Good morning.
Good morning.
So, guys, my name is Orville Richards for.
You guys don’t know me, all right? I’m from Kingston, Jamaica.
I came in this country, like, about.
I was 17 years old, turning 18.
And we came here for, you know, looking for a better life, so to speak.
My mom brought us in.
I brought us in.
Brought us up in from Jamaica itself.
And when it came to country, I came here to get rich.
I know about you.
But in Jamaica, we have certain opportunities that we have available here in the US and what I want to kind of speak to you about is some mindset stuff, all right? A lot of times, like, you know, so many guys, you know, like, people say, oh, my God, what is Willie and Narenga doing? What is these guys doing? And most of the time, you guys ask the wrong damn questions.
And that’s the reason you don’t get the right answers.
Because I don’t really care what Willie’s doing.
And he’s like, what? What I care about is the thought behind the action of what he’s doing and what his wife is doing and what the organization is doing.
And you see, the thing is, I learned a long time ago, is not the action that is important, but rather the thought behind the action that causes the action is the most important.
Bring me to my talk right now.
We’re all here about the why.
The why? The why? What is your why? You heard that before, right? Everybody get a crap? Well, how about the who? There’s two W’s that’s important to you that you need to inspect.
And we all hear the why.
All right? The why gets you started, but the who is the execution.
So that is the part you gotta be working on.
And the biggest issue we have in our life is the disconnect between the why and the who.
So the why might be here, but the who you are is right here.
And who you are, that big disconnect is the disillusion of it.
And a lot of times we want to stay the same and receive this up here.
And I shit ain’t happening.
So we got to adjust the who.
So who do we need to become in order to get.
So when I was listening to Willie yesterday, you know, and you know, we got what we want already from this meeting, so we’re excited.
We appreciate, you know, Keith and Danny having Willie came out, and I appreciate taking time out of your schedule to come over here itself.
Okay? But one of the things which, when he’s talking, I’m listening to the premise behind the action.
And he said, listen, if you’re going to do something, make sure you’re locked in on it and freaking do it.
Don’t just freaking change back and forth.
And that’s part of the who.
His execution is just locked in, which is freaking the band.
We have one right here.
Locked in.
So the question is this now, right? What is it that you’re locked in on right now? Are you clear on who you need to become, what you need to change, what traits you need to train? Like, when I started, I used to stutter a lot.
Okay? Add a deep accent.
Still have the accent.
It won’t go anywhere.
All right? Yes.
But at least you can understand a little bit better, right? Shelly used, like, Shelly’s like, what do you say? Or I don’t freaking know either.
Just record a damn thing and slow it down.
All right? So.
But the bottom line is simple.
This, guys, okay? You and I are gonna aggressively work on ourselves, become a better version of ourself.
So this way we can get close to the why in which we’re really going after.
Because the two W’s.
The who is extremely important for the execution to get that why.
All right? And I’m pretty much done now.
I’m freaking ready to go back home, get some work done.
