Man, that was awesome.
Man.
That was awesome.
I see why Andy’s killing it.
Andy and Brittany, by the way, guys get in the habit of recognizing the partners because I’m telling you, they do a lot.
So I just want to I know it’s not just Andy.
So Andy and Brittany, I can see his energy is just through the roof.
But, man, I’m excited to speak to you guys today.
I kind of get going with time, but yeah, you guys fired, right? Cool, cool.
Look, I’m gonna teach you guys a chance.
I’m gonna say two claps and a Ric flair.
And you guys go, one, two, and how does Ric Flair sound? You guys got it? Two claps and a Ric flair.
Awesome, man.
So, guys, look, I want to talk to you guys about how we’ve keep increasing our income.
And before I get started, I just want to thank God for putting me in front of all you guys.
Without him, I am nothing.
Just want to thank my amazing uplines for everything that they taught me.
And, man, I believe in God.
I’m a strong believer.
Yvonne one time told me when I was new in this business, she said, Eduard, I don’t want anything falling apart in your life besides your Bible.
He says, A man that his Bible is falling apart, his life is complete.
So I always want to make sure that I want to bring that up.
So anyways, guys, but look, the number one reason that we’ve been jumping diamonds is Gabby, right? It’s that simple.
That’s why have we been killing in six months? We’ve been working together for six months, but in that, there’s a lot of pieces of information that I’m going to share with you guys.
Okay? But guys, look, let me tell you guys something.
An example is not one of the ways to lead.
It is the only way to lead.
Okay? I’m excited for the recognition tomorrow on personal production because I think on our lowest month, our absolute lowest month within the last six months have been ten directs and 16,000 personal.
I mean, we haven’t gone under 16,000 personal.
John, in the six months we’ve worked together, our highest that we did in one month was 27 x 27,000.
Right now, we average about 15 x 15,000 for the month.
We’re at ten x 9500 right now, and we still have some month to go.
So, man, the only thing that we know how to do is how to create an example.
So as we’re up here, guys, and as we’re speaking to you guys, whether it’s me or whoever the case might be, remember that you guys are not here for entertainment.
Many of you guys took a bus flights.
You’ve traveled all across the nation to come and get some information here tonight.
Yes.
So you got to get something out of that.
You understand? If you’re super tired because you’ve been traveling and you’re falling asleep, go get some coffee, go invest.
You’ve already invested in yourself financially.
You need to make sure you stay focused.
Does that make sense? Guys, man, as you guys are going through the school, man, keep taking a bunch of notes, but there’s going to be two to three things that really stand out at you, and if you apply them, can really have a positive impact in your life.
So every time I would come to the school I’ve been coming to this school since I was brand new.
Before I got my license, I attended this school.
I remember it was in Ennisbrook, and I remember the Haitian nation just absolutely dominating.
And man, the guy that did it for me, that school was know, because Charlemagne and Tesla, they started sharing pictures I’m not Haitian, but they started sharing pictures of where they lived at.
And I was like, if you take out Haiti and you put in Cuba, that’s exactly how my street looked like, right? That’s how my school looked like amen.
And that just related with me.
And I remember toucher being at Writer at 400,000.
Right.
I think the school a couple of schools after I went, he got his fourth diamond, I want to say.
And man, he was just dominating.
And I saw him go from 400 to a million.
Is rezzy in the room.
Is Rezzy here? No.
Okay.
Rezzy is my brother, man, he was a regional leader, I was a district leader, and he was a youth pastor, man, and he was making like $28,000 a year.
I want to say old Navy.
Is that right? Charlemagne? Is it Old Navy? Right? And man, my brother now makes 28,000 the first week of the month.
Can you guys believe that? But you know what? So do I.
And you know why? That’s the commonality that we have between because we stuck with this thing and so many people don’t stick with this thing.
You got to pay the price, guys.
But look, I got six major components that I want to cover today.
Number one, being hard work.
You guys cannot there’s nothing that’s going to take the place of hard work, okay? Don’t believe in luck.
Believe in hard work.
I don’t want to leave anything up to chance.
The problem is, if you believe that luck is going to take you everywhere, then when it doesn’t happen for you’re just going to say, I got unlucky.
Right? See, I don’t ever want to have that.
I want to be able to take 100% control of everything that happens in my life.
Yes.
Right.
So if I believe in hard work, I believe that if I come to my office early in the morning and I leave 1011 at night or I start my zooms right andy at a.m and I get off of them at twelve one in the morning.
