Many of you who knows me, I’m a big fan of strong work ethic. So they call me the work ethic guys. Why do I talk about work ethic so often? Because that’s the only piece missing. That’s the gap between your goals, your dreams and you being successful. So so many people have beautiful goals and dreams, desires, and in fact, in the next two months, many of you, January 1st, you’re gonna spend hours and a lot of time with your wife, with your kids. You lay down a nice game plan. Goals, you know, and good stuff. But by Martin taking days, you’re gonna forget all about them. Many people put them off for next year. Well, you know what, honey? Maybe you should push this for next year then, you know, five, next five, 10, 15 years.

So the idea for me is people do not set clear expectation. People spend time to really set goals. And you can go on chat GPT, like John always said, go anywhere and use somebody else goals. Use, you know, any, you know, any PDF file, any document. But when you have poor execution, that’s a big issue. Now, now talking about this, and I always tell people, something is wrong with this picture of fitness trainer is out of shape. You see a chef with poor nutrition, you see a financial advisor in debt. You see a doctor with unhealthy habit. You see, you know, I mean, teachers who does not learn anything. And lastly, you know, that piece killed me to the bone. You see dental hygienist with cavity. So in reality it’s not, I mean, a plan without execution is nothing but a wish.

Many of you come to the business, you said, I want to retire my wife, I want to build a tire business, I want to, you know, build my mom a big home. I want to be financially independent. But you’re not willing to put the work and get it done. So what is it that. How can you cultivate? How can you cultivate, how can you apply work ethic in your daily habit? Well, discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishments, said Jim Warren. So discipline is, I mean, you get, you put yourself in the, in a position where you do what you’re supposed to do when even nobody’s watching. Now, now, number two, what about, you know, your priorities? When I came to the business, people said God first, family second, business third. To me, it’s all three together.

Because I, I promise you cannot have the best spiritual life if you flat block, you can’t eat, you can’t have a good family if you blow up with no money. In fact, the number one reason people know, I mean people get divorced in this country is because of financial hardship. Yes or yes. So that’s the reality. If you focus on all three together, it is gonna change things around. So every single day, myself, I have my priorities. My priorities, you know, And I asked myself, what is it that I must do today? What is it I must do today? Well, my priority back then is probably not my priority today, but we all have priorities. What is it I want to do today? What is that I want to do today? What do. What is it that I want to do today?

Now, one of the things I have with my secretary, and they know me, you send a paper to home office, you got to put a note to follow up. You have that client you want to go to call where you call that lady back, call her back. I return all my phone call, I answer all my phone call, I make sure I follow through. So many people, they don’t have their priorities in order. You cannot say you want to build a giant business, you want to build a hundred by 100. You are not making phone call. You don’t have a special time where you lock yourself in like Reynolds said and make phone call. And many people think that to make 5200 call, it takes forever.

No, it doesn’t. It takes discipline. You said, you know, I mean, and you don’t have to make all those phone call all together. I remember, you know, back in the days, I used to carry my list with me everywhere I go. You know, and those days I used to pick up kids from school, drop them while I’m on my way to pick up the kids. I, I have my list. I got there five minutes early. I make three calls, guys. In reality, it takes 20 minutes to make 10 call. It takes really about two hours to make 50 call. And it’s not 50 calls. No matter how many calls it takes to win here. Many of you want to be able to see people, but you’re not creating activity allow you to go see people.

So people live this business not because PR is, is has any issue because they don’t make money. So you got to be accountable, you got to fight. Your kids can be your accountability partner. I mean, every single morning we meet with a bush of leaders. Eight o’ clock every morning. And I know it’s uncomfortable waking up at that time, but we meet, we talk about numbers. What are the numbers? You guys know the numbers. More than I do. You know, every single day, 50 call 10 appointments a day. Three by three is the goal. Every single day. So we keep our people accountable. So you have to take responsibility for your action and decision, and it includes follow through. Every morning I speak to my coach. He coached me every day for at least an hour. Every day from Monday to Friday.

