Pressure Isn’t the Problem — It’s Proof You’re Built for More – Andy and Brittany Onstead

Executive TLDR

  • Pressure is proof you’re built for something bigger.

  • 2026 must become your greatest year through action, not intention.

  • Comfort is dangerous — growth requires discomfort.

  • Execution matters more than information.

  • Stop borrowing belief — decide that nobody outworks you.

Video Summary

In Pressure Isn’t The Problem — It’s Proof You’re Built For More, Andy and Brittany Onstead deliver a high-energy leadership message centered around pressure, purpose, execution, and legacy.

Andy begins by reframing 2026 as a defining year. Rather than simply declaring it “the greatest year ever,” he adds a critical layer: action. The affirmation becomes incomplete without the commitment — nobody outworks me. Success is not declared; it is executed.

He explains that purpose drives every decision. Everyone in the room has potential, and privilege is visible through the leaders who have already built success. But alongside potential and privilege comes pressure — and that is where most people break.

Pressure is unavoidable. In a people business, rejection, disappointment, broken promises, and setbacks are part of the process. But instead of viewing pressure as a threat, Andy reframes it as proof. The greater the pressure, the greater the breakthrough on the other side.

He highlights real examples of leaders who show up despite personal hardship, reinforcing the idea that winners find a way. Growth does not wait for perfect circumstances.

One of the most powerful sections of the message addresses comfort. Comfort is described as the most expensive and dangerous place to live. Many leaders experience income growth and then reduce activity. They “save themselves broke.” The blessing of income becomes a trap if it removes hunger.

Execution becomes the core theme. Information does not change lives. Decisions and execution do. Attending events without action leads to stagnation. Borrowed belief — motivation borrowed from leaders or events — expires quickly. Self-belief must replace external inspiration.

Andy emphasizes that this opportunity is bigger than money. Through charitable initiatives like the Angel House Foundation and sponsorship programs, he and Brittany illustrate that financial growth creates the ability to impact lives at scale. The business is a vehicle for legacy, not just income.

He challenges the audience to move from being a face in the crowd to facing the crowd. Advancement requires visibility, leadership, and stepping out of the shadows.

The final takeaway is clear: your future will never thank you for your potential — only for your execution. The power is not in the company, the upline, or circumstances. It is personal responsibility.

Pressure is not the enemy. It is confirmation that you are carrying something worth fighting for.

Okay. I want to do something a little bit different for you guys. I always talk about crazy stuff, but I want to do something brand new, and I will. You all agree we’re here for a reason? Yes. Yes. Yes. Three of you, yes or yes? Okay, so listen. 2026 is going to be your greatest year ever. Did any y’ all receive that? Three of you, Great. The rest of you, listen. When I was coming up business, my mentor used to always make a say. It’s going to be the greatest month ever. Great. Greatest month ever. Walk around your house 50 times a day. It’s going to be the greatest month ever. Greatest month ever. But you know what I change it to? And nobody outworks me. Because at the end of the day, you got to have an action point, y’. All. You.

00:37

And I want y’ all to say it every time today. The rest of my presentation, when I say 2026, I want y’ all to say greatest. This is going to be my greatest year ever. And then when I say. And I want you to say, nobody outworks me. Y’ all ready for that? Try it. 2026. And so good, y’. All. That’s the purpose. You all here for a reason. A season or a lifetime. And I think everybody has a different purpose, but there’s certain things that go underneath that. And not a lot of people talk about. I want to kind of dissect with you today, okay? Purpose is going to be central of any opinion. Any decision you make to move forward with anything, there’s a purpose behind it. Would y’ all agree with me on that? Okay.

01:18

And what a great event like this, that you can see that your potential is assumed. Am I right? Y’ all know that all of us, we want the world for all of you. And your uplines want the best out of you. Yes or yes. You guys all have the greatness inside you. It’s just up with you without to pull it out. Okay. And privilege is implied. Look at these great leaders up here, y’. All. You can see when you get there, it’s worth it. I love Patty’s talk. Such a great thing. See what a life of privilege looks like. And so amazing to pass that down to your family. And it’s applied, but. But then pressure’s applied. And I think most people run from pressure. They get scared of pressure. That’s when they start to crumble, y’. All.