And I do it again on Tuesday and I do it again on Wednesday and I do it again on Thursday and Friday and Saturday and Sunday and then Monday and then Tuesday.
I believe I’m going to win here.
You got to have faith in the system at some point, you understand? Like, guys, I’m telling you, if you guys put in the work right, and when I say work, I mean 345678, 910, making sure no major time frame in your day goes in vain.
You got to be productive every second.
And look, this is how it looks like.
You work, work.
Nothing shows up, but you get better.
And you work, work.
Nothing shows up and you get better.
And then you work, work, and boom.
And eight years later, you’re getting bonuses of $25,000.
The first week my mom and dad together raised me on an income of $38,000 a year.
When I came into Primerica, the year I joined Primerica, my parents together were still making right at $40,000.
When I hit the Ruby Yvonne, I’m going to take a picture of their W two S, and then I’m going to take a picture of my first year right, as a Ruby.
And I want to show that you guys can change the trajectory of your family.
You really could do this here, guys.
And we got to protect this company.
We got to make sure we do things right.
Because, man, men like Dick Walker, like John, like Assad and the partners I’m not great with names, okay? Man, they have got us to this point.
See, our job now is to pass the baton.
Do you guys know the most vulnerable time of an Olympic race? When you do multiple laps, you know what it is? When you pass what? The baton.
You’re with me? This company has been around for another 47 years, but I believe with the leaders we have in the room, like Andy, like Layton, like Ali and Lewis, like myself, right? We’re going to keep this thing going another 47 years, right, Dan? We’re here for that, guys.
So again, number one, hard work.
Look, number two, patience, man.
If you are losing your patience, you are losing the battle, man.
Assad one time said something.
He said, you got to be patiently impatient, right? Man, you got to work like, not patient, right? Don’t be patient when you’re working, but for the results, bro, you have to be patient, man.
I’m telling you guys got to give this thing know when Napoleon Hill, when he took the survey of all these great men that were the millionaires and billionaires that build our country, and they had two major for the most part, most of them had two things they had in common.
Number one is that lane, can you bring me some water, please? Number one is that they had been in the same industry for more than 30 years.
Number two is that they had been with the same woman for more than 30 years.
So what can we learn? That that woman rule right now.
I was kidding.
That commitment is everything.
Yes or no? Say yes.
Okay, guys, I want you guys to understand that as great as we deliver this message is really as great as you guys are giving us energy, if we’re up here one day, it’s going to be you guys turn to speak, right? And if you’re up here and you’re falling asleep, good luck trying to deliver a great message, right? And, man, I’m telling you guys need to give us energy so we can give your team the knowledge, the wisdom, right? The tools that you guys need to win here, right? So, again, guys, look, at first, nothing will happen.
You’re going to be doing everything.
Everything.
And nothing is going to happen.
It took me six months to get my license.
Six months and seven months to become a district leader.
Within my first two years here, I had already filled my Series Six, right? I was a regional leader, man.
We have RVPs.
Allen Lewis.
Amazing.
Making over $20,000 a month.
One just turned 22, the other one just turned 24.
That’s a solid future, right? Man? Haven’t even hit their fourth year here yet, right? I mean, it’s crazy, right? And, man, I’m telling you guys, man, I’m telling you guys, okay? Number three, sacrifice.
You got to sacrifice, okay? Write this down.
If you don’t sacrifice for what you want, then what you want will become the sacrifice.
What do you want in your life, right? When you look at the word sacrifice, what does that mean? Man, you got to give to get.
You give to what to get? What are you willing to give so that you can get? See, for most people, it’s nothing, right? Man, I had an uncle of mine, and I love him to death.
I love him to death.
And I was having lunch today with my mother, and he said, man, he told me yesterday that he just wished that you just had a regular job, that you worked a nine to five, and that you weren’t so stressed and working all the time.
My uncle has the right intention for my life.
My coaches have the right direction for my life.
See, his heart is in the right place, but what he thinks is best for me is that best for me? No.
See, today, eight and a half years later, this company is paying us over $400,000 a year.
Look, man, a kid from like, me that comes from Cuba I came here on a lottery ticket.
I had no shoes, like, growing up, literally.
We played barefoot.
First time I tried count me, was in an airport outside of Miami, right? My parents packed our life in a suitcase, came here no English.
We should go to the mall to write the electronic stairs.
Yeah.
Am I saying that right? That was mind blowing to me when we got here, like, oh, my God.
Like mom, please save me.
She’s like, we don’t have a car.
We can’t even go there.