I mean, I mean Saturday, Sunday, when I call him if I need anything, you need to have that person. Time management, guys, be punctual. I mean, you have an appointment with me, you don’t show up on time. I make sure I wait for you at the parking lot. As you put in, I’m pulling out and I do it on purpose because I respect your time. Please respect my time. You have, you have an appointment. Please be sure to show up on time. Now look, many people said time, Tesla, I’m busy. There’s a big difference between being busy and being productive. Somebody said, you know, because your plate is full does not mean you’re eating the right food. So we got to stop being busy but being productive. Guys, hear this.

I always take, you know, the young folks right now, they have a benefit that we all don’t have Time. And I’m gonna prove it to you right now. Many of you waste time. And if you know what you have, how valuable was time, you will go crazy and walk around with your chest up. Right now let’s take Warren Buffet right now. The guy is 95 years old and he worth right now $146 billion. Now remember, he’s 95 years old. Now if you 18 year old and you’re in primer, will you trade your life with Warren Buffett today? What’s the answer? No. The guy is 95 years old. But because of the time that you have, if you use your time wisely, you’re gonna be okay. Does that make sense, guys? So you can’t afford to go waste your time. Stay focused, guys.

You know, focus. I mean, distraction is the number one killer in this business. And sometimes we let our friends, our family, our ex coworker kill our time because they feel like we don’t have a job, we have a business. So we have time to go pick up kids from daycare, drop them to the airport. Guys, those people there are time stealer. They steal your time. When they steal your time, they steal your life, your future. So you gotta get to a point where you’re making those 50 call. You just take, you’re just making, you know, call out. Do not accept any incoming call. Because they cannot come as a distraction unless the client that you call that call you back. Always take initiative. Always compete. Savi spoke about it for a minute. Guys, I always tell people, you do more than you ask for.

You do more than they ask you to. I mean, if you ask me to go to 1010, I go 20. Just like, I mean, a mechanic, he fixed the car, then he wash it. You happy? You excited? Because somebody get to do way more than we cost. Now, what about, you know, get feedback from people. You practice your craft. You. You making phone call. Why don’t you record yourself? Why don’t you record your presentation and let somebody watch it. Let your upline your. Your. Your. Your leader watch it. But, guys, look, to me, I mean, integrity is the key ingredient. So you guys need to know Pamela is in your backyard. Kushamo always said, paramaka is just behind the door. Make sure you do what you’re supposed to do the right way. Do this thing with integrity.

And I always tell people, your integrity is your score. Your integrity is your credit score. Your work ethic is your credit score. If you mess it up. So, folks, we have to get to a point where we stay positive and resilient so you know with certainty something big is about to happen in your life. There’s no question your life will change where I’m at right now. I mean, look, guys, I did not. There’s nobody in the world that will make me believe that we will be having that lifestyle. I knew I was going to be okay. I knew. I knew I was going to make a lot of money. But, guys, being where we are, where you know with certainty, every single month, hundred grand will come to your account, minimum. I didn’t see this coming.

But because of the work that you put out there, you help your leaders get to wherever they want to be. God place you to where you are right now. A positive mindset leads to positive outcome. So you got to always remain positive. Don’t ever let somebody tell you. And I mean, you know, I mean anything then for America is a way to get you guys going. Now, lastly, I’m going to talk about that 11 point. And this is a balanced life, a balance work and rest. I mean, many of you right now, I mean, you get to a point where you say, I’m gonna go for the money. I’m gonna go for the cash. I’m gonna change my life. But you are. You are. You are wealthy when it comes to your. To your health.

You poor and I remember during COVID my doctor said man, you were. You are pre diabetic and my wife can testify. I fought the doctor tried to put me on metformin. So I’m not gonna cut that your crap. I don’t know for what. So I went on a diet. I start working out, I start eating healthy. I fast every single month, the first three days of the month. When the month close out is my fasting days. Three days. So many of you feel like you have to eat. You don’t have to eat that much. You hear me? So the reality is, guys, when you have the energy, you have the focus and when you put all this together, what it brings you is the sixth level that you always want. Let’s go change the world.