01:53

And that’s really what I wanna talk to you about, is the pressure. Okay? But I promise you, it’s worth it every time. Okay? Think about pressure in a pot. Your pot is about to boil over, y’. All. This. I’ve. I’m not saying it this year. I just feel it’s different for all of you. This is your year. 2026. Y’ all already forgot 2026. Listen, you guys gotta understand. Pressure isn’t something that you can escape. Most people get a little pressure, it doesn’t go. It’s all good and fun in here. But you get back out there, you realize it sucks. People are gonna say no. You’re gonna have disappointment. People are gonna tell you they’re gonna do something all day. They’re not gonna do it. You’re gonna want the world for people, but they don’t want it for themselves. That’ll never change.

02:39

People are gonna hurt you. You’re in a people business. Get used to it. But you know what? The right ones stick. And. And that’s all the matter. Look around. The right people are in this room right now. Pressure isn’t something you can escape. But you know what? Pressure is proof that what you’re carrying with matters. It’s what you’re fighting for. It matters, y’. All. And the harder the pressure, the bigger the obstacle. The bigger the goal. The bigger, the. The bigger, the more worth you’re gonna have out of that moment. You gotta realize, don’t get mad at your situation. The more effed up it gets out there, y’. All. Sorry, Pastor Naomi. The crazier it gets out there. Listen, you gotta say, thank God for showing me how big my breakthrough’s about. The crazier it gets, y’. All.

03:18

I’m so proud of Josh and Sarah Christian, y’. All. Sarah put her grandmother on hospice two days before this event. Changed her plans, put her kids in an airplane, came down here, and her grandmother just passed away yesterday. But you know what? They’re here anyways. Give it up for Josh and Sarah Christian. Prayers for their family right now. But you know what? I looked at Brittany in the car and I said, that’s why they win. It’s no wonder. Their national sales records, soon to be million dollar a year earners, right? Cause winners find a way, y’. All. You all in this room, I promise you didn’t come this far to stay the same. You’re here for a reason. A season or lifetime. And I don’t care which one it is. But you do not leave this auditorium the same person.

04:04

It’s time to change, y’. All. You’re here. This is the road. It’s called a path for a reason. You’re supposed to walk down it. Okay? A lot of my engineer type people out there. Listen, I promise you. Information. Great. You can come here all day. I’m so exhausted from getting all this information. I think I’m gonna chill until September. Nah, fam. Information changes nothing. What did Jordan talk about? Decisions change everything. Are you gonna decide right now to make your move? No one. Anyone else? Anybody over here. Are you gonna come out here and make a move? Get that next promotion? Y’ all gotta get after it? Cause I promise you can be real comfortable in that chair. But comfort is the most expensive thing you’re ever go. It’s the most dangerous thing you’re gonna fight up against. I promise you.

04:50

Y’ all ever notice the more expensive the furniture, the more comfortable it is? It’s a dangerous thing. Comfort is. It’s time for you to go get uncomfortable. My mentor used to say, save yourself broke. Most people that go RVP, they’re used to making three, $4,000 a month. They go RVP, they can make $8,000 a month doing less work. So what do they say? Well, you know what? Let me just drop my activity down. We have such a blessing here with the amount of income we can make, y’. All, it’s not about you. It’s not about the money. It’s about how many lives you can impact around you. Right? It’s God, didn’t I love. Jude did such a good job talking about the oil, dude, I was gonna talk about the same thing. You’re. You weren’t put here to have just enough.

05:33

Y’ all understand that you’re not here to have just enough. It’s time to get uncomfortable again. I promise you, most people in Primerica, they don’t fail. They time out. They waited too long. They missed their moment. And I’m telling you, it’s 2026. Oh, you already forgot. You got to be ready 2026. And this is your time, y’. All. This is your moment, right? Quit waiting. I like to look at that stand right there. I think about my family standing on top of it, right? Every second. You take longer to build this business. One last minute you have with your family. One less life, you impact. One less moment you have to enjoy. Y’ all realize that you gotta get after it. And I promise you, it’s more than just money. Look at that. How many also families up here? Kids. I love Jewish kids.

06:25

Kids up here, right? Legacy Assad and Lois promoting their son. Give it up for Blake real quick. So proud of Blake, right? I Promise you, it’s bigger than money, y’. All. It’s way more important. And how many all had a plan to write down your goals this year? How many all had plans? I gotta. I’m gonna get to my vision board. Anybody? Anybody actually do it? It’s 2026, and nobody outworks you. I promise you, it’s not just about the money. Brittany and I, five years ago, in 2000, what was I blacking out? 20, 20. Okay, well, six years now. We wrote. We didn’t know what were going to do, right? But we wanted to do something bigger than us. We sponsored kids from all over the world with compassion. We give to the church.

