I just want to share a couple of things with you guys real quick. Things that I pretty much struggled with a lot in the business, right? I’ll share that with you real quick. So one of the things that we have, and I don’t know about you, but I struggled a lot with doubt. How many guys struggle with doubt? Right? And I struggle a lot with doubt. And what happens to a lot of us if you think about. Because a lot of us don’t understand a winning formula, right? Understand this. When I understood this and I started applying it started made a difference with us, right? Guess what happened? Because all of us, we all want to be known. Right or wrong. Everybody wants to be known. Everybody wants to be somebody.
But what happens, Very few of us take the time to know who we are. We want to be known, but we don’t get a chance to know ourselves. And this formula really changed our lives. As if you get known, if you get understand that you’re loved, you’re going to achieve whatever potential you want. Make sense. Just want to share that with you guys real quick, right? Everybody wants to be known, but not everyone takes the time to know who they are. See, think about it. You are designed and commanded to compete. You were designed and commanded to compete. And I think a lot of us struggle with that. We don’t think we should compete. You’re going to see a lot of people walk across the stage, get recognized. You’re going to say, well, that’s not me. That’s not my nature.
Or where you’re being disobedient. Why? Because I think about this scripture called First Corinthians 9, verse 24 to 7. I’m going to read it for you guys real quick. It says, do you know that in a race that all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last. But we do it to get a crown that will last forever. Therefore, I do not run like someone running aimlessly. I do not fight like a boxer beating the air, nor I strike a blow to my body and make it my slave. So that after I preach to others, I myself will not be disqualified from the prize. That means we are called to compete.
We are called to go after it, right? The reason we’re not winning. Here’s the reason we’re not winning because we’ve been trying to win too long. And the word is trying to win too long. See if you think about the scripture. Talk about what? Trying. Stop trying and start training. Stop trying and start training. See, trying is an attempt to change with minimal commitment. I’ll try to double digit recruit. I’ll try to get to the next meeting. I’ll try to get to rvp. I’ll try to get people to meeting. You’ve been trying too long. See, it gives you permission to fail. See, training is a wholehearted commitment to achieve a specific result. See, you gotta get in your mind that I gotta start training. Whatever you want to accomplish, you got to start training yourself to be there. Train your mind to be there.
See, when you are trying, you’re trying to be someone you’re not. But training is working with purpose to improve what you already know. If you recruit one person, you can recruit 100 people. But you got to train your mind, you got to train yourself to make that happen, right? See, how you train depends on what you want to win. If you want a big time, right, you train yourself right. See, you are not trying to better. You are training to better. You win when you get better at who you already are. See, you either make excuses or make progress. You can’t do both. So I want you to repeat after me. I’m not trying. I’m training. Not trying. I’m training every day. I win because I will train every single day to get better. Understand? The second thing you got to understand.
You are loved. You are loved. See, God loves you. See, you need to know that you are loved. And God created you and designed you for win. And Joanne used to say that every single time, guess what happens, right? And I never understood it. If you think about so many incredible people in the Bible talked about, guess what, Think about Jeremiah, right? 1 Of 14 to 10, it talked about Jeremiah’s calling. And he said, I’m too young, I don’t know how to speak. And guess what? God commanded, said, guess what? And he’s not talking, he’s talking to you. He says, before I formed you in the womb, I knew you before you were born, I set you apart. I appointed you to be someone. See, you are loved. And I struggle with that a lot because I used to beat myself up.
I’m not good enough, I’m always messing up. But you understand you are loved, right? Let me ask in Moses, Exodus, Moses was like, I don’t know how to speak. Why are you going to send me? I don’t know how to talk. I’m telling you, see what will overcome in your life, what God says of you or your insecurities about yourself, you got to make that decision. I just want to thank everyone. Thanks so much, Keith, for really putting this together. We’re letting everyone know we’re going to start competing. Just want to take my beautiful wife for everything she does for us and for our team and what we’re going to accomplish. We appreciate you. We appreciate you. We appreciate the savage hierarchy. Thanks, Coach Rain Carroll. Thanks, Roy. Nan. Thanks, Keith. Appreciate you. Go.
