit you into this business. That’s what we’re looking for. And it’s a simple script that I learned in English and Spanish. Hey, quick message Ray on helping families with income protection and opening opportunity for extra income. And I thought about you. She’s asking me, you know, I recruited my wife because I was referred to her. I was referred because she was my client first. So I saw her finances and I said, this is the woman that I want. And I go, yeah, that was good. So it was something emotional for me because I was helping a family. And now we had six kids together. And she made me a grandpa. Cause I had to. They adopted me as a grandpa. And that’s why I want to grow. And I’m blessed because if something happened to me today, she’s going to continue with the business. Because this business belongs to our kids. And I know that while I’m alive, I’m going to build. It doesn’t matter who’s going to follow me. Sounds bad, but I don’t care if you follow me or not.
I know that I got to create something that they’re going to remember us one day. The emotional thing is helping families. And the other thing why people say yes is because the opportunity to grow and have freedom. Because there is no other place in usa, Canada or Puerto Rico to build what we have in America.