07:14

We just gave another thousand bucks for their Celebrate recovery program. We sponsor 30 to 40 kids for the Good Samaritan thing, for the Christmas every year. Families all the time. But we want to do something super big. And we always had in our heart to open an orphanage for kids. Okay? And then we come in this business, wouldn’t you know a sign. Louis Farage, a part of a foundation called the Angel House Foundation. And I want to show you guys a quick video, really quick, if that’s okay, Sam. I’m studying it in the class. Thank you, family. This very beautiful house for us. Thank you. Red light, Yo. These kids, most of them have no running water. You know, they don’t have an. Most of them don’t even know their birthdays. That’s why they get a birthday cake when they move in.

09:17

Isn’t that crazy? There’s kids out there that don’t know when their own birthday is. Isn’t that crazy to think about y’? All. Thank you so much. So amazing. So cool, you know? And it’s so crazy because there was just something on the board. The next thing, we took off. But I want to promise you, y’, all, you know, a lot of income. Milestone. But this thing is bigger than money. Would y’ all agree with me on that? Yes or. Yes. And I promise you, this year, y’ all gonna. It’s time for you to make maximum impact on people around you. It’s 20, 26, and, yeah, let’s get after it. You’re in a business, you realize, you’re in a business where ordinary people can do extraordinary things. Isn’t that awesome? Isn’t that incredible to think about, y’? All. I promise you, it’s so.

10:03

It’s such an amazing opportunity we all have, but it’s just that, y’, all, it’s just a chance. It’s an opportunity. What are you gonna do with it? What are you gonna do with it, Y’? All, I love y’. All. I’m so proud to have you in the room. I really am. But at some point, you gotta stop just attending events and you gotta start becoming the event. Look, y’ all have been out there long enough. It’s time for you to be up here. Did I just say something to some of y’? All? I put this slide in there for a couple of people on our hierarchy. It’s time for you to go from being just a face in the crowd to start facing the crowd. And I’m talking to all you out there right now. I love it.

10:39

It’s real cute looking up here at me, but I ain’t that good looking. Ask my wife. Okay, it’s time for you guys to get up here and achieve your goals, your dream, and make that maximum impact on people around you. Do you believe all these winners up here, all these speakers you have today, do you think they can do it? Anybody you believe they can do it, then why not you? It’s 2026. And listen, borrowed belief expires tonight. Quit believing in everybody else outside yourself. You’re gonna. Every year, people tell themselves, I’m gonna do this. I’m gonna do this. I’m gonna do this. Every event, I’m gonna do this. I’m gonna do this. But you know what? You go home and you don’t change a thing. And eventually you’re gonna stop believing in yourself. And when that happens, you’re screwed.

11:28

I want to tell you guys right now, if not now, when the door is open, it’s out there. The question is, are you going to walk through it this time? Maybe you’ve been through a door in the past. Is it going to change? I like to think about my door. Imagine. Imagine somebody was out there trying to block the blessings from your family. Imagine somebody who’s out there trying to close the door on your kids. Say, no, you can’t have that. You’re never going to amount to that. You can’t do that. What would you do? Would you let him do that? Would you let him do that? No. You would break through that door? Yes or yes. So why not now? It’s 2026, and I love y’. All. I promise y’. All. Y’ all are so amazing.

12:09

But you can’t change your life from the shadows. You can’t. I don’t want. I don’t want to go RVP because I don’t want to talk to anybody. Great. You ain’t going to RVP without talking to anybody. Well, what about those people? They went RVP and they failed. That’s not you, is it? It’s your turn. This is it. Right now. We need everybody in this room to get bigger. Y’, all, there is so much potential in this room. I promise you. It’s all out there. I see it everywhere. The question is, what are you going to do with it? Right? It’s time to get after this thing. Listen, your future will never thank you for your potential, only for your execution. Are you ready to leave today and get out there and execute? Yes. Yes. Are you one of those people?

12:54

Yeah, I’ll be at the event, Coach. But you ain’t got your ticket yet, right? Let’s go. Y’, all, I promise you can do this thing. It’s up to you and nobody else. The power is not out there. Quit giving your power to other people. It’s not out with their. These people, those people. The upline, the downline, the cross line, the company. It’s you. You’re the one. And when you say, it’s me, I’m the one, then you have all the power, and nobody can change that. I’m proud of y’. All. I’m so grateful to be your coach, your friend, your mentor in the business. And listen, y’, all, it’s 2026, and.