That’s a real story, right? And, man, see, guys, even if I stay where I’m at right now, and I know we’re not, man, I feel so lucky.
You’ll never hear me complain about a situation we have.
It so good, man.
People don’t know.
Do you guys know every single year, thousands of people die trying to make it into our country, and we have so many people that are here, and we just take this thing for granted.
See, I’m so thankful that I’m in Primerica, and I’m so grateful that I’m in Primerica.
You with me? Thankful to be in Primerica.
Grateful to be in Primerica.
Okay, number four, you gotta be consistent.
You have to be consistent.
You have to be consistent, man.
You guys don’t understand.
You can’t just show up to a meeting and be like, hey, what’s happening? Why is nothing happening? You can’t just show up to two meetings, to three, to five, to ten.
I lost count how many meetings I’ve gone to.
You got to be consistent, man.
Like, your word has to be everything.
Your commitments got to do everything, because this company is going to give you what everything if you do what you’re supposed to do.
Guys, I promise you, if my kitchen were to catch on fire and I had an aunt meeting, I would call the fire department, and we would get on our car and go to the office.
I’m being serious.
Do you guys know why the office is? What paid for the kitchen? Whose job is it to put the fire out? Firemen? Whose job is it to make sure the country keeps running presidents? Whose job is it to put together the sermon on Sundays for you guys? Whose job is it to build your business? There’s people that worry about things, worry about your department.
Does that make sense? Okay, number five, you have to be disciplined.
You have to be disciplined.
I know you guys come up here, and some of us are man.
Like, man, I’m just the type of guy that you need to learn everything.
That’s not true.
That’s not true.
Because if that was true, you would have been successful on things you did before, because you can go on YouTube and Google, and you could virtually find how to do anything right.
So when you come here, you said, man, why do I got to come to a meeting? What is they going to teach me? It’s not about what they’re going to teach me.
It’s what you’re going to catch.
You with me, there’s something that you can catch here that you can’t catch at your job.
Man, I got this guy.
Jake, are you here? Is Hake in the room? Stand up, man, this guy look, this dude’s so funny.
He’s like, Coach, I can’t make the meeting on Friday and Saturday because so my RVP, John, that’s Ali, he was a valet driver, right? Now he recruited the guy’s.
Valet driver.
He’s killing it.
He’s doing so awesome.
He’s like, I can’t make the meeting because I got what I got a ballet, right? I told him, dude, look, that job is going to feed you for the day.
This business, if you do it right, is going to feed you for a lifetime.
I said, dude, do whatever it takes, man.
Do whatever it takes.
And called off.
And today I walked in and like something magical, the first person I made eye contact with was J.
May.
Give it up for Jake.
Jake, I’m hoping that your boss fires you after this weekend, okay? Because you could do something special here, man.
I’m serious, guys.
You guys got to have some discipline doing this thing.
You got to have do some discipline.
Look, not every day will be a great day, but every day you can make progress.
I’m telling you, man, there’s so many ups and downs.
Like, if you go look at my business, right? For my first four years here, I made $100,000, cumulatively, my first four years, the next four years, we made over a million.
Guys like, life sometimes in business and success doesn’t make sense when you look at it, like when you’re in the moment.
But when you look back and you connect the dots, it’ll make sense because you can’t read the bottle when you’re on the inside, you understand.
I’m telling you, man, it’s going to be worth it.
My sister today was talking to me along with that same conversation because she was like, well, your uncle is saying you just don’t make it to a lot of things.
And my sister’s like, no, you make it to everything.
I’m like, when do people lose sight? That when you have a job.
You don’t miss things.
I remember missing my birthday party on my birthday because I had to work.
Literally, I was running a finish line.
They’re like, if you don’t come in, you’re fired.
You’re the only management.
The rep that was supposed to come in didn’t come in.
There was a party at my house, and I had to leave to finish line.
I never forget that Christmas.
I was working Thanksgiving, I was working Black Friday.
I was working when I sold things door to door.
We worked Monday through Saturday.
Didn’t matter.
And if you didn’t show up, you got fired.
I want you guys to lose sight.
Like, oh, man, you’re always working so much.
When you have a job, you work so much.
At a minimum, you could work how many hours a week, how many minimum? You with me? So I’m telling you guys, it’s not that bad.
Look, what you guys have to understand is you guys are going to take 40 years worth of work, and you’re going to put it in ten.
But if you do it in ten that’s all I was going to say it’s some people like, ten is still too long.
Well, hey, guess what? That’s just what it is.
If you’re not willing to do ten, that’s it.
