This young lady moved from Georgia, right? She got recruited, she got recruited off of social media and she moved from Georgia after going to a leadership school back to New York.
She got licensed in July of 2000, no, last year, 2023, right?And she has double digit recruited every single month since she’s been licensed.
She has never skipped a month.
So I’m like, girl, they don’t need to hear from me.
They need to hear from you.
Come on.
Right on, right? Um, so really, my main focus is just trying to build a business right now.
Um, you know, the first step to building a business is recruiting.So, um, you know, I’m just pretty much just prospecting every day.
You know, making sure I get numbers every single day, referrals, um, Sorry.
Um, the question I always ask is who do you know, right? Cause, always gotta get those, um, Like, who can this person lead me to? And, um, and I’m also, Sheldon was also talking to me about, you know, tap rooting.You gotta get four deep.
So how fast can I get my direct at that rec? That’s my main focus.
So, like, yesterday I just hired a direct.
An hour later I already recruited her cousin.
So, I’m just having a sense of urgency.
And I’m just focused on getting licenses, getting people promoted.
As soon as I submit the IVA, I’m just focused on, okay, what’s the next step?Teaching them how to study.
Getting them registered for class.
And, um All right.
I don’t know how much time.

Because if you don’t, if you don’t become the right person, you won’t find the right person, right? So the first, uh, uh, uh, uh, position to come is becoming the right person.And once I did that, right, um, the second thing is recording, right? Because we’re here to get, you know, to get the business going, right? So, like he said, last month I did great, right? But what if I had five to ten people that could do what I did, right? I could do a seven by seven base shop, a hundred by a hundred base shop, right?So one’s become a self improvement.
The second one is recording, right? And the third one is duplicating yourself, right? So whatever you’re doing, teach me how to do that, guys.
So that’s what we’re doing for you guys.

P., a lot of times we think is the numbers, right? We’re like, okay, well, maybe I didn’t do enough recruits, maybe I’m not doing enough premium, right?And that might be a part of the reason, but that’s not the only reason.

P., or the reason why you’re not at the next level that you want to be at, is because maybe you’re not the leader you need to be yet.

Before you master, uh, you can go to the next level, you gotta master the level you’re at right now.You guys follow me, right? And one of those levels that you gotta master is being a leader, right? So we’re gonna talk about being a good teammate for a second, right? See, I got this thing in my base shop called the Team Player Award, like we’re having our annual board meeting, right? So we had the Team play award, right?And it’s amazing, they, we people fight harder for the Team Player award than any other award, right? Because being a team player is how you go RVP, right? So the question is, are you a good teammate, right? Uh, do people wanna play with you and be a part of your team? Right? Do people, when people, do people want to play with you, do you want to be a part of your team?How do you react when somebody else is winning? When somebody else is winning, meaning if you’re not speaking today, right, how are you reacting, right? Are you clapping for other people, right? See, your mindset has to be like, my time is coming, right? Guess what? And you got to clap for other people because one day that’s going to happen for you, right guys, right?So what feelings and emotions do you get when, uh, you know, when you’re not winning, right? So these are things that are very important, right? How do you react when you lose? How do you respond when you lose, right? See, if you’re not winning at the level you need to be winning right now, how are you responding to that?After this meeting, are you just gonna go home and get your hair nice for Dream Life tomorrow, right? Or do you got appointments after this? Do you got interviews after this? Right, guys? Right? So guess what, if you’re not, if you didn’t speak today, you should be pissed off, right? You should be upset, right?If you’re not getting recognition tomorrow, that’s, it’s a good feeling that you’re frustrated, right? But the question is, what are you going to do with that frustration? How are you going to respond to it, right? Are you playing only for money? See, a lot of people join for money, but long term, you can’t play just for money.You got to play for something bigger than that, right? Are you playing for the fame, right? Are you playing for your last name? Who are you doing this for? Right? See, guess what? In the beginning, we did it because we wanted to make a lot of money, but now it’s not about just our income.
It’s about our incomes of the people on our team.It’s about getting them to the next level, right? See, guess what? Are you playing for a dream life? Who’s playing for a dream life, baby? Let’s go, right? See, you need a different business.
Who needs a different business? Well, guess what? Your business needs a different you.
Your business needs a different you in order for you to have a different business.Goals are great, but a purpose never runs out, right? So, guess what? Primerica allows you to change your life, then change the life of others.