You’re not going to make it here, right? This is not get rich quick.
Can you get rich relatively quick? But if you want to build a meaningful business that will last generational, you have to understand it’s not going to take you a year or two years.
Can you get it going in two years? Yes.
Can you make some great money in two, three years? Yes.
Are you going to build a generational business in two years? No.
How do you expect something to last 300 years and you can’t even put in five to ten years of commitment? Does that make any sense at all? I want you guys to look at the stage and look, man, this thing right here, let’s say it’s 50ft.
Or let’s take a better example.
Let’s take a football field.
How many yards are in a football field? Right? Think of your age.
That’s the yard line that you’re at.
Hey, if you’re up there, I guess it is what it is.
Okay? Now, add five years to that, boom.
You build the business.
You could take care of all your financial problems.
You could travel.
You’re completely financially independent.
There’s 100 yards.
You can give it five years to take care of whatever’s left.
You see how it’s not that big of a deal? See, our problem is that we make things bigger than we are.
And guys, one commitment that I made recently that I think you guys should make as well, that completely changed my life.
I said, I will no longer tell how big my problems are to God, but I’m going to tell my problems how big my God is.
Guys, in number six, you got to have self confidence.
I love seeing the speakers.
I love seeing the speakers.
Come here.
All walks of life.
I love that we all look in different shapes and sizes and colors in all different types of countries in the world.
I love that.
I love that.
I love that so freaking much, man.
And, you know, everybody comes up here, and we have some swag like, man, guys, this company is special.
You got people that are working that are winning at all types of levels.
Look, for you guys, maybe you don’t have to make 500 or 600 or 2 million or $3 million a year.
Maybe if you can make 150,000, have no boss work for yourself and spend time with your kids, maybe that’s a win for you.
You maybe you want to build a business that pays you $20,000 a month.
Maybe some of you guys want to make $100,000 a month.
Maybe some of you guys want to make a million dollars a month for all of those people, there is room for you.
Say there’s room for me.
I want you guys to know that this business is simple, but it’s not easy.
Something that is easy is brought upon with no effort.
You can accomplish it with no effort.
See, if something is simple, it’s easy to understand, but not necessarily easy to do, you understand? This business is what simple.
See, it’s easy to understand.
You got to go and recruit some people, but we know it’s hard to do yes or yes.
See, guys, a long time ago I’ve realized that you can’t accomplish anything great in life with one person.
You guys need to go and recruit the world.
You need to tell everybody of opportunity.
You need to bring everybody to next meeting.
Guys, you need to give it everything you got.
What’s the worst thing that can happen if you give it everything you got? What’s the worst thing that can happen if you put your head down and you work like there’s no tomorrow, man.
And I know people quit.
People quit on me, too.
I know you get chargebacks.
We get chargebacks, too.
You get chargebacks, andy, you get chargebacks Asad.
We get them too.
You with me? But you can’t just be like, man, just be a little baby and crumble up and be like, man, everything’s falling apart.
Everybody’s going through something.
And the people that go through the most things, they speak the least on them.
Because if you keep talking about your problems, you’re going to have more.
What if you keep talking about great blessings, you’re going to have more.
What you guys need, man, that’s what you need.
You with me like this fire, man.
And I’m telling you, there’s just something inside of all these great people out here that are winning at the next level.
There’s just something inside of them that says, man, I just want to be so great.
There’s something inside of me, right, that I just want to do something big.
What does it cost you guys to think big? Wrong.
Everything cost you everything to think small.
Guys, listen, this school is so special, man.
This organization, everything that we have on here, man, is so special.
And if you blink, you might miss it.
Look, whatever everybody in this room, man, just give it two more years, man.
Give it two years, but give it two years of solid, like solid commitment.
Is it going to take more than that? Yes, but you can get it going in that time frame.
You with me, guys? Give it two years, man.
Don’t quit.
I remember right before I quit I’m not a quitter, right, don’t quit.
Thanks, but man, the thought was in my head, right, man, but I said, you know what? I don’t need to quit.
I need to what? Recommit.
You with me? Man? I recommitted.
And I found Brendan Rivera and man, and from there history.
We got so many winners now, man.
We got AirBell is just absolutely killing it.
Ty amanda I mean, I got this new girl, Ruby.
She’s on fire.
Like our teams, of our RVP team.
Ryan I mean, it’s just ridiculous, guys.
And I’m telling you guys, if you guys pay the price, one day, you will be able to pay any price.
Thank you guys so much.
I’m proud to be your teammate.
